Sucks to be me? Hell yes, lol. I have no idea what he wants & I don't give a rats either. We are not friends.

Since Pluto has been in my 4th (which seems like FOREVER) I have had to deal a lot of unhappy stuff with my family and a more or less transformation of ow I see my family. I've also been struggling with wanting to have children of my own, but not being in any position to have them, not to mention the fear that I would not be able to protect my child from the negative influence of my dysfunctional family.

THIS IS EXACTLY ME TOO!! I have transit pluto in 4th as well

I have transiting Pluto in 4th too
sextile my Sun in 5'20 Scorpio in 2nd
sextile my Ixion in 5'25 Scorpio in 2nd
quincunx my Saturn in 5'08 Gemini R in 9th
YOD transit
(the opportunity to make adjustments and transform, eliminate old belief systems)

but Pluto's fellow dwarf planets and candidates are transiting in my chart too

the other transneptunian dwarf planets transits in my houses and aspects

transiting Eris in 21'32 Aries in my 8th
quincunx my Venus in 21'47 Scorpio in 3rd
(matters of diversity, equality forcing me to make adjustments in regards to what I value, love, relationships)

Transiting Makemake in 25'21 Virgo R in my 1st

Transiting Haumea in 16'27 Libra R in my 2nd
sextile my Makemake in 16'20 Leo in my 12th

Named Dwarf planet Candidate transits:

Transiting Sedna in 21'18 Taurus in my 9th
oppose my Venus in 21'47 Scorpio in 3rd

Transiting Quaoar in 21'32 R Sagittarius in my 4th
semisextile my Venus in 21'47 Scorpio in 3rd

Transiting Varuna in 19'51 Cancer in my 11th

Transiting Ixion in 17'00 Sagittarius R in my 4th

Transiting Orcus in 0'02 Virgo R in my 12th

Orcus,Ixion,Pluto have nearly the same period. They are plutinos, and so they have 2:3 orbital resonance with Neptune (as Neptune orbits 3 times around the Sun,the plutinos orbit twice).

Pluto's orbital period is 248.09 years
Orcus' orbital period is 245.33 years
Ixion's orbital period is 249.95 years

I don't use no more than 1 degree orb.
I use no more than 1/2 degree for Sedna because its orbit is 12,059.06 years.

Currently there is an exact Quaoar trine Eris going on the sky right now. Sun in Aries is conjuncting Eris and trining Quaoar right now.

Raymond, I'm with you Sextile Sun in the 5th Capricorn with Capricorn in my 5th. I also have it opposing my Jup.
I like to view the polarities of Pluto as such:
Power = Positive
Force = Negative
...and to everything there is a season...
We tend to forget the symbolic Eagle/Phoenix power of ascending the heights and power of having sharp vision to navigate successfully through the storms. I prefer the pain to power transformation for my self preservation.

Very interesting.

I really don't believe Pluto as power. It seems vague to me. I think that the heavenly bodies in general can be powerful.

I once read in an Astrology book that Pluto's power is demonstrated on how it effected the orbit of Uranus. It was based on the notion that Pluto was Planet X which was said to cause perturbations in Uranus' orbit. Then later on astronomers realized that Planet X was actually based on errors of the calculations of Neptune's mass. Pluto's discovery was based on chance.
The astrologers were making a point about Pluto's power based on outdated theory. Now there are still astrologers that use the same emphemeris for that outdated theory, naming the hypothetical planet Transpluto. Some call it Bacchus.

Makemake was the only other dwarf planet that was bright enough for Clyde Tombaugh to have possibly detected during his search for trans-Neptunian planets around 1930 At the time of Tombaugh's survey, Makemake was only a few degrees from the ecliptic, near the border of Taurus and Auriga,at an apparent magnitude of 16.0. This position was also very near the Milky Way, and Makemake would have been almost impossible to find against the dense background of stars. Tombaugh continued searching for some years after the discovery of Pluto, but he failed to find Makemake or any other trans-Neptunian object.

