What in the chart would indicate this? Like women who are only attracted to the bad boy dangerous persona? What about men who are attracted to wild non domestic women? Why do I find "good and appropriate" so boring?!

don't you have Ixion conjunct or oppose your Ascendant/Descendant axis?

Ixion is a plutino and a dwarf planet candidate

he was named after a Lapith King who was punished for thinking he could have sex with Hera
from him and Nephele (the fake Hera that he had sex with, thinking it was the real Hera), came the lusty centaurs

Ixion was the first murderer in Greek mythology,....he killed his father-in-law to avoid a dowry. Nobody would purify him. Zeus agreed to purify him, and so Ixion was a guest of Zeus. Ixion betrayed Zeus' trust by coming onto to Hera who told Zeus. Zeus tested Ixion by making a fake Hera out of a cloud. Ixion had sex with it. He even bragged about it. Zeus had Hermes take him to Tartarus (the hell of the Underworld) and bound him on a fiery wheel to spin for eternity.

I would also think that your Sun-Pluto could play a part

Pluto is also a nonconformist

both Ixion and Pluto are nonconformists as plutinos with their orbits

the centaur, Nessus was the bad boy of the centaurs

I think that you have Quaoar oppose or conjunct Ascendant/Descendant axis

that is also a transneptunian dwarf planet candidate

transneptunians are basically otherworldly,nonconformist energies

especially Sedna, the most distant of all

I'd say that Eris is especially nonconformist too, and it makes Uranus looks conventional. Its orbit is far more nonconformist than Uranus.

transneptunians are evolutionary intensified objects
there is a dangerous component to them, especially if they are in hard aspect (conjunction,opposition,square....even quincunx, semisquare, sesquiquadrate)

I've come across this sort of thing in my "Heaven Knows What" book by Grant Lewi. I'll have to get back to you on this. I'd be sure to make the distinction carefully between wild and exciting vs. borderline personality, various forms of psychosis, co-dependency etc... I just personally know someone who was blinded to the "extremes" of his wild and exciting choice. He also thought he could "fix" her. Now he is paying a very high price for her erratic behaviors. Who knows, perhaps it's a karmic lesson to learn. Spiritual alchemy and the enlightenment of personal wholeness teaches us that we ALL have both sides (wild and boring) in ALL of us.

I like a balance... neither too stodgy, nor wild and crazy (I actually tend to find the 'wild and crazy' people equally boring, if that makes any sense).

@ Scrappy

My 7th is Libra,
I have Juno,Uranus, and Pluto.. Pluto conjunt DSC. Opps Asc
Pluto sq Venus
Venus opps Jupiter (damn Im soo unlucky here..)

Juno/Uranus Opps Chiron
Uranus sextile Sun,Moon,Mercury
Uranus trine Saturn.

I always meet people in weird and unsual ways, or we get toghether. In some crazy why. Their is always some strange condience.

Also with Uranus opps Chiron, it seems as if all sorts of people come to be for some type of advice, or healing, (or visa versa)then they just go away..

Im starting to believe that most of the people I meet are karmic lessons of some sorts.. Especially since I seperated from my husband. I have been meeting people like crazy, and they synastry is always hittimy my NN, with either their ASc, or MC.. Alot of strong connections, but not strong enough to keep it going for a long period of time.. A lot of Uranus connections are always present.

wow

I didn't know that you have Sun square Nessus!

Sun-Pluto square Nessus would seem like your animus in regards to wild, exciting bad boy types

The centaurs have a wildness about them that the orbital symbolism - their highly elliptical orbits

As plutinos with their 3:2 orbital resonance with Neptune, Pluto and Ixion also have highly elliptical orbits

their highly elliptical orbits make them nonconformists compared to the planets

Ixion conjunct Descendant could indicate relationships involving nonconformist, dangerous bad boy types. Your relationships can also be about second chances as well as matters dealing with gratitude. It also has lusty/sexual nature. Those things also pertain to Ixion.

another thing

is that Nessus links the orbits of Saturn and Pluto.

