So I've posted this guys' chart with my own before to see the synastry but I would like to know more just about him with what you see in his chart alone!! Please keep in mind, I don't have his exact tob yet! Any feedback is appreciated!

hopeless romantic! a big one.
he's got the gift of gab. wouldn't be surprised of he tends to exaggerate. sag moons tend to have stories and plans of grandeur.

he lacks earth. so he'll tend to attract earth signs of all kinds. virgos might be attracted to him. they might see a need to get him "together"...he needs serious grounding.

seems like he could be a creative type.
also seems like he could be somewhat combative.

also seems like he's torn between being a homebody and a nomad. he's a bit conflicted. although his home space is probably beautiful. adorned magnificently.

I was going to mention the big cancer homebody influence, but thats invalid if you dont have his birth time.

In any case he's probably not very assertive or at least he may have outbursts of assertiveness that dont seem very appropriate. He also vacillitates between options, never knowing what to do for sure.

My guitar teacher is a Libra sun . He is sweet and considerate.
If I am upset, he will send me text messages to cheer me up.
He has a desire to give that is very special. I wonder if that is typical of Libra.

Ami-from what I've experienced with Libra suns, yes. They normally will make someone happy before themselves/humanitarian type nature.

I dated a mars in cancer guy a while back I just realized...he wasn't too slow but his sun was leo. I have venus in cancer so the attraction is definitely there w this one too!!

I think that with him---you must take the good and the bad.
Libra suns are delightful. My guitar teacher is considerate and has the spirit of giving which is very comforting.
I think you are seeing clearly the pros and cons.
The Sag moon, as someone said, will bring fire to the Libra sun and other Libra planets.
That fire may modify the Libra enough so the relationship would work.

With my guitar teacher we have moon oppose moon,too. He is a Cap moon. I am a Cancer moon.
We do not get each other emotionally.
We are bonded in every other way. He said that he can sympathize with me but not empathize.
In a relationship, I would need the guy to be able to empathize.
That would be a part of the bond.
I can feel this aspect with my guitar teacher.
Can you feel that lack of emotional connection ?