The only reason that Clyde Tombaugh was able to find Pluto is that Pluto was on the ecliptic at the time. Pluto's inclination is 17 degrees. That means that Pluto orbits up to 17 degrees away from the ecliptic. If Pluto was well off the ecliptic in 1930, Tombaugh would not have discovered it. Astronomers were only looking at objects close to the ecliptic where Sun, Moon and planets appear to lie in, as seen from Earth.
The zodiac constellations are the 13 ecliptic constellations which tropical and sidereal zodiac astrologer base their 12 zodiac based systems on. Pluto tends to orbit constellations that are not of the zodiac. For example, when I was born, Pluto was 14 degrees away from the ecliptic in the constellation of Coma Bernices. Another thing is that with Pluto being so far from the ecliptic at the time, there were no true conjunctions nor oppositions around that time. There were only apparent conjunctions and oppositions. True Pluto conjunctions and oppositions are actually very uncommon due to Pluto tendency to orbit far from the ecliptic.

I think the power behind Pluto is that Pluto has lots of transneptunian neighbors which are orbiting in our charts. The whole transneptunian region could be about transformation, regeneration, and other things that astrologers have associated with Pluto before the discovery of Pluto's buddies in the 1990's. It was the discovery of big transneptunian objects starting in the turn of the 20th century that really challenged notions of Pluto being a planet.

but astrologers not knowing that Pluto was one of many transneptunians and thinking that Pluto was big as Earth, gave Pluto rulership over Scorpio and 8th house. Pluto turned out to not be big as our Earth. It turned out to be smaller than our Moon. It took the discovery of Charon in 1978 to discover the truth of Pluto's size and mass which opened the door to debate about Pluto not being a planet. It showed that Pluto's size was too small for its gravity to affect the gas giants, resulting in a brief search for a tenth planet.

What did the astrologers do. They wrote "Pluto is so powerful...even with its very small size, it causes pertubations in Uranus' orbit" That was their example of Pluto's power.

but

The search for the 10th planet was largely abandoned in the early 1990s, astronomers found that the irregularities observed in Uranus's orbit were due to a slight overestimation of Neptune's mass.

so what the astrologers wrote about Pluto's power was based on errors of the measurement of Neptune's mass.

After 1992, the discovery of numerous small icy objects with similar or even wider orbits than Pluto led to a debate over whether Pluto should remain a planet, or whether it and its neighbors should, like the asteroids, be given their own separate classification. The latter happened to Pluto just like it happened to Ceres.

of course, as I said earlier, in the turn of the century, astronomers discovered big transneptunian objects. Then they found one larger than Pluto in 2005 that got astronomers arguing for Pluto's demotion which occured in 2006. The object that got Pluto demoted was named Eris. Eris didn't just get Pluto demoted. It got Ceres promoted. The discovery of Eris led to Ceres and Pluto being equals. Ceres was once classed as a planet, and it got stripped of its planetary status because it had lots of neighbors. Pluto was once classed as a planet, and it got stripped of its planetary status. It's only fair.

It's about Astronomy progressing. Astronomers make mistakes based on old knowledge and they correct them based on new knowledge. Just think how there used to be a geocentric view ...the Sun evolved around the Earth. Galileo said "Earth evolved around the Sun", and he was forced to take back his statement by the Roman Catholic Church.