Saturn/Pluto midpoint is Nessus-sensitive. That means that aspects to Saturn/Pluto midpoint is like aspects to Nessus.

What about highly metaphysically oriented, spiritual type who helps you with your evolutionary lessons, experiences in positive ways

those would be the positives of those aspects

the evolutionary intensification of the transneptunians can draw in dangerous types of people, but they can also draw in profoundly spiritual types.

There can be profoundly spiritual types that can be wild, exciting without being dangerous and bad.

Ok I just double checked, my desc is 13deg 19 min scorp with ixion conj at 13 deg 27 min and quaqoar conj at 12 deg 45 min and nessus is square my libra sun pluto conj 0 deg, but eris is not prominent at all, sedna is close to my asc, but in 12th h and still 6 deg away. Do you really think that this has to do with my wildness?? My whole family thinks I'm crazy and untamable lol. I was raised to be the opposite of everything I am. I come from a white, conservative, upper class family, grew up in the suburbs of texas, very religious(which I cannot stant btw) But I thought that was more from my close chiron rising and uranus in 7th, uranus is also closely semi square my moon and I'm a very liberal, progressive type of female.

This is what Philip Sedgwick wrote about Ixion,Quaoar, Nessus for keywords

Ixion: Father of the Centaurs, and not a particularly nice fellow. Orbital Period: 246.78 yr.

Positive - understands karmic wheel, gives and uses a second chance, discerning

Negative - lustful, inconsiderate, inclined to repeat errors, learns nothing from experience

Mundane - second efforts and chances, reset buttons, cloud seeding, study of weather, watching clouds, lust or coveting of another's mate

Ceremonial - rain dances, purging fires, seeking master healers

Nessus: Ferryman at the River Evenus. Orbital Period: 120.76 yr.

Positive - generous, benevolent, compassionate, willing to lend a helping hand, cooperative, respectful of boundaries, aware of the power of life force energy, healthy use of sexual energy

Negative - coveting, possessive, jealous, vengeful, manipulative, resorting to negative alchemy for personal gain, negative use of sexual energy

Mundane - bad blood between parties, feuds over money especially regarding relationship dissolution, diseases transmitted by blood, transport ferries over water, potions, tonics and elixirs designed to cast spells, therapy specifically designed for healing sexual or monetary issues

Ceremonial - prosperity ceremonies, sexual healing rituals, ceremonies involving Earth fertility

Quaoar: Native American deity of creation. The first object in space to bear a Native American name (not counting Hopi and Navajo, which refer to tribes). Orbital Period: 283.84 yr.

Positive - creative, inspiring, possibility oriented, uplifts sagging emotion, strong sense of self

Negative - doom saying, prophet of Armageddon, controls others with fear

Mundane - birds, frogs, bears, songs and dances of cultural or spiritual origin, harmony, syncopation, rhythm

Ceremonial - singing and dancing praise the Creator, use of animal totems

I absolutely think so

the energies are more nonconformist than Uranus

You might have a prominent Eris if looking at your chart from the Right Ascension (Equatorial Longitude) perspective

" But I thought that was more from my close chiron rising and uranus in 7th, uranus is also closely semi square my moon and I'm a very liberal, progressive type of female."

That too

also Chiron is a centaur, and so it has a highly elliptical orbit. therefore, it's a nonconformist energy

the Moon semisquare Uranus could indicate the liberal, progressive type

but you have other stuff that adds to it and are actually more nonconformist and metaphysically oriented

I think the nonconformist nature of Pluto gets overlooked a lot. The highly elliptical orbit of Pluto doesn't seem to be considered.
I think that a lot of it has to do with Pluto's modern rulership over Scorpio which isn't a sign associated with nonconformity like Aquarius is. Pluto is more nonconformist than Uranus. The transneptunian objects are more nonconformist than Uranus when it comes to orbital features.

