You're not the only one who has been through bad things. In fact, a lot of other people on this forum have also been through similiar things. I admire how you handle it, and I also have my faith, but I don't discuss religion here, because it's private and this is an astrology forum.

Fixed stars aren't evil. I think you were affected by that particular site because they had devil themes on it. That is NOT what fixed stars are about. That site owner is just...I don't know, but that isn't even a very good fixed star website anyway. There isn't even a lot of information.

Interesting you agree the number can represent evil, or the devil, but you disregard fixed stars, which do the same thing. It's the same premise.

Anyway, I am a little offended, because I don't think I gave "negative" advice to anyone.

This is why most people shouldn't use the fixed stars. They take them literally and they aren't meant to be taken literally.

Mermaid - I hear people say that sometimes and I feel the same way about death.. (in a sense).. The only difference is that whilst I'm not afraid of it, the prospect of it - leaves me worried sick about my closest friends, my puppy (those left alive whom I feel need me to be there).

But - putting that aside because it's probably a stupid worry.. Things have a way of balancing out and working.. anyway..

What I wanted to say is - it's easier to not be afraid of death then it is to not be afraid of pain.

I mean death itself is not so horrible.. Chronic diseases are horrible.. Psychological and physical pain is horrible. Torture is horrible.. Starving to death (as so many - both people and animals - do unfortunately) is horrible.

Would you say you are unafraid of those things?
I've asked myself the same question.. and I can't come up with a yes or no answer..

I feel a lot towards these situations. I feel sadness, outrage - the unfairness of it all upsets me - it drives me to do something about it. But I'm not sure whether I feel fear.. I think I *do*, more than not. I'm trying not TO.. because I believe fearing something empowers it.

i learned not to look at fixed starts.i looked at those the 1st time when i first started looking at astrology,4 yr ago so imagine what i felt by seeing all those doomy descriptions....

but then IQ told me that the fixed stars have also positive traits and that we shouldnt take the descriptions so seriously.

and if you think about it....dont we humans tend to focus on the negative instead of focusing on the postive and on what we want?So...imediatelly i left that descriptive sites of fixed stars...

i now understand as a reality that we shouldnt try to know more about Fixed stars...cause when seeing the meaning,we will only think about death,imprisionment,poison,accidentes etc etc...

If you ever visit those kind of sites,just focus on the positive fixed stars,or else you would be attracting what you dont want,by focusing on worries and fears..you dont want more of that...

i have algol cj MOON and i never had violence in my life or any sort of trauma or misfortune. ALSO...i dont have murderer habilities of violence traits - im a libra asc with cancer MC..how could i possibly be violent?

looking at the positive side says i have gymanstic habilities...well i always had the worst grades at the gym in shcool!!!