I have Sun,Mercury, and Venus in Scorpio, but I don't care about Pluto being ruler of Scorpio and 8th house. I don't cling to that. Astrologers was generalizing how Scorpios are ****** off about Pluto being demoted. I didn't feel that way. I was actually glad, and I thought it was about time. I was one of those small minority of astrologers that agree with Pluto's demotion. I am fine with Mars being ruler of Scorpio. I am actually changing my views of rulership. I am just going by traditional rulerships now. Even when astrologers assigned rulerships to Uranus,Neptune, and Pluto, they didn't observe the complete zodiac travel of these objects before they even determined their influences and made them rulers over signs and houses. It was like they did this from the New Age perspective of "I feel the energies, and so they must have influence" and looked at events and said that they correlated with the discoverie.
They based these things going on in the Western world too. A Vedic Astrologer who wrote a critical piece on the use of trans-Saturnian objects made good points about that. I do think that he was rigid in that he didn't leave room for the progression of Astrology as Astronomy progresses. He only went by what religious scriptures say about is used in Astrology. Vedic Astrology is based on the Vedas, religious scriptures. Mainstream Astrologers do the same thing in regards to going by what astrological authors wrote in books. Some of the authors stuff is outdated like I made a point about the astrologer talking about Pluto's power effecting the orbit of Uranus when it was actually astronomers making errors on Neptune's mass.

but yeah...Pluto has power, but I don't believe it has nearly as much that Western Mainstream Astrologers say that it has.

Pluto just entered my 5th for good, pffffft!
(cusp 5th = 3'58 Cap.)

I lost so much with Pluto in the 4th;
- my dad by cancer
- my mom got breast cancer but she survived
- 8 months later I lost my uterus by cervical cancer, and through that;
- a normal sex-life
- my job
- my future (no kids, sex, no life purpose etc)
- I lost my b-friend who never contacted me again from the day I told him I had cancer. (Well, unfortunately I didn't die but at that time it was my greatest wish)
- I lost a healty body and got horrible pain instead (have to live with that).
- I lost my believe in God (or/and every higher purpose) and ofcourse I lost my faith in LOVE.
- I lost a social life.

So, what did Pluto 'teach' me?

It did let me see what a bitter pill reality is, without ANY smokescreen. It forced me to go back to my past/youth to see what life made of me and so I got a lot of psychological knowlegde and other human insights. It gave me that BIG PICTURE - I lost a bit of that safe ME-Leo 12th SN to come more to Aqua 6th NN.
But..my Sun is Leo 12th so I have to deal with it a whole life.

Welcome Pluto in my 5th!

How sweet that you delivered me this nice genuine soul a few minutes before you entered my 5th.
But Pluto, it´s so hard to deal with such a close bond...

what rules your 6th house? could you post your chart?

(i'm an aquarius. the scientist in me is coming out. you make a great case study. i hope you don't mind...if it is offensive, i apologize.)

Thought these were good....

Pluto Retrograde in Capricorn 4/07/10 ¨C 9/13/10

Pluto turned retrograde @ 5.25 Capricorn on April 7th and remains retrograde until September 13th, 2010 when direct station occurs at 2.47 Capricorn.

Pluto first covered these same degrees in forward motion between September 12th, 2009 and April 7th, 2010. There has been much occurring since last September in the arena¡¯s governed by Capricorn(see below) and now we will be evaluating that which had transpired from a different angle during this retrograde phase.

Pluto is commonly referred to as the planet of Transformation, Death-Rebirth and Power.
The highest function of Pluto is to empower individuals and societies through bringing to an end that which has become non-productive and toxic, within and without an individual and/or societal structure, purifying the said entity on the deepest level and allowing for new forms to be seeded and birthed free of previous non-beneficial influences.

Pluto is the energy that achieves that which is necessary for our continued growth and expansion upon our path/life plan that previously we were unable, or unwilling, to accomplish on our own.

Pluto insists that we become aware of the reality(our shadow sides too!) of our attitudes, behaviors and situations and that we become an effective agent for change by owning up to our part in the shaping and implementing of our personal and collective realities.

Pluto asks us to become the master of our energy by learning to function effectively without manipulating, binding or draining others in an attempt to garner power in some form and to also not be permitting of others preforming these actions upon us.

Capricorn is the domain of figures of authority and large institutions and as the the sign of cardinal earth is concerned with practicality and the preforming of actions that bring forth durable structures that are built upon solid foundations. With Saturn as ruler, the Sign of the Goat applauds perseverance and encourages us to take responsibility for our structural foundations on personal and collective levels.

