I was thinking about how I have been "but together"... I started to realized no matter what I'm screwed..

My design flaw is all my fire.. I don't have enough balance... All my personal planets are in fire expect 1. My Venus which is in water. It's a singleton..

Ideally fire people is what I should be attracted to, with all the trines...
BUT I have the hardest time connecting with people that have alot of fire.

We compete, fight for the mike, and I basically feel threatened. (men, only) as if they are trying to over power me. I fight it all the way..

My Venus is in Cancer.. and Im soooo attracted to the watery men, only it squares all my fire, so it just never works out. Also My Eros is in Pisces, so oo boy I totally fall for guys with Pisces placements. the more Pisces he has, the harder I fall......

As for air/earth.. Even though it may sextile deep down we dont understand each other, which makes it even harder to communicate with...

So no matter which direction I go... Its a loose loose situation.

Whats your design flaw?

Interesting...

Let's see, even though I have Mars and Moon in Libra, I'de say I am least attracted to air men.
I like to connect to people, even friends, on a very intimate, emotional level.
I just can't seem to penetrate the surface of an Air person.

I have the least amount of Earth in my chart, but, I have four planets in the 6th house, and I've always been a sucker for a Virgo, either sex.
Although I've tried with them in the romance department, many times, we always end up making better friends, and I love my virgo ex's to this day.
I fall pretty hard for cappies, but NEVER Taurus men.
Maybe because my Moon is in a cardinal sign?
IDK, but Taurus men come on WAAAAAY too strong and it is a huge turn off for me.

I have to be the pursuer.
Seems like the more complicated, quiet, deep, introspective and difficult the man is, the more I like them.
Hence all the Scorpio's and Pisces in my life.

My Venus is in Sag, and I love people with either a sag asc or moon.
I fall for them hard, but for some reason, I can only like other Sag suns as friends.
Same thing with Leo's and Aries.

So, even though it's probably not good for me, as in, easy and uncomplicated, I tend to like water and earth people the best.
Well, let's say for romance...

So, what is my design flaw?
Well, my grandpa always said that everything I do, I do it the hard way.
lol. What is the placement for that??

1.Unaspected Venus in Gemini (Air Singleton) and Mars in Aries.

I love these placements for the values and strength they lend, but they clash with the rest of my Water or Earth. The Mars in Aries adds a very sharp edge to the Cancerian moodiness, which isn't too bad...except for when people are trying to help you and you push them away. Its just that when I blow up, I tend to say things I regret and then the guilt sets in. *__* I remember quite a few water sun women on here who had Mars in Aries with the same problem.

The Air Singleton Gemini Venus is the worst in romance with my water and 8th house virgo moon. I desire stability and emotional security in relationships, but I also want my freedom/seperate identity to remain intact. I've only ever attracted people who will give me one or the other though. :\

2. Cap Ascendant opposite Cancer Sun- Do I need to go into this? People tend to attach personality traits to me that I can't even relate to. Maybe it's the way I carry myself, or maybe there are traits I'm not even conscious of. But this causes problems because who I am on the inside doesn't match what people expect of me.

LOL @ Teasel

I'm kind of happy with my design, in the sense that I wouldn't really change much hmmm

But maybe a touch of air - just a touch - and less Uranian drama from my Mercury square Uranus. My mind is overactive. It drives me bonkers.

I’ll start with my Neptune in 7th house.

Me: “Oh, you blew all your money on useless crap again. Sure honey, how much do you need to borrow?”

Send me into a room of 100 men, one of which is a jobless, drug addicted alcoholic. No points for guessing which one I’ll be attracted to. Even if he has a flashing neon sign above his head that says ‘LOSER’ it just makes it easier for me to find him.

As I’m getting older I’m becoming more aware……….slowly, slowly.

Winter, 11/10 marks for such brutal honesty. I wish all younger girls with Neptune in 7th or Pisces Moon in 6th or 7th House take notes.
There will be a strong urge to care for the lazy loser type who spins a tale of being a victim of cicumstances, and then traps them with his crocodile tears.

D E S I S T.

