I guess, you just "know" it, even before you have heard that name.

There`s that distinct feeling of not belonging onto this earth, at least not completely, like your "true" home is somewhere else.
For many people their fascination and love to the stars may started from a very young age.
There is no doubt in your mind, that there is life on other planets (because youīve been there, you KNOW it is true).
Probably you`ve made strong psychic / spiritual experiences from a fairly young age on, maybe even TOLD your family that your home was in the stars.
You also often seem to "stick out like a sore thumb" in some way.
You have strong past life recalls or visions of living on another planet, and maybe significant dreams as well.
I suspect, their sensual perception is somehow "different" from most other people. Like they sense, see, hear, feel things differently.

I donīt know if these are infallible indicators, they could also indicate a great fascination with the stars or just a mere psychological disbalance.
But then again, what to one person is a psychological disbalance may be spiritual truth to another one.

I know. Actually I was thinking about what you`ve told me about him. And I was remembering how as a child I would be standing outside and look at the stars in the sky for hours, before my parents were able to persuade me to get in and sleep.
But probably everyone does so.

probably all children has this fascination for the starts but---when that fascination overcomes the years passing by,and become stronger and stronger, with that feeling of alienation.that is a strong hint for something more.

I remember that when i was looking at the "space asteroids"after showing IQ,John+s chart,he said that John had surely a past life in Space,in other planets.and that this alienation that he feels, shows that he misses that.

that now made even more sense, after knowing he is a Star Seed.

Is there anything distinctly unique about the charts of star seed individuals. Any indicators you would look at?

Hmm I think I have all of those symptoms LOL

My aunties are all spiritual as well and one is a Yoga and Reiki teacher and lives like a space cadet my dad has a pisces moon and my other aunty is an astrologer.

When I was young I had this amazing psychic gift and I could go to sleep and get all the answers I wanted. I started astrology when I was 12 and up until then i was very religious. I guess I interpreted spirituality as religion back then until I discovered the stars and planets.

More than anything I have this gift where I can heal people I love. Maybe that's related to Chiron in 8th?

??????

Belgz,

of course there definitely are psychic people on earth.
I am not completely sure how to discern ultra sensitive psychic absolutely earth-bound people from Starseed (IQ will know maybe).

But I think what is pretty vital to a Starseed is a feeling of

° isolation /not belonging on earth
° past life dreams/ visions / recalls involving other planets

But of course I know that this probably is not really "foolproof". There are people who donīt believe in Starseeds at all.

Anyway Chiron in 8th house seems to be a very deep placement.
Deeply transformational, potentially, healing, yes.
But maybe sexuality is also an issue? A place where you receive (and give) wounds as well as healing?
I also consider Chiron as being indicative of great vulnerability, and in this most transformational of all houses, oh wow!

I have Chiron in 8th too. It's retrograde in Aries. Eris is conjunct it, and they sextile/trine Midheaven/Imum Coeli axis and Lunar Nodes in Aquarius/Leo in 5th/11th. Chiron trines Jupiter in Sagittarius in 3rd.

Belgz and I share Virgo Ascendant in common.
She is very likely to have Eris in 8th house too.

Roy MacKinnon made a point about Eris could be about marginalization and minorities.

Could you please give me a list of the space asteroids?

I loved Science Fiction growing up

The first dream that I remembered was floating in outer space.
I was drawn to the stars as a little kid
I had an early interest in knowing about planets and space.
I had dreams of being on other planets as well as even flying in starfighters.
Of course, this could easily due to my being strongly influenced by Science Fiction.

I have been told that I had pastlives living on other planets by people at Berkeley Psychic Institute.

Estrella (Spanish for Star) in 10'42 Taurus R
oppose asteroid Lilith in 9'37 Scorpio
square my Lunar Nodes in 10'30 Aquarius/Leo in 5th/11th

Of course, I grew up feeling that I was different and didn't belong on this planet. Of course, there are well-known reasons that I have already discussed.

Also couldn't these same space asteroids be strong in the charts of astronomers as well as people that are into science fiction? People that love Star Trek, Star Wars, Robotech/Macross,Voltron, Battlestar Galactica,Flash Gordon,Buck Rogers and/or other science fiction series could be strong in these asteroids. They may not necessarily believe in metaphysical things.

I think many astronomers believe that there is life beyond Earth, but many don't believe in Astrology and overall metaphysical stuff.

A big YES to all the things "symptoms" DD listed, lol. And to what others are mentioning about their own experiences.

