PPS. If you don't make a move but you think they are interested, then even if a Scorp Mars is actually interested the flirting can last for literally years and they will still not make a move (if they are not the first-mover type).
They will also make intense eye contact, so watch for that.

Thank you for that insightful post MsCandeh! I missed it earlier.

So my suggestion would be that if you like him flirt and make it obvious but don't be over the top.. just be really friendly/attentive/nice. See how they respond.. watch out for little signs they want to see you/get to know you better

That's sounds great. That's pretty much what I have done & am doing. I think he does like this and he does flirt back lol although I can tell he is wary..

Then you know you're safe to at least ask them out for a coffee

I'm just not sure.. I'd be happy to ask him, but due to the situation I would prefer that he made a move. I just don't want him to feel pushed into this (mainly because I think he is taken back by the age difference).

lol That's the problem! I have a Capricorn Mars myself and I could last years also.. but in a sense it would make me sad if this was dragged on for that long.
I'd just like him to realize on his own that he does care about me and that he *wants* this, regardless of his age-preconceptions. I want him to put that ^ aside.. all by himself.. with no pressure from me.

I think that's what I'm waiting for.

MsCandeh - what do you think about rather large age-gaps in relationships? say Demi Moore/Ashton Kutcher or Tom Cruise/Katie Holmes..
I never thought I would end up in a relationship like this (I often read it in Capricorn Moon interpretations lol "you're an old grandma at any age.. marry an 80 yr old and be done with it" - but I didn't believe it)

YES! Always.. ever since he met me. He always makes eye contact while he speaks to me. It is such direct and constant eye contact - he doesn't even blink.
I used to be scared of this but I'm comfortable with it now.