Sensitive, empathetic, compassionate girls must choose surpassor Males only, thats the best way they can peacefully serve humanity than suffer a complaining loser lifelong.

lol I have Neptune (7th) on DC, but I've only attracted one loser in my life. Everyone else kind of suits "Capricorn" (the sign of my dc) - hard working and down to earth.

IQ - About caring for "victims" - I DO genuinely care for people with problems. But I do not fall in love with them. I try to help though. I'm happy with this trait in my personality lol

I was saying on another Neptune thread (I think it was Mars-Neptune, I have the conjunction) - that some astrologers paint this as being easily "taken advantage of" - but for Neptune the notion of "taking advantage" does not exist.
I don't really see people in those terms. I don't ever use that phrase.. because when someones *asks* - I give, as much as I can.. If I was not happy or able to *give* - If I simply couldn't for whatever reason - I would try to get them someone else who can help.

But, really I'm not bothered LOL

I mean - if you told me two weeks later: "Well actually this person didn't *need* the help.. BUT they were lazy... and they just wanted you to make their life easier."
I'd say - great!
lol
"I'm glad I made their life easier."

I'm just not bothered at all. I don't feel like I lost anything, in helping another.
But that's also Jupiter on MC in Pisces.

My Venus conjunct Jupiter makes me love food and too much of it. I don't really have the same "off button" that other people have. The springs on my button are rusty.

My Venus in Libra appreciates aesthetically pleasing things, including nice lean bodies, but my Venus conjunct Jupiter trumps it... so that a visit to the gym is just about the last thing I can think to do. Especially when there's mashed potatoes to be licked out of the pot.

It's frustrating!

My sixth house moon in Cancer is also something I could have done without. I walk through life in a lot of pain at everybody else's pain. It makes it very hard to ever be "happy go lucky". I need to literally have two or three alcoholic drinks to get into any kind of happy zone.

I don't have much Earth in my chart. The same with fire.

I only have Virgo Ascendant.
My fire planets are Jupiter and Neptune in Sagittarius

I am not really good with day to day, practical, routine type stuff.

I am also not the very vibrant, outgoing type

but

it's different in my heliocentric chart
which is said to be the higher self chart

My Earth is in Taurus which would be strong placement for Earth. Some say Earth rules Taurus.

My Mercury,Venus,Jupiter, and Neptune are in Sagittarius. My Mars is in Aries.
Therefore, I have 5 planets in fire.

I am wondering if realizing, accessing my heliocentric chart might help.

Yeah...I know. I have developed a strong interest in Heliocentric Astrology.

I want to get a Heliocentric Astrology reading from Philip Sedgwick himself. I especially wanted to know his take on my nodal contacts to my Earth (North Eris), Mercury (South Venus), Venus-Jupiter (South Uranus), and Mars (South Quaoar). I will get one for my birthday.

I have Venus conjunct Sun/Jupiter midpoint with 2 minutes of arc. As a direct midpoint picture, that's a major theme in my life. With it almost being exact, it's a dominant theme.

I can relate to stuff written about Venus-Jupiter aspects including stuff about food.

I have Venus conjunct Jupiter in my heliocentric chart. They conjunct the South Uranus Node and sextile Uranus.

So my higher self love nature, value, relationship would involve independence, freedom, expansion, unconventionality, change
that would involve past collective association, connection with independence, unconventionality, change

I would like my Cancer moon to be able to changed to a Cappy moon whenever I felt like it.
I would go back and forth like changing hats
When I needed to think long term and long range, I would put Cappy on.
When, I wanted to curl up with someone --I would put on Cancer cuz Cancer, to me, is great for snuggling, telling secrets and playing.

LOL @ Ami's changing moon.

Yep, IQ is right, I have nept in 7th AND moon in 6th, and I've spent my LIFE with losers.

You'd think you would learn by my age, but, it's really harrrrrrddddd.

I feel sorry for EVERYbody.
At my last job, a huge portion of my tip money I spent on making sure the really old alcholic guys, the ones who shake and get sick, had money for beer. That's nuts!
I just can't stand to watch anyone suffer, no matter if they are doing it to themselves or not.

