Winter - It's really interesting that this is so accurate for people. You'll know what I mean, when I tell you what I did.

Benedict - You are the last one then. I think I'll have about 30 interpretations posted, with you included.. That's enough to get an idea of what people think!

Anyway - GIRLS - Once I tell you what I'm doing - this isn't difficult - and you'll be able to do it yourselves for everything in your synastry chart, if you'd like to. Although some of you might get more skeptical once you find you what I did lol

If you *do* figure it out - Just asking you again: Please don't tell anyone yet!

lol

I'm only keeping it a secret because I don't know how else to test whether this works..
If I told you - you wouldn't be able to assess it. You just wouldn't see it the same way.
Trust me!

Aya - Yes.. I'll do everyone's. I'm sorry I'm this slow but I have a few things to finish, one for work and two for Uni.

Aya - No worries!
I think I'll get to yours tonight. It's morning now. But I'll be out most of the day.

I'll do one more now anyway..

So Lonake - here is your Mars-Saturn. I bet you'll catch on to this. I just know you will LOL

quote:
Ahh...you must be picking up on my South Node conj Venus conj Moon taking up residence in Virgo's house

lol Yes - That would be IT!

Mars trine Saturn (This may work for the Conjunction.. I doubt it would be as obvious with the Sextile):

The Saturn partner is independent by nature and possesses an ambitious frame of mind very similar to that of Mars. It is possible that Mars was in a rare practical mood and so they became caught up in something of a romantic rush over the Saturn individual. In turn, Saturn is certain to be attracted to the vitality and strength of character that is easily detected in the energetic Mars person, and the warmth of Mars is sure to appeal greatly to the Saturn partner. Plus, Saturn is fascinated with Mars and there is potential for a lasting love here. Hard work and discipline will ultimately play an important role in bonding them to each other.

This pair can accept each other's faults and build from there. If these two desire a serious union, they will work around the weaknesses of each other and concentrate only on the strengths, employing much effort in the maintaining of mutual energy.

Mars is all about acting without bothering to consider where such action will be directed or what it might attain. Prior to taking any action, Saturn is all about judging whether...or how much...personal benefit will be gained. Mars tends to move quickly and, in the eyes of the Saturn partner, seems to risk everything in the process. Saturn abhors unnecessary risk. By nature, the Saturn individual is rather quiet and unassuming, while the Mars person is much louder and good deal more flashy. At times, they will have to agree to disagree. But the differences can be a source of attraction.

Their philosophies are totally opposite since Mars will look for the shortcut, while Saturn wants to follow the rules, assuming such to be a tried-and-true path to success. Still, this pair can meet and get on well together. They can teach one another things that neither would probably learn on his or her own. Mars and Saturn can definitely help each other...particularly on a project. Saturn has strong powers of perseverance, but it will be the influence of Mars that provides the energy and drive to get things done. Basically, these two might make for a better partnership in the workplace than in the area of romance. Since neither Mars nor Saturn are resolute by nature, neither will give up easily.

On the surface, Mars will be the leader...dashing around to get things going and knocking down any barriers in the way. Indirectly, Saturn will be in charge...always working steadily toward a desired goal. Both partners here understand that compromise is the best key to a successful union and each does bring rather unique qualities to the relationship. They allow each other to be themselves and they can blend well to make a whole. Their relationship is based upon mutual love and respect, so most obstacles can be overcome with sound communication and goodwill.
The prospects for this match are better in terms of the long haul rather than the short. The responsive sexual nature of Mars meets its match in the seep-seated passions of Saturn and, in the end, the strength and endurance of the Saturn partner may well win the respect of Mars.

Hello there---my partner and I have a synastry that has a lot of Jupiter in it,among other things---He has a Venus/ Jupiter conjuncting my Sun Venus, all in early Cancer---so that would include--

Jupiter conjunct Venus
Jupiter conjunct Sun
Venus conjunct Venus

all this opposes his Mars in Capricorn so that would add---

Mars opposite Sun
Mars opposite Venus

Two other aspects I would like to know about-

Sun square Pluto
NN conjunct Saturn--both in Capricorn in 4th house

Whichever one you want to answer--Thanks!!

