I'm not too good with interps but I can try

First thing I noticed was moon conj IC in cancer. You have emotions that run very deep and I can imagine you are very attached to your home/security. But this is opposed by Mercury which rules communication etc. Could it be you find it hard to express your deepest emotions / keep things bottled up? You might want to but don't know how to get things out??

Jupiter trine Venus is a lovely placement to have (I have this too) , it would make you very generous with your loved ones/friends. Giving sort of person.

Mercury and Moon square the ASC could mean that you have issues again with communicating to others your deepest desires, needs and wants - what makes you feel secure. This can perhaps cause conflict with relationships with others as you may not open up easily to people or situations.
