I have a pretty good track record with guessing the Asc of people I know. Meanwhile, I'm cr@p at guessing the Asc of people I don't know. Complete, utter cr@p.

It's not looks that tip me off to the Asc. It's more the way people animate their body and anchor themselves in the world. That's far easier to pick up on in person. You can feel it.

I'm pretty good with Ascendants too Jane. Like you, it works better with people I know. One of them came to me in a dream as I was lying next to the person...I actually dreamt that I saw his chart on Astro and it said "Ascendant: Leo" and when I woke up I asked him his birth time and cast a chart and darned if it didn't show a Leo ASC! O_o

Raymond: Tiger screams "Virgo!" to me. If not Sun then I would have definitely pegged that as his Ascendant.

I tell the person that I wonder what their Rising sign or their moon sign might be, and it would be neat to do their natal chart to see what they are like,......they always comply!!! THEN I do our synastry but secretly, of course!!!