Hi Vapor,
Mars trine Saturn, probably 9.5/10. this part was really appropriate too
quote:

Works well with the trine. I agree this wouldn't work as well with the sextile since trines are effortless.
Pretty cool ~

LOL I don't know whether you'll like it Lara..
You might though.

I'm really not sure.

Lonake - here is your last one..

Jupiter trine Saturn: (I think this only works for the soft aspects - trines, sextiles.. possibly conjunctions. It definitely wouldn't work for a Jupiter-Saturn square or oppositions)

Things may start slow in this relationship. In some ways, Jupiter and Saturn are opposites: the Jupiter partner appears easy going, whimsical, seeking knowledge for its own sake, always jumping headfirst into new things, and typically impatient. Saturn is the more detail-oriented and passive one, sometimes he-she is even shy, and they are always looking toward the next project. But their differences can actually forge a strong relationship in the long run.

Jupiter can cultivate tolerance in this relationship and they can get the power of positive thinking to work overtime! The easygoing Jupiter partner is light-hearted, loves adventure and will bounce boldly into anything new and exciting. The more conservative Saturn is primarily interested in the long-term outcome. With some Jupiterian luck, Saturn's life will get better and responsibilities will become more enjoyable over time. Saturn can only fail by giving up. Never, never, never, never, never give up. Saturn's ambitions are only limited by their self-esteem, which Jupiter can help with. These two work well together.

Jupiter's spendthrift soul will certainly appreciate the Saturn partner’s grounded understanding of and access to wealth. Nevertheless, you can awaken in your Saturn lover the desire for some adventure and excitement, while Saturn can encourage you, Jupiter, to harness your energy, pay more attention to details and understand the social niceties that grease the wheels of human contact. Perhaps you, on the other hand, can teach this serious creature to lighten up a little.

In your relationship, the effects of these planets on one another, can be positive and you tend to bring out each other's best aspects. Both partners need to take a step back to appreciate each other's approach; Jupiter can teach Saturn to be more spontaneous, while at the same time gaining stability from Saturn's rational outlook.

However, Saturn's demands are not easily satisfied by your flighty, light-hearted approach to love Jupiter. Early in the relationship, Jupiter and Saturn may not be able to see past one another's flaws. Jupiter can at times seem unruly, and Saturn may come across pompous and elitist. But once they start focusing on their respective strengths, they'll see a vast pool of attractive qualities. Jupiter can show Saturn adventure and excitement, and can offer a glimpse of the freedom so often missing from Saturn's life. Saturn teaches Jupiter to pay attention to detail, uncovers the knowledge that the little things are important, and helps them harness their erratic energy.

Seeker - Lara - and aries-cancer

I decided to do the Venus-Mars conjunction and opposition together and post a longer version.. Personally - I've encountered both and I can see parts of both the conjunction and the opposition in this interpretation.

--- Also --- Just wanted to mention.. I did not write one word of this. We had a thread ages ago on Venus-Mars and I was surprised that some of the things here sound similar to what I said there. I nearly fell off my chair at how accurately this describes my own Venus-Mars encounters. But please be as critical as you like. I'm only testing this. So far everyone seems to love it.. Don't shy away from giving it a 2 out of 10, if that's your impression.

Venus-Mars (conjunction and opposition... I wouldn't apply this to the sextile, trine or square - just my opinion)

The attraction between Venus and Mars is common, but not one that is necessarily long lasting. These are two very different planets with widely varying influences. The Venus individual is a firm believer in equality of the sexes and equality in the romantic arena. Initially, he or she will be amused at Mars' attempt to dominate the relationship, but when Venus comes to the realization that his or her Mars partner is deadly serious about this, conflict is sure to arise. Here, both partners will be impulsive and that could be one of the reasons for an initial attraction.