The centaurs are now found to originate from the kuiper belt which Pluto and many other transneptunians are part of.

No more of Chiron being from outside our solar system. That idea is obsolete like the world being flat.

Glaucus-

I love when you talk about the transneptunians- learn so much!

The from the ones that were talked about before, Ixion is the one that really shows up in my chart.

Its in Scorpio/5th house conj my Venus (5th house ruler), squared my Juno in Aqu/9th house and also squared my Jupiter (7th house ruler) in Leo/2nd house. (also opposite my Chiron in Taurus/11th house) I have a big Fixed grand cross with those 5...

BUT my Eris (in Aries/11th) is exactly square my Nessus (in Cancer1st house)-- but doesn't Eris and Nessus move pretty slow?

EDIT: I'm always giving 2nd chances in romantic relationships... after some time has passed. I thought that really fits the Ixion conj Venus in Scorpio in the 5th. Also, Venus rules my 12th house.

Not to get off topic here, but I wonder if these placements could contribute to others seeing me as crazy or abnormal in some way? Because they say I am biplolar and my son is a bit of a wild card himself and they say he has tourettes syndrom, but I'm really not sure.

They can indicate that you have a nonconformist, ultrasensitive, and highly metaphysically oriented.

To people that are ignorant, those traits could get you viewed as being crazy.

As for being abnormal, norms are a joke. They are only based on what majority of society believes is right and acceptable.

I can relate. I have unusually strong transneptunian activity in my natal chart including a t-square. This also includes the very strong Eris Nodal activity involving my Sun/Earth in geocentric, heliocentric systems. I believe that the unusually strong transneptunian chart reflects my neurodivergence which is also strongly connected to being highly nonconformist, ultrasensitive and highly metaphysically oriented. I already had been misdiagnosed as bipolar with schizoaffective disorder in adulthood in 1999,2002. In August of 1998 which was shortly after I got into Astrology and New Age stuff, I got a psychotic diagnoses from a naval command doctor which didn't stick. I had to be flown from Diego Garcia to Japan for a psychiatric evaluation. From the naval psychiatrist,I got a diagnosis of schizotypal personality disorder which is mainly an eccentric loner who has unusual perceptual experiences and into metaphysical subjects. He actually told me that I shouldn't be so honest. He even told me that I didn't have to come to him in the first place. He told me that my rights were violated too. He was actually sympathetic to me. I found out that there were other people in the navy that were secretly into metaphysical. I wasn't alone. One had an astrologer as a mother, and she had Sun in Scorpio and Moon in Pisces. Some were into Wicca and magick. I made friends through my interests in these things.

I believe the very strong Eris Nodal activity involving my Sun/Earth in geocentric, heliocentric system indicates my being a public figure involving diversity, equality, discord, controvery. That's my neurodiversity advocacy and started a nonprofit neurodiversity organization. Neurodiversity is a very controversial concept that has led to much discord between people that believe that neurodivergent conditions are disorders and need to be cured and between people that believe that they are just differences that should be accepted and tolerated as normal variation of human nature. Neurodiversity advocacy are viewed as the troublemakers by the people that believe in the neurodivergent conditions as disorders. It's a civil rights movement to neurodiversity advocates. Neurodiversity advocates have even gotten death threats.

My theory is that Pluto and its fellow transneptunians can be energies so metaphysical that they can be hard to handle and can manifest as problems on the physical plane such as serious health problems and psychiatric disorders. They can also figure into neurodivergence which are often subtle in their own way and very misunderstood. These aren't necessarily bad things. Neurodivergence tends to be very misunderstood, and it was unknown for a long time. The issues tend to be subtle. They have also been known as hidden handicaps.

With that in mind, I believe that it makes sense that the transneptunian objects associated with unknown, hidden, subtleties could be indicators for neurodivergence.

I am actually very grateful to the astronomers for finally discovering these objects because they helped me understand my main life purpose. They were the missing pieces of the puzzle.