The long term residence of Pluto within Capricorn places our collective focus upon the restructuring of large businesses and governments with the individual focus being placed upon taking responsibility for our personal energy that we lend to, or withhold from, these Capricorn entities and by doing so become a conscious participant not only in our personal area¡¯s related to Capricorn but also in these larger entities that form the societal foundations of our co-creative existence

With Pluto in retrograde during the months that our Cardinal t-squares and crosses are occurring, I expect the public to intensely feel the need for change within Capricorn structures and much more so than these past months while Pluto was in direct motion, yet we will not be likely to see much productivity in regards to change within these structures until after Pluto and the other Cardinal t-square/cross Outer Planet participants resume direct motion.
Due to this, these next months bring the possibility of mass frustration and short fuses though for any that are resonant with astrology this is of no surprise for this has been highlighted for some time now.
This is a time to clarify personally where you stand on these all of these collective issues and to continue to shore up your personal foundations in a manner that allows you to flow through these coming months with the most ease possible.

Be mindful that Pluto preforms deep clearings on a slower time scale than other astral energies and this will help to reduce any frustration you may have arise in feeling as if some things will never change.
Continue to attend one¡¯s individual processes and remember that this is of crucial importance due to the successful transformation of individuals contributing directly to the successful transformation of the whole.

http://in2themystics.com/2010/04/09/pluto-retrograde-in-capricorn-40710-91310/#more-25 82

Pluto¡¯s Annual Retrograde

For the next five months, this little planet (I may always call it a planet) will appear from the earth¡¯s perspective to be moving backwards. This happens each year for about five months, and gives us a chance to course correct on any and all of our Plutonian desires and processes.

Pluto is about power. Along each and every human journey we are to learn about the true nature of power. It shows up as being about dynamics between people yet is power always begins within.

When you go about learning about power you always find people more powerful than you. What you think it means when it happens and how you react is wildly, unbelievably important! If you decide you have to get stronger so that it never happens again, you buy into dualistic conceptions of power. You work to steel yourself so that no one can step on you again¡or at least in the same way as the last time that hurt so much.
I¡¯m happy to report that with the shifts taking place on the planet now, it is easier than ever to tap into the true definition, meaning, and use of power.

True power comes from within. When you truly know and accept all parts of yourself, and work to integrate them in all being fully expressed, you create real power. When you are in this state no one can knock you off course. You are standing within yourself as a powerful, divine creative being. No one wants to knock you off course, actually, because they won¡¯t be able to figure what the expletive you¡¯re doing.

Each of us is a being waiting to be (trans)formed. Each of us has deep passions that when allowed to breathe and inform our lives out in the open move us into grounded, powerful states that open us to loving ourselves and everything and -one else, a major aspect of our creative power as divine beings. In other words, real power comes from having open eyes on your true nature and all the corners of all the rooms in your psychic house - and loving it without reservation.

Pluto¡¯s retrograde period is for checking in on how our conceptions of power are serving us. What isn¡¯t working? What about your perceptions of and reactions to powerful others and circumstances get you off track? Which of them take you further away from total self knowledge and self acceptance because you are focused on the interaction with another? Which lead you into anger at others and away from love of self?
It¡¯s all about you. Other people are imaginary. Other people help you see what you need to see, learn what you need to learn. For the next five months open to learning in what ways your ideas of strength and power are ready to be seen and felt into in order to be transformed or released, and become willing to let go of those that you use to drag yourself down into dualistic power games that, frankly, stink for everyone involved.