The Venus partner is always willing and ready to help others, which the Mars subject scorns as being a gross waste of time...particularly if the Mars person believes the person in question capable of doing better if only he or she would employ a little more effort. In addition, the Mars partner is not above using any inferiority complex Venus may have - to his or her own personal advantage. The Mars individual may sadistically endeavor to keep Venus down, especially if there has been a loss of respect in the relationship. This state of affairs will not last long since the inherent Venus love of romance and tendency to wander will soon put the Mars partner in a combatant mood which, in turn, disgusts the harmony-loving Venus individual. This union is likely to be a shaky partnership.

Venus is associated with partnerships while Mars is associated with self...and that is not the only difference. Mars is impulsive, excitable and eager to engage in new and exciting ventures. Venus is indecisive, peace-loving and prefers an approach which is calm and smooth. Still, the Mars partner may learn from these Venus traits that his or her own way is not necessarily the best course of action.

There is much physical attraction here! In addition, the connection between these two is amazing when good and extremely challenging when bad. All polarities possess energies that are liable to tangle or knot if understandings cannot be reached.
The charming and cultured Venus partner can teach the brash Mars person something about style. Venus prizes harmony in a relationship and will go to great lengths in order to maintain tranquillity. In return, the Mars partner will be very decisive and can teach the wavering Venus person how to rely on intuition for answers.

Nonetheless, sometimes this results in a magnificent match. Venus and Mars combine splendidly as each is one side of the love relationship coin. Venus is associated with the beauty of romance while Mars is associated with the passion of romance. Thus, this is a wonderful combination. Mars persons can have a very positive effect upon Venus's growth, ideas and progress. In addition, Mars will help the Venus person to put his or her ideas into action. However, working as a team may present challenges on occasion courtesy of the polarity of these two planets. The impetuous and fast-paced approach to projects employed by Mars may conflict with Venus's more balanced and intellectual approach. Still, both individuals have wide-ranging interests and at the end of a long and active day, the Mars partner can come home and tell his or her interesting stories to Venus.

The Mars partner will appear to be the leader because of his or her energy and forceful nature, but it is Venus who will lead from an intellectual standpoint. Both partners will want to be in charge, but Mars is liable to use force and, on occasion, intimidation to get what he or she desires, whereas Venus will employ charm and, on occasion, manipulation. Thus, compromise is essential to the health of this union.

However, diplomatic Venus has a much easier time adapting to compromise than does his or her Mars partner, who strongly dislikes yielding to another person and views it as submission. Therefore, the Venus individual may have to give in more often to the wishes of Mars in order to maintain the peace that Venus persons cherish so dearly. The harmony resulting from a combination of Venus and Mars can bring balance between self and other...a wonderful learning experience for both. Each is capable of bringing to the relationship what the other is missing and

Ultimately, this combination may be a great match. The warm and passionate Venus will make a welcoming home for the fiery and impetuous Mars...particularly if both partners are on the same cultural and intellectual level. Mars will appreciate the passion and emotion of Venus, but too much of either could bring about destruction. In short, this union is all about balance and if this can be achieved, the relationship could go a very long way.

Sun conjunct AC

The attraction between these two could be passionate and instantaneous. However, the need of the Sun partner to be treated as the greater light in the household, coupled with their desire for constant attention, could cause some strife with the AC partner, whose "me first" attitude rivals that of the Sun.
Should the Sun partner begin to collect his or her compliments from other attractive sources, then the AC person will make the effort to appease and if the love he or she holds for the Sun native is very strong, then the AC partner will make a tremendous effort to become the greatest admirer of all. Still, this could soon venture into the realm of boredom for the AC partner unless he or she can collect the same from Sun. In this relationship, AC enjoys being told how wonderful he or she might be.