Incredibly sensitive but not like, I cry at the drop of a hat. I'm actually quite thick skinned but I mean sensitive as in having such high awareness, its almost painful. As the years passed, it manifested into having a psychic ability. I can look right into the minds and hearts of people, its almost like stealing information.
I thought I just had talent in psychology, reading people and having a deep understanding of the human psyche, but apparently its more than that. Apparently I'm a healer, which I'm supposed to fulfill through my work as a psych. I ask questions, I get the answers in my head. I ask for signs before I sleep and its there the minute I open my eyes.

When I was 6, my spiritual uncle gave me a book on astronomy for my birthday, I wouldn't put it down and couldn't stop staring at the pictures. When I was a bit older we'd go for a cruise on a dark rd and find the darkest spot, park, sit on the car and just look at the sky and the stars and the star dust in the sky. We'd do it for hours. I've been obsessed with what's in the sky for as long as I can remember.

Past lives? got 1000s of them and apparently this is my last time on Earth and I can FEEL been weary and tired, like I just want to go to sleep forever. I love sleep. When I was little I'd imagine going to different worlds (like Enid Blyton's book about that magic tree that had different worlds transiting). Now, I just love to sleep cos its feels like my soul is traveling and hanging out in different realms.

Always felt like this place is too dull, too practical, too harsh, too gray, too harsh, too linear. Maybe that's why I use to like escapsism so much in the form of drugs and other self destructive behaviours.

Got Chiron in the 3rd, my healing as definitely come from merging the concepts of intellect and emotions rather than seperating them as polar opposites. Maybe that's why I'm good at psych and am a mindreader psychic? lol

I'm glad you asked this question, Belgz. Provided some real food for thought

Glaucus,

I wouldnīt be surprised if you were a Starseed. Actually when I read your reply it puzzled me that you could NOT be one.
You`re a very unique person, and you often told us how you didnīt fit in because of your sensitivity, your openness to the spiritual and mystical sides of life coupled with a scientific approach to astrology, an urge to really get to the real core of matters.
Of course your interest in all things which have to do with the stars figuring in.
To me this seems to fit in a lot into the "pattern" of Starseeds.
Also, astrologically speaking, isnīt your Moon on a Royal fixed star (Formalhaut I believe?)?
And your IC was on Antares, right? Or is it too far away from it?

I do not have a complete list of star-asteroids unfortunately, but here are a few:

° Interkosmos: 2365
° Starrfield: 19208
° Spacewatch: 4255
° Stargazer: 8958
° Starr: 4150 (even though maybe it is rather a name asteroid?)
° Stellaris: 8589
° Astronautica: 100000

Fixed stars that seem to be of interest are:
° Sirius
° Vega
° Regulus
° Antares
° Aldebaran
° Spica / Arcturus
° Pleiades
and the GC

Interestingly I haven`t heard any mentioning of Formalhaut, but certainly it would belong there as a Royal watcher, wouldn`t it?
Also, I was wondering if there is a major or significant fixed star around 17 Aquarius. My Moon is there as well as soooo many mythological asteroids, and I would like to know how it is "coloured" by a fixed star.
Also I find it peculiar that there should be no significant fixed star in Aquarius, if it comes to Starseeds and interstellar things?
I mean we are talking about Aquarius, big spacewatcher of the sky!

Also, Rigel might not be unimportant; Orion is not exactly completely unknown.

Diablo,

I was thinking the same thing for many many years, that this earth is too harsh, grey, empty, shallow, without depth, and very strange (having a body just feels so strange to me, I never knew what to do with that thing that surrounded my soul, I didnīt know it and I basically feared it, especially any kind of "mal-function", as I did not understand it - which is a very strange thing to say, I admit. ).

But recently I came to terms with it. Or even more so, it feels like I "arrived" (on earth, in my body,etc.).
And I understood (though not on a mental level, more on a spiritual level), that it`s me who gives this earthly life colour and depth, my thoughts and feelings (even though at times it is like walking through "hot tar" as a friend put it so superbly just yesterday).

I must say I really like it here now.
But I can only say so, because I have accepted living simultaneiously in both realms, the spiritual and the physical one. It`s not separated anylonger, and that gives me great inner satisfaction.
And if you asked me if I wanted to leave, I would say: Hell, no! The fun has just begun!

