I hate this feeling. I have had it since 14 when I got too traumatized and then felt like safety pins were holding me together.
Maybe--it is NOT the chart and just trauma or maybe it is both.
I have been holding myself like a helium balloon --to the ground.
Sometimes--it is sheer prayer and will that keeps me sane for one more day.
It is an awful feeling and I hope to God--one day it will be gone!!!
It feels good when someone can relate. Thank you for that ,Deliverance.

Glaucus may be onto something....it sounds like a 12th house/Neptune issue. Sometimes I feel way too connected to everything around me...to the point that I shut myself in my house.

It feels like it is my Sun which is gonna fragment--my ego.
What could you do astrologically to help?
What I mean--would there be ways to use other stronger parts of the chart to compensate??
