i think thats what they are called..i just wondered, are these of any significance in synastry? you know, if some one has sun in capricorn, saturn is their sun's depositer right? does that make saturn more important? does this also mean the saturn in their chart acts partially as sun energy planet? what does it mean when other peoples personal planets contact the depositer of the others personal planets? i wondered this because i was looking at this synastry again today and realized person A's Sun Leo is Quincunx (Inconjunct) person B's Capricorn Moon. but person b's Saturn (moon depositer) is trine person A's sun, along with person b's Uranus, (their sun depositer) does this offer more compatibility? or maybe more sun-sun/sun-moon energy in the synastry?

I've wondered if your sun, moon and asc's ruling planet make those planets energies stronger in your chart. In aspects for example. So I'm not sure how that would work for synastry. ------------------ ~Believe~ IP: Logged |

Here are some links, http://therealastrology.com/HTML/ASKKEVIN/991127b.html "Final Depositors" http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum24/HTML/203783.html "Errr.......what's this????" http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum24/HTML/204041.html quote: i think thats what they are called..
They're dispositors, and they sequence in a sort of chain reaction in the chart. A planet at home (domicile) such as Mars in Aries is self-ruled so only answers to itself. quote: i just wondered, are these of any significance in synastry? you know, if some one has sun in capricorn, saturn is their sun's depositer right?
Yep, Saturn would be the dispositor for a Capricorn Sun, if Saturn is in Capricorn the sequence ends there, if not, then Saturn would be receiving orders from another source. In a sense they have significance, I'd more emphasis on final dispositor and also if someone has a stellium in one sign, not necessarily all conj, then I'd look to the ruler of that sign and where it is, what its doing to add to that stellium picture. Rulers of stelliums I'd pay attention to in synastry. quote: does that make saturn more important?
Saturn would be important when you're focusing on the Sun in that chart. Moon's ruler I put importance on, Asc ruler, and the rulers of the nodes. quote: does this also mean the saturn in their chart acts partially as sun energy planet?
Saturn would be whispering in the Sun's ear you could say, you could also say that anything the Sun does creates a ripple effect for its dispositor all the way back up the chain. You could also say that if Saturn isn't functioning well in that chart that the person's Sun would be directly affected and would feel that dissonance the most. quote: i wondered this because i was looking at this synastry again today and realized person A's Sun Leo is Quincunx (Inconjunct) person B's Capricorn Moon. but person b's Saturn (moon depositer) is trine person A's sun, along with person b's Uranus, (their sun depositer) does this offer more compatibility? or maybe more sun-sun/sun-moon energy in the synastry?
It's a very round-about way of looking at it..the basic inconjunct energy between their Sun and Moon is still there, the fact that their rulers are trine in synastry would point to a good give and take between their Saturn and Sun, but wouldn't cancel out the aforementioned aspect..my opinion is aspects never cancel each other out, they act alongside each other at various times and to various degrees. But the trine is a good indicator that Saturn would guide the Sun person in a way that doesnt feel like its wounding the Sun person's ego or inviting conflict, providing some rules that actually 'stick' and benefit the Sun. It depends on how much work the 2 people want to put into it, quincunx signs do have things in common so it's not a shot in the dark. quote: I've wondered if your sun, moon and asc's ruling planet make those planets energies stronger in your chart.
I've seen it, if you want to know what energy it's reacting to, look at its dispositor, it provides extra motivation to their outer display of that planet.IP: Logged | |
