neptune in the 1st can draw others but mainly because people see in you what they want to see...you act as a mirror. It's got nothing to do with magnetism...that's venus and/or pluto's department. People "see" you as a saviour of some sort...this isn't a b!tchy response like roadwarrior...I have nep in 1st myself. IP: Logged |

HOW do Venus and/or Pluto have magnetism,Dysfunctionalmystic. Which aspects/signs etc would show magnetism is my question Thanks so much ------------------ If you forgive men their trespasses, your Heavenly Father will forgive you But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses. and I forgot to mention that those with a fairly busy 1st house do generally attract attention because they ask for it somehow...it is a bit "look at me, yay I'm here" my 3rd daughter has a sag asc with jupiter, merc, sun all in 1st and she can't walk past me without saying something and neither can she just walk from a to b without doing something that catches your eye. I wuoldn't call this narcissism though because it's actually normal behaviour for a heavy 1st house. IP: Logged |

Why do you say this? I've got one hell of a fixed cross that involves my mercury and the 3rd/9th house and I love the internet. IP: Logged |

Libra is said to have the ability to draw resources etc from others...it could be that if they "lack" something then the energy has to be corrected so they attract whatever it is they need. I got the info about the psychic energy of signs from a tarot compendium by Jana Riley years ago and I've found it's been accurate. scorpio - magnetism comes from their desire venus/pluto combo for reasons above is strong in all aspects but the conjunction and easy aspects can have an easier time accepting this energy than the square/opposition. They reckon it's venus con pluto that's the sex symbol aspect. I think we can all attract and we all put energy out but some people do seem to get more than their fair share and it depends on the rest of the chart as to whether it will be integrated into the personality. The problems usually occur if the individual has a need for space or independence, such as a strong uranus as well as pluto. That's when the battles start. Edit; I meant to add that a nep in 1st is likely to attract narcissistic sorts because nep in the 1st is the classic mirror for everyone to look into. IP: Logged |

Very often in my life, my reaction to this was: "But you don't even understand the meaning of the word "love".. and you barely even know me - How could you possibly be in love with me?". (I never actually said this, but this is how I felt). I know this is a suspicious and possibly strange and unfounded reaction. Maybe I won't go there in explaining this further, because it could be a "downer". But please don't take it the wrong way. I have no issue with you or this thread. My issue is more so with those people who claim to be 'in love' or 'attracted'... when in reality they are sort of "infatuated" with an image that only exists inside their heads.
I didn't get the vibe that you had any issue with the thread or me What you said is very true. You also have that opposition like my close friend, she has the same issue with guys "being in love" with her. And then when they get close to her they treat her badly and get sick of her fast. I think that is a mix of the opp of Venus trine neptune. They aren't seeing her clearly. I don't believe these guys are in love. In fact I have had it in my head that those attracted don't really see me for me and won't like what they see if they get closer. I have Neptune in my first house. IP: Logged |

I think mars and uranus in the mix will just add to the confusion and chaos. mars and uranus are highly energetic and occasionally "jarring" whereas neptune just blends and sneaks in.Venus is also technically in conjunction with neptune too and saturn. It's one heck of a stellium and probably hard to distinguish one energy from the other. The 1st house also represents what we bring into a room so you symbolise disruption, redemption and action...or this is what others will subconsciously pick up on. Mars conjunct neptune is not an easy one because the energies are basically working against each other so I expect that you have a fair amount of internal conflict over how to present yourself at times. but then with uranus there as well you probably don't want other people to see you as a one trick pony anyway. Liz Greene did a huge book on neptune and it may be worth you having a look at it xxxx IP: Logged |

I never know whether to count my venus conjunct mars/neptune. Most people are like too wide. I can't tell! The descriptions are similar to other placements :\ My neptune doesn't help me figuring it out :\I do have this weird combined feeling of standing out and being invisible. Haha you are right I do care, but I don't really want to. I like what I like but I don't want to be seen as someone who goes with the trends, cause I really don't care. I'm stubborn on wanting to not appear as something I am not. IP: Logged |