Do you think that your son has Tourette Syndrome? Does he have tics?

You should check out the book, The Bipolar Child by Dimitri Paplos. I bought the book. A lot of stuff in the book seems like they are using Bipolar diagnosis as a general diagnosis for children that don't fit in the neurological box. Also, Tourette Syndrome and Aspergers Syndrome were listed as medical conditions that are misdiagnosed as bipolar. Learning Disabilities is listed as one of the common symptoms/traits in bipolar children. ADHD has strong overlap with Bipolar too. http://www.facebook.com/topic.php?uid=131944976821905&topic=135

There are also alternative remedies for bipolar symptoms. I believe that medication should be used as a last resort. These medications can cause major side effects. http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum3/HTML/002305.html

lol Whatever it is - I don't have it haha

But it's funny you switched from wild and exciting... to... "bad boys who are dangerous"

I mean my idea of wild.. is walking to an airport right now and flying to some place on my own and then going bungee jumping.

One of my exes did crazy spontaneous things like that & sometimes dragged me along -- I did love his manner of being exciting and fun!

But bad boys - bleh yuck yuck yuck.
They bore me more than boring people lol
I feel like nagging them in a parental way. I find them sooooo thick.

Lioness - bad boys don't have strong egos imo They're annoying little brats. On my definition of bad boy - anyway.

A person with a strong ego is a real man -not a boy - and not a "bad" boy: the rebellious child, without a cause

:edit: And they seem to be looking for a mother who always tells them off. I'm not cut out to play that part in a relationship.

"Glaucus-

I love when you talk about the transneptunians- learn so much!"

Thank you. I appreciate your enjoying my discussion about transneptunians which I believe can be a big part of 21st Century Astrology with Eris being the ruler of it.

"The from the ones that were talked about before, Ixion is the one that really shows up in my chart.

wow...cool

"BUT my Eris (in Aries/11th) is exactly square my Nessus (in Cancer1st house)-- but doesn't Eris and Nessus move pretty slow?"
yep. It's a generational aspect. However, with it being an exact aspect, it might have some significance, especially with the houses involved.

"EDIT: I'm always giving 2nd chances in romantic relationships... after some time has passed. I thought that really fits the Ixion conj Venus in Scorpio in the 5th. Also, Venus rules my 12th house."

very cool

in regards to just discussion about Ixion

in my own chart

Ixion in 5'25 Scorpio
conjunct Sun in 5'20 Scorpio
trine Moon in 3'11 Pisces

Geocentric North Ixion Node in 11'44 Gemini
conjunct/oppose Midheaven/Imum Coeli in 11'14 Gemini/Sagittarius

2nd chances is definitely a big theme for me

Me too. I like someone who can be spontaneous, but not "bad". That's what gets me rolling my eyes, and telling them off. Drugs? Bye bye. Trying to be a stud, and pick up as many women as possible? Boring (show me how much you can commit to something/someone, how much you love women - in a good way - and I'll be more interested). Messing with my head, or the heads of others, causing trouble for the sake of it? Ugh.

I have several strong Uranus aspects, and I'm no real stranger to non-conformity... maybe it's my Saturn aspects that keep me from going overboard. (I saw Nessus mentioned above: I have that in the 8th, in Gemini, sextile my Mercury/Ceres/Chiron/Sun. There are good ways of being bad. Just not when it comes to dealing with players/jerks.)

I suggest researching Sun conjunct Pluto. I also see that these two conjunct your Lilith as well. Perhaps someone here has more insight on these aspects. I guess perhaps another important question to ask is what is the desired end result of these types of relationships? Does one learn positively from attractions of these natures?

Oh trust me Scrappy with me the Strong Ego goes hand and hand with the bad boy theme.. But I have learned to kinda stay away from them...
There are not AS bad as they used to be.

The ego's are to the extreme levels.

If he doesnt have a bad attitude I dont like him... LOL
