Well id like to point out that he has a square of transit neptune to his natal venus. Classic infidelity transit. I also have it opposing my venus and uranus on my DC.

That Mars in Gemini is easily bored, and is someone who needs variety, a change of pace. Someone who thrives on change. Sustained interest isn't a common element of their psyche. As IQ mentioned, with Lust conjunct Mercury, this aspect of his psyche was always there, and very strong.

In 2004 when they got married, his pSun @ 8 Aquarius was in an applying conjunction to her nVenus @ 12 Aquarius. The Venus/Mars aspect is a trine in the air element, Venus in Scorpio will need more than that to survive.

Fast forward to 2009, and that applying conjunction from his pSun to her nVenus has been applied and moved on since 2008.

As of today, we see his pSun @ 13 Aquarius & her nVenus still @ 12 Aquarius. Filling the void aspect we have his pVenus @ 9 Capricorn applying to conjunct her nSun @ 10 Capricorn.