That's actually really interesting. I have Sun, Mercury and Venus in the first house and have been accused of being an attention seeker. I am not - at least not conciously. So the first house planets could be the reason for it? IP: Logged |

Haha no offense, but sun and venus in first house....not looking at the rest of the chart. Says.... "I love myself everyone look at me!" Whether or not you truly feel this way, its probably why people see you like that.IP: Logged |

Yep smilingheart it's highly likely they are to blame. I think some signs are more noticeable than others...especially fire. If the rest of your chart is a little bit reserved then it won't be an easy thing to accept about yourself. If you look at the signs and aspects it'll show you what kind of attention it is, venus in the 1st is usually considered quite charming.IP: Logged |

1st ruler Jupiter is at zero degrees of it's sign. It can indicate something about your look. Not saying the attraction is all down to your looks. Ok, actually, I am saying that.IP: Logged |

scorpio moon plus uranus in the 1st house can give you magnetic qualities. and considering your already an aquarius theres even more magnetic glamour. and with your sag rising and jupiter in the 7th you can be fun/freedom loving so enjoyable to be around. IP: Logged |

Let's see, let me put my two cents in...It looks like crazyaquarian, that your a couple of years younger than me and I also have a mid. Sag. ASC. at 14 degrees, only my Jupiter is in Gemini its direct and is in the 6th house, not the greatest placement. But... like you I have Neptune in the 1st house, and Saturn and Uranus, so I can relate to people perceiving other sides to your personality that your not even aware of. Honestly I was a late bloomer (shy, plain awkward and chubby), never had a real steady boyfriend until recently, and I didn't lose my virginity till way past the usually time in your mid teens. But somehow I managed to over my lack of confidence and around 20 I suddenly got a lot of attention from men because I had finally physically blossomed (as corny as that sounds). Of course I'm not into physical validation, so I still think I'm that awkward chubby reculsive teen girl at times. I get really weirded out when guys comment on my looks and it keeps happening, ironically its when I'm not single, lol! IP: Logged |

To add a bit of common sense, if you are good looking and female, men will flock over you. Fact of life. Very little to do with personality. What this Jupiter at zero degrees can show is something that you give off about your personality (and looks) - like a Scorpio who give off that something, would. Understand? IP: Logged |

My sister is a Scorpio with Sun conjunct Pluto, she has Neptune and Uranus on the ASC (and Saturn from the 12th), well she's a real magnet to the opposite sex. VERY attractive to men. She's got a Capricorn Asc so the ruler Saturn actually conjuncts the Asc itself.. Plus she has Venus square all that stellium. Ahem.Needless to say, she is wanted LOL. IP: Logged |

I have venus and uranus in there. I don't know what those mean or if it's even considered heavy. But I HATE attention. I like to observe and don't like being observed. But you may be right in the sense that I'm VERY aware of others' eyes fixed on me sometimes. Also I noticed that when I enter a room people often seem to stop doing what they did and there's a sudden silence. I'm like "what the hell, keep talking!". That can be misleading though, beacuse it can be attributed to a lot of things - not knowing a the person entering the room, unsual looks, clothing, etc. IP: Logged |

Hi! Venus in Sag, Uranus in Scorp. Yes, I'm a Scorpio Sun But I'm sorry, I don't really know what you mean by "strong". BTW It would be great to have my chart and positions looked at by someone who understands it more IP: Logged |

Nope, you are adding nothing that wasn't already said, and I was talking about genuinely caring for someone, romantic feelings AS well as a sexual attraction. And they don't flock, look it all that Cap I scare them. And who said I even was attractive?????O_o What did you put in your coffee? IP: Logged |

Yes! I hate the attention. People's eyes on be make my skin crawl and want to throw something at them. I feel violated and my personal space invaded. Really uncomfortable... probably my scorp moon. with my sag asc and uranus in first.... eek.... my personality gets it easily.