There are many similarities in the romantic arena, which can be one of the most important things that will keep this pair true to commitments. Between the two of them, if at least one is loving and tactful with the other...meeting emotional needs...then this could be a happy union of longevity.

This is most assuredly a dynamic love affair where sparks will fly. There will also be a mutual and healthy love of sportsmanship and competition. These are two partners who have genuine admiration and respect for each other, but they need to learn how to take turns in issuing commands and delivering orders. At times, he AC partner may be bothered by the flirtatious nature of Sun. Nonetheless, this relationship will never be anything less than exciting. Despite their sometimes noisy differences, the AC person often looks to the Sun as a guide or counsellor and any divergences between this pair can be overcome.

In this combination, there will inevitably be an ongoing competition regarding who is in charge and since a love affair should not be concerned with power, this can easily become a problem. Both individuals here possess boundless energy so they will constantly be "on the go” together, and although they may disagree, the differences of opinion rarely last long. Simply put, the AC partner will not harbor a grudge.

The AC individual can provide the Sun partner with the assertiveness to charge ahead and take chances. In turn, the Sun can help teach the AC partner to stabilize. The AC partner may occasionally damage the feelings of Sun by blurting something out without forethought. Conversely, the AC may become irritated by Sun's bossy nature and their tendency to sulk. Still, this will be a loyal pair who care deeply for each other and when they reach an understanding that there does not always have to be a boss, this can be a blissful and exciting union. There is a mutual admiration here.

This combination can be a great match. The romantic interludes will be magnificent with little if any infidelity since each finds in the other what he or she needs. This is something of an ideal union.

Moon conjunct IC

Since you're birds of a feather, you have the potential to grow closer than most couples. If you can give each other emotional commitment and security, a loving home and some care for children, you have a better chance of getting each other's love and affection. When the Moon and IC come together in a love affair, a loving and yet very emotional domestic relationship ensues. A Moon-IC match makes for a deeply devoted duo, endlessly loyal to one another. Both will learn the ins-and-outs of their partner, the best ways to heat each other up or, if necessary, to cool one another down. Both will also find great comfort and satisfaction in their underlying commitment to one another. This couple is faithful and caring, helpful and sympathetic of individual needs and very oriented toward making a home and creating a sense of family. If they can find a way to keep their fluid and moody emotions in check, this relationship will nurture both lovers.

Both partners spend a great deal of time in the world of feelings emotions and intuitions. Together you experience life as an ebb and flow of emotional tides and currents. You can cultivate a mutual appreciation of music and art. Work on your non-verbal communication together. Learn to dance together. Share a ride on a water bed. Intangibles play a great role in your life together. To share greater success, develop a greater understanding of the interconnectedness and interdependence of all forms of life. In other words, develop your empathy, compassion and emotional rapport. Moon and IC can create success by sharing a vision of the future.

As a lover the Moon seeks security and fidelity, and, although she is not above a few flirtatious peccadilloes of her own, she can be deeply wounded if the one she cares for betrays her trust. IC is poetic and romantic, but also practical in matters to do with the home and raising a family. IC is reassuringly protective, even possessive though more from insecurity than simple desire to dominate. Essentially, you're both good people who need to deal with family and emotional issues. Your hugs are world class and snuggles are second to none.

You both tend to flow with the tides. Opening the floodgates of emotion to a fellow soul is an enormous relief. Security is something you're both aware of. Usually it's a top priority. Together, you are definitely strong and protective of turf. A Moon's place is in the home, and the IC represents the home. Once safely entrenched in their personal sanctuary, the Moon partner and the IC partner may forget about the world outside, not paying mind to the opinions of others, only concerned with what's going on behind their own closed doors. This attitude carries over into relationships: Like their cherished possessions and material comforts, Moon never hesitates to defend the IC partner if they are threatened. This devotion and willingness to fight and toil for the survival and success of their relationships are really their greatest contributions to the game of love.