Who gets to have power when? You do. But only when you are willing to give up the idea that power has anything to do with anyone else. Only when you release the idea that other people have anything to do with any feelings of powerlessness you might have.

wow! scorpio on the 4th house with mars retrograde (conjunct NN) in the 6th house.
well jupiter in scorpio in the 4th house says a lot. deep transformation in the area. for the last decade+ pluto has done a doozy on your 4th house...conjuncting your IC, jupiter and neptune. opposing your 10th house saturn, squaring you ascendant & mercury.

but you made it out alive.
with your sun in the 12th house and moon in scorpio, seems like you have a disposition for darkness. your leo sun's brightness is hidden. virgo rising with mercury in the first tightly conjunct your AC makes you a worrier, expecting the worst. always in your head, mulling worst possible scenarios... your saving grace. FRIENDSHIP! seems like people like you despite your tendency to be dark. do you like to cook for your friends?

seems like all of it comes down to your fluctuating feelings of self worth as it relates to your ultimate purpose. what do you do for a living? banking or something financial. the word papers just popped into my mind...perhaps lots of paper work...writing? idk...you seem somewhat restless. maybe you like routine but can't seem to find one that suits you, or you change it often.

that jupiter on conjunct your IC tells me that your sense of family and roots will go through constant stages of being reborn. hard to get attached to something that constantly changes.

don't know how accurate any of that is...but i thought i'd share.

keep your eyes up. the universe is tirelessly conspiring on your behalf to get you to the best version of you...your highest self!

Ow thanx, how sweet of you...

And, yes! Yes! Yes.. yes ... the darkness, hidden brightness, that worrier etc.!!, fluctuating self worth, writing as the most creative (genes) gift and outlet I got (well, just in my mother-language), the jup. on IC-thing; ... so used to changes/loss in that area that I wonder..

Hm.. friendship; no, I'm (and always was) for example the exact opposite of my sis (sun 6th) with a bill of fare 'nice and normal' friends. I always attracted the 'underdog', people that (had) suffered.
Currently; one big old friend who could be my dad/very first real teacher, with whom I dig far beyond the surface of life.
But cooking? No, too restless for that I think..

Pluto is transiting my 4H...not yet conjunct my IC or moon yet. However I'm dying to relocate. Tensions with my parents, especially mom have flared up...but then again that's nothing new. Maybe I've just gotten more intolerant of my mom's controlling ways.

I have "Planets in Transit" by Robert Hand.

Significance of Transiting Pluto

The nature of Pluto is similar to that of the Hindu God Shiva, the creator and destroyer. Pluto usually begins by breaking down a structure; then it creates a new one in its place. This entire cycle of death, destruction and renovation is accompanied by tremendous powers, for Pluto is not a mild or even very subtle planetary influence. You can always see its effects very clearly - ranging from machines breakdown down and needing repair to full-scale destruction or death. Decay at one level or another, follow by new life from the old is the typical Plutonian process.

Characteristically Plutonian people are those who seek to change, transform and take control of everything around them. Often a Pluto transit will signify the arrival of a person who transforms your life, either for good or evil. Or it can symbolize an event or circumstance that has the same effect.

Pluto also rules those energies inside you that lead inexorably to change. It rules the death and regeneration of the self, as old aspects of your life pass away and are replaced by new ones that could not otherwise have come into being. Pluto does not signify death in the literal sense; instead it refers to a metaphorical death, something ceases to be.

The energies of the planet that Pluto is transiting become a source of change and transformation in your life. You may get involved in serious power struggles with others about changes in the areas of your life associated with that planet.

As Pluto transits your houses, it signifies the areas of your life that are due for radical transformation. In the area ruled by the transited house, structures in your life have built up to the point that it is no longer possible to patch whatever is wrong. It is time for a full-scale reconstruction, preceded if necessary by destruction of the old change-resistant patterns.

It is extremely important that you recognize the inevitability of Plutonian change, which is built into the very structure of things and cannot be prevented. And you should not try to prevent it, because it is a necessary stage in your evolution. All that you will do is force the energies to build up until they are explosive. Then the inevitable changes come about disastrously.

Not only should you go along with the Plutonian energy of destruction by letting go of whatever must depart, you should also assist the rebuilding process that follows, for this is the equally inevitable consequence of the Plutonian breakdown.

