I have been postponing this doubt for ages. I guess it is time for me to unlock this.Let me introduce it with an example. I have Saturn in my Leo the 5th house when counted from my Ascendant Aries; but when I look at it with respect my sun sign Virgo, it will be in my Solar 12 th house. Are both these scenarios valid? In other words, when I am reading my natal chart or transits, should I take both these scenarios into consideration? IP: Logged |

Wow at last someone on my wavelength. I've been wondering this for years. Is it a dual effect? I have noticed both having an influence. But i want to know at what times. I mean it can't just be random. I posted this question recently myself. Most of the replies i got back were pigswill but here's the thread http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum24/HTML/204462.html Do you fancy talking about this on msn sometime? IP: Logged |

When you take the Sun as Ascendant - that is called a Solar Chart. Most horoscopes online, in magazines & newspapers etc. are based on Solar Charts, starting at 0' deg of every sign. This is why people are advised to check both their Sun sign and AC sign. I find Solar Chart transits accurate. In particular Saturn and Jupiter transits, which I've looked into. The only horoscope I check is Susan Miller's monthly - and more often than not the Aries interpretation is the only one that suits me (This is my Sun). I'm curious about using Solar Charts in synastry and other contexts - but I'm not sure if anyone has done much research into this. IP: Logged |
