You get raw food cook books on Amazon
You can make raw pies, chocolate sauce, Guacamole, raw nut butters like cashew etc.
It is amazing the variety of raw food you can make and try.
I had a raw food store open up near me. They have everything---chocolate sauce, apple pies, sweet potato pies, mango pies and much more lol.

How often do i eat them and is that all I eat all day?

Well---if you have a raw foods distributor--and you must by mail--you can order all sorts of raw nut butters like macadamian, cashew, pistachio etc.
As I said--you can get chocolate sauce etc.
However, IF you don't want to do it this way--you can order raw food cook books from Amazon.
I did that and did all my own raw cooking until I got tired of it.
IF you don't want to do any of these--just buy any food that has not been processed and that is a raw food--such as raw nuts, fruits, avocado's and vegetables.

Ami

PS I think--that you will lose weight on raw foods even if you eat all day.
I think even with nuts and avocado's, raw chocolate etc--you will lose weight cuz raw fills you up in a different way than cooked.
It is satisfying and you can't overeat. If you do temporaly--you will moderate it and lose weight.

You can buy them but they have lost 90% of their nutritional value by the time you eat them... and raw anything is way better made at home.

I have a living juice extractor and i can make nut butter in it. you don't need an extractor unless you commit yourself to drinking veg juice every day. Fruit juice is not really very good for you.

Oh, last question: do you eat them raw or in stir-fries?

I've sorta been here there and everywhere the last wk, only stopping by briefly to keep up with whats going on so this is a little late but can I just say that I'm really, really proud of you Belgz for thinking this through and considering everyone's concern.

I have no doubt that this is will work to give you the outcome that you want to achieve. It sucks feeling horrible about yourself with obstacles in the way but your a strong chick with a determined will and I'm glad you're redirecting it into something positive

I just got an order from the raw food store and was thinking of you, Belgz. I got a raw soup.
It is one of my favorites made with celery, cukes, avocado, tomato.
I got sweet potato pies. The crust is made from ground nuts, coconut and dried fruit. It is topped with dried fruit and nuts.
They use agave syrup to sweeten it which is raw and delicious.
Since you are a Cancer --maybe you would have fun getting recipe books and trying to make your own food.'
I had so much fun when I did it but it is a lot of work--chopping, food processors etc.
I was glad I did it but then gave up and just had simple things like salads, fruit, guacamole etc.
The raw food store is 5 minutes away so I lucked out--big time lol.