For reasons that are not entirely understood, Pluto also has to do with secretive and subversive elements of society - revolutionary groups, organized crime and the like. A Pluto transit may bring such elements into your life, although it is often quite dangerous to allow this during a Pluto transit.

---------------------------------------

Pluto is currently transiting my First House, so I thought I would add that one here. I can add others, just let me know which house you want to see.

Pluto in the First House

At this time you will gradually reshape many aspects of your personality, and you will have the opportunity to get in touch with the forces that have shaped you and made you what you are. Getting in touch with yourself in this manner is especially helpful because it gives you greater control over the unconscious drives that in the past have surfaced in subconsciously directed urges, compulsions and irrational impulses. You will also gain greater control over the ways in which you project your personality to others, which will make your relationships more rewarding.

However, en route to this desirable goal of self-improvement, you will have to meet certain challenges in order to make anything good come out of this period.

First, you will find energies rising within you that want to control everything and everyone around, which could make relationships with others exceedingly difficult, if you are not careful. Now you have the change to be either a positive or negative force for change in the world around you, but you will almost certainly be a negative force if you don’t make the effort to understand yourself. You will be the vehicle for blind and irrational ego forces, the result of infantile and primitive urges that you haven’t dealt with as an adult. These forces are not directed toward what is best for you. But if you understand yourself well, you will be able to bring about a complete rebirth of energy and effectiveness in your life.

Fortunately, under the influence of this transit you will be more and more driven to seek out the inner dimensions of life. You will be attracted to the mysteries and hidden aspects of life, which will make you very interested in your own and other people’s inner workings. This same interest may lead into the study of astrology, yoga and other occult or spiritual doctrines whose purpose is the total regeneration of self.

Guys!

Pluto is transiting my 10th house. It's one of the smallest in my chart but due to Pluto's slow motion and retro's it's been there for years.

My job situation is about the most challening thing in my life at present. Do you think I should wait for Pluto to leave my 10th before changing my path? Or should it happen while Pluto is in my 10th? Eek!

That description for Pluto in 4th sounds right on the money for me.

I pray what he says about change of residence once Pluto transits tot he last degrees of the 4th house to be true, and I hope that's a good thing, as oppose to something awful, like the last time i had to change residence. The fact that I am growing more and more estranged from my family and become more and more aware of my childhood wounds makes me feel that something's going ot give eventually, a confrontation with my mother or brother, and that I will likely break my ties with one or both of them.

I looked at an ephemeris only to find that thanks to all the upcoming Pluto retrogrades, Pluto will not completely leave my 4th house until 2017.

2017!!!!!

I'll be 45 years old by then. Am I going to have to wait that long to reclaim my life from all the dysfunction that has been heaped on me by my effed-up family????

I can only hope that between now and then I'll undergo a truly liberating transformation that will truly set me free so I can actually, for once in my pathetic life, have a life of my own.

Pluto is currently transiting my First House, so I thought I would add that one here. I can add others, just let me know which house you want to see.

If you can, could you post the one for the 4th house? There's a few of us here who has Pluto in the 4th right now.

Me have tr Pluto in 4th too - equating with parents' marriage breakdown, my marriage breakdown, problems with parents & lack of communication, move away from members of family, feeling of a lack of "sense of family" heightened, no desire for own kids AT ALL (seeing relationships breaking down, not wanting to commit myself fully), and as my parents are into their 7th decade, possible loss at some stage (which I am NOT looking forward to). + allergy to sign Cancer LOL...particularly Cn ex-MIL and guys with Cn Moon! Going on since 2000. Especially long transit, as my 4th is a "big" house. Still, I consider not as bad as tr. my 5th (which I am def not looking forward to as I am creative/ hate the thought of loss of *universal* love & "popularity" (since I don't get it from family/ partners, but friends).

In opposition to my 10th house/career. Been difficult to get that side going too. Waxing and waning of career paths, although achievements excellent in some areas.

Pluto just entered my 5th for good, pffffft!
(cusp 5th = 3'58 Cap.)