I don't know if I would change that though, so maybe I'm the nutty one!

Ami I have Capricorn Moon/Venus and am getting to know someone special with Cancer Sun/Moon, we do balance each other well thus far.

But don't you have h10 prominence? That's akin to Saturn, I think you can call on it whenever you like It's already there. Or maybe your own personal Saturn could be nurtured a bit to more strength (I don't know how you use it know just, pondering..)?

I'm in the same boat with Teasel... I have no clue where to start. I just think I'm screwed. I'm 31 and never been close to being married. I like my freedom (Uranus opp Moon, Uranus conj Venus?) but I would love to be in a stable relationship (Saturn Trine Moon, Saturn Sextile Venus)

Just thinking about that- Saturn and Uranus aspecting both my Moon and Venus... Just reminds me I'm still screwed. LOL

EDIT- Also, Saturn/Uranus aspects my Sun as well. Can I just get rid of one of them?

Thank you Lonake and Lala for asking and caring!

For me--I could only have one station--Cancer.I was allowed to have the Cancer traits as *I* see them--sweetness, gentleness,kindness--but had to suppress the strong parts of myself--Scorpio/Pluto and even the Gemini strength.
I shut down everything inside myself except "nice"
I, also, thought *I* was bad if I saw anything other than "nice" in other people.
You can imagine what kind of life I was set up to have.
I love the Cancer moon but I only felt comfortable with this part of myself.

I think Gemini has a lot of strength. I read that this sign is pure logic and rationality .
This gives you a strength cuz you can detach . You can see above situations almost like a person in a Near Death Experience.
I used to be afraid of this. I thought my mental health was bad lol.
I think it is just the particular strength of Gemini.
Scorpio/Pluto has a strength that is "Talk softly but carry a big stick" lol
I was afraid of this ,too.
I thought this made me have bad mental health, too lol
This may sound silly but having a therapist mother made me doubt my sanity lol
I had to throw away so many parts of myself that I was left with a shell.
The shell was the Cancer moon. That is why I love the Cappy moon friends .
I think in any planet--the opposite one may balance it.
x o x Ami

PS Thank you Lonake for reminding me of those placements.

Too much water.
On the upside, I am intuitive and 'feel' people, so I can be there for them in times of need. Even strangers.

On the downside, I place the needs of others before myself, because I feel they 'need me' and my water always wants to be their help. Even if it is to my detriment, I place their needs above my own.

I would love a bit more air for distance or more than one planet in earth, but the water elements of my chart are only rivaled by fire, which is just ridiculous.

I think a a few of the main design flaws prevalent in my chart include:

virgo moon (h1) square sag neptune (h5). I think this aspect creates an emotional haze around my relationships, and makes it particularly difficult for me to be realistic and not have clouded perceptions which often lead to an intense disappointment with most relationships. I think it also plays a part in me not being completely comfortable with my emotions and feeling awkaward expressing them. I also tend to come across as quite antisocial at times, perhaps this could have something to do with it.

I'm also not too thrilled about uranus in the fourth conjunct IC. I think this contributes to a constant feeling of instability. My parents divorced when I was about 12 and before that the home was a tension stress filled place where I always felt emotionally repressed and uncomfortable. After the divorce I was constantly between houses for most of my teenage years because I felt like I had to spend time with them equally. Libra sun I guess. This manifested into physical sickness. Anyways even into my twenties I never felt like I had a stable home base. I still don't.

I also think that leo mars (h1) square scorpio venus (h3) is really not helpful in any of my relationships. I think that I find it very difficult to handle some of the very intense feelings that come with these placements, and I think I expect way too much sometimes.

I also think that libra sun (2h) conjunct saturn really doesn't help me express myself in a confident way when I need to. Although I am thinking if I didn't have a leo AC things could be a lot worse.

Having a libra stellium in the second house is really kicking my ass at the moment with saturn and pluto transits. All the second house issues are definitely coming up. I have no job at the moment and therefore no income, and it feels like I have not alot to show for the past 10 years of my life because I have spent it at uni. Also the whole self worth thing is there, making me feel invisible most days with a real lack of confidence. Bah.
