I think you are right about the Mars. I never knew my expression of Mars until this thread. I express it with cleanliness and service to others. I guess it's my Libra Moon that wants it reciprocated lol!

Virgo Sun/Pisces Moon/Capricorn Rising/Virgo Mars/Leo Venus Rx

I really like to hang out with my lover if I had one, like do stuff together in groups or just the two of us getting into trouble or maybe we'll lay in my truck bed under the stars talking about the latest Sci-Fi movie.

I am suprised about physical touch being the 2nd highest, I don't really consider myself a touchy feely person..but with the right person sure why not.

I like to give and recieve words of encouragement and the little three special words<3

We can do things for eachother it doesn't bother me but I usually like to work solo.

I give gifts but I usually make them or find something really bizarre or nostalgic I made a custom "Nacho" hoodie for my ex Gemini..eh.

Virgo rising. Honestly? I'm not critical of others, I'm VERY self-critical. I'm VERY observant. I'm always looking and watching others, observing everyones nuances, idiosyncracies, personalities, vibes, etc. I'm always analyzing things, constantly thinking.

I always want to help people. I'm always dreaming up ways to help people, the world sometimes lol.

When around new people, I'm very reserved and laid back.

Pisces/Neptune on the DSC? I will say that I am definitely drawn to Piscean woman (am still married to one), but they are usually no good for me. They are like a narcotic to me. All dreamy and whatnot, but slippery, can't get my hands on em. Too slippery. And why is it that almost all Piscean women I've met have a great rear lololololol? Does Pisces rule the backside lol? It's fine though if their Sun isn't in aspect to mine by orb. That Piscean Sun square is TOUGH. Ironically enough, my best friend of most my life is a Pisces but he has aqua merc.

As far as expressing affection verbally, I can give compliments all day as long as they are received well. Some women don't like a bunch of compliments or verbal affection. I was wondering what part of you keeps your emotions close to the vest. Would it be the Cancer Venus???
I know as Gem Sun,Merc and Venus--I share my emotions easily---I think.
I have Cancer moon and Mars but this does not stop it.
Perhaps, Cancer Venus has a special quality I can't perceive.
I would love your insights if you would like to share them!

Not really. My Venus expression is HIGHLY Cancerian. I absolutely show I care by doing things for my woman. I like to make sure she is taken care of. Little things like, making sure her clothes went to the cleaners and got picked up. Making sure the drivers seat is pushed forward when I know she's gonna drive next. Things like, giving her a massage after a long day. Making sure all her shows recorded, etc. Also, I love spending time at home with my woman and beautifying our home. I mean, I love to go out too, but some days, I just wanna relax at home and spend time with my woman.

I don't identify at all with the Leo expression of Venus.

Well, Cancer's are sensitive and private (I don't even like a lot of public displays of affection) with their emotions due to a strong fear of rejection, much more so than other signs. Venus in Cancer is no different. If I think a woman isn't into me, firstly, I'll never let my feelings build, secondly, I'll only tell her I'm interested. I don't like rejection lol, probably more than most, but ironically, it doesn't stop me from approaching women, never has. I guess you can attribute that to the Air in me.

Now, if I think the woman is into me, first, if it gets serious, I need to hear it. I don't assume anything lol. If all is good, then I'll let her know anything she wants to know about my feelings. I'll be VERY open once I trust her. Just like a Crab, hard on the outside, but soft on the inside lol. Whoever associated a crab with Cancer knew what they were doing lol!

Also, as a Venus in Cancer, I take it personally if my feelings get hurt. I start to withdraw. I won't put myself out there anymore unless im comfortable with doing so again.

I think Cafeastrology said it best, a Venus in Cancer's approach to love is just like the motion of a crab, we approach love sideways lol.