I lost so much with Pluto in the 4th;
- my dad by cancer
- my mom got breast cancer but she survived
- 8 months later I lost my uterus by cervical cancer, and through that;
- a normal sex-life

[quote] But..my Sun is Leo 12th so I have to deal with it a whole life.

Welcome Pluto in my 5th!

How sweet that you delivered me this nice genuine soul a few minutes before you entered my 5th.
But Pluto, it´s so hard to deal with such a close bond..{/quote]

Mir,
I honor all you have been through.
Pluto shook me upside down ,too.

Ami Ann-- Pluto just went retro, on the 6th April. Granted if it went retro on your 5th house cusp, then it won't travel far back into your 4th. But it won't be moving any further into your 5th until it goes direct agin in September (I think).

Sorry you can to go through so much. Since Pluto's been in my 4th, I have lost my apartment, my job and my ability to live independently. This was due to depression and PTSD that stems from my crappy ass childhood. That forced me to move across country, leaving all the friends I have, and move back in wiht my parents. I have spent the years since watching myself rot in a town with no future for me, no friends, no romantic prospects for a woman like myself, and the growing, painful awareness of just how effed up my family is and just how much better I was not being around them. But I'm stuck here for now.

My health hasn't been great, although nothing as bad as cancer. I am at great risk for cancer though, because of my PCOS (a metabolic disorder that affects a woman's reproductive health). But I can't afford to have a doctor monitor my PCOS or screen me for early signs of the cancers common to PCOS.

Since Pluto has been in my 4th, it feels like all I can manage to do is survive. I really, really resent that. It took me this long to learn the causes of my depression and manage it, and I can't do anything with my life now that I've worked out my depression, because of all this other stuff that's burdening and obstructing me.

I dont know quite exactly what i shoudl be learning. I feel like there's anger deep within me that NEEDS to surface, that's crawling its way upward to the light. I feel the need to fight, to just get angry and and start kicking down the obstacles around me, despite the consequences. I've taken up aerobic kick boxing because of the satisfaction I get from punching and kicking. But again--things or people get int eh way whenever I try to pursue outlets like exercise. So I have to fight to keep up those outlets. It's exhausting. Maybe it will be worth it in the end. I can only hope, because god knows, I ain't got anything else to hope for right now!

4th house too.

The moment, when Pluto was exactly on my IC wasn't easy, because I had to give up something important - maybe even a part of myself. There was a relocation too. It's better now, because I focus my attention on positive things.

Pluto in the Fourth House

The tremendous psychological changes of the last several years with Pluto transiting your natal third house continue now as Pluto enters the fourth house. But now the effects become much deeper, more internal and personal. Your inner psyche, your home, your family and the other most personal areas of your life will be affected.

On the psychological level, you may have to deal at last with certain problems that you have been living with since childhood. In fact, many issues from childhood will reemerge now, as you begin to understand their consequences to you as an adult. You will no longer be satisfied to just live with them. You want change, and you will be able to change at the most fundamental levels now. The irrational compulsions and inappropriate childish behavior that most of us indulge in under certain conditions will be called into the light and examined. This is generally an excellent period to undergo psychotherapy or a similar process if you feel that it might be useful. However, this is not to say that it will be necessary. Even without psychotherapy you will undergo tremendous inward changes.

On a more exterior level your home life may change tremendously. There can be a number of possible causes for this, including a change in residence; changes within the house, such as extensive repair or remodeling; changes with your family; such as divorce, death or other separations; or a tremendous change in the nature of your family relationships.

Your relationships with your parents are likely to change a great deal. If you have been overly dependent upon them for any reason, you may find it necessary to break away from them. You may have a rather serious power struggle with your parents under this transit, if they try to hold on to you as if you were still a child. But the changes within your family or between you and your parents need not be negative by any means. All that can be said for sure is that they will certainly be significant and that when this transit is over a new order will begin.

DD,

What is it like having Pluto in the first? Pluto is transiting my 12th house right now, and I'm eager for Pluto to move on.