Concerning psychic gifts, except for having interesting dreams, I think (and I do not even know if this is a gift) that I somehow feel, connect to and sometimes "absorb or reflect" people`s emotional energies.
It sometimes is a tad too much for me, especially if I can`t differentiate between THEIR emotional energy and mine, but I have noticed that I seem to have a calming influence on people around me. Even without saying something. And sometimes people will tell me things, especially spiritual things, that bothered them a long time and somehow they feel better, maybe more accepted, after telling me. Like this one down-to-earth, grounded, practical, ultrarealistic colleague, who suddenly blurted out at me that she was able to sense, if people were dying soon.
Or my friend, who never really embraced the Irish half of her heritage, who would call me in the middle of the night, half drunken, completely worked up, and saying: "You`re the only one I can tell this. But I think I just sensed my dead uncle Charlie around."
And for some reason it was easier for her to acknowledge the reality and truth of it, after talking to me, maybe because my mere reaction was: "Sure he was. You were tightly bonded during his life, you were there when he died. Of course he would check on you."

It is maybe not really a psychic gift, but as long as it helps other people, I am glad about it.

DD, you're totally an empath Being open to everybody's frequency can be sooo draining, it took me awhile to get the hang of it but I realised the reason why I get so drained and tired and exhausted when I'm out at a club or at a music festival is because I'm open myself to literally 100s of different psychic frequencies. When I used to work at the casino and as a stripper, I would be so drained and dead after work but still hyped up from the energies still running through me like a current.
Usually after a big event or a big weekend, I need to lock myself up for a few days to sleep and get back to a normal homeostatis, find that balance again as my energies are restoring.

"It sometimes is a tad too much for me, especially if I can`t differentiate between THEIR emotional energy and mine"
Totally. I only just learned how to distinguish the 2. My psychiatrist (wonderful man, full into the spiritual..prescribes meditation lol) explained it perfect.
"When I'm interacting with a person and I'm feeling something overwhelming and feels strange, like its not my own and not a product of my own thoughts and emotions, I realise its the other person and right now all I'm feeling is deep love which tells me its you, not me."

Pretty smart, ay? Knowing this little trick, its taught me to go back to my centre when I'm in situations where the frequencies are high and I could get carried away on someone else's notion. It's made me realise a lot of the bad decisions and choices that I've made can be attributed to that b/c when I was making them, my gut instinct was telling me it was SO wrong and I couldn't shake it off.
Its also helped with interacting with ppl. I'm very confident and there's very few people that can blow me away but I've noticed when I'm feeling really anxious and nervous around someone where those feelings weren't a regular thing in those interactions with that person, I realise that its THEM nervous of ME and its kind of made me realise that I am pretty influential, if intimidating.

I totally get the feeling of "arriving", kind of. I think now that I'm 25 I'm intergrating and bringing those lost parts together to become whole again. I definitely feel a lot more comfortable in this skin and starting to "own" the attractiveness that I always felt was a curse (because I'm just a simple girl who loves her books, really and dont understand attention) that got me into trouble, thanks to fighting off men/boys since the age of 10.

Now, I think of my body as the temple in which my mind and soul reside in peace and concentrate on my inner beauty because that's what I want people to recognise. My intelligence is my inner beauty and my gift to the world.

"And I understood (though not on a mental level, more on a spiritual level), that it`s me who gives this earthly life colour and depth, my thoughts and feelings (even though at times it is like walking through "hot tar" as a friend put it so superbly just yesterday)."

That was so beautifully and eloquently put, that statement has become a personal motto because thanks to you, the penny has dropped I've been feeling that lately, as well as grateful for the abundance of love in my life and you have just articulated that notion just perfectly

You have a great gift for being a healing, calming influence which is natural for an empath. Its like you absorb the other person's bad and toxic feelings, thoughts etc and clear it for them but its so draining, like you said it can get a bit much.

You are evidently quite a lovely, sympathetic and very compassionate friend who's friendship is worth its weight in gold. So much kindness and universal love to offer, I wish I had a friend like that I could call in the middle of the night with stuff like that (though I wouldn't cos I'd feel bad about waking you up lol), that's usually my role but I wish I had a friend like that cos it does get lonely.

My being neurodivergent too,and my being ultrasensitive is strongly connected to that. That's why I have a theory that the transneptunian dwarf planets/dwarf planet candidates are strong in the charts of not only neurodivergents, but Indigo,Crystal types as well as people that are gifted. I wouldn't be surprised if many neurodivergents feel like they belong on other planets. I think this goes especially for people on the Autistic Spectrum.

There is a site called WRONG PLANET designed for individuals (and parents / professionals of those) with Autism, Asperger's Syndrome, ADHD, PDDs, and other neurological differences. I recently joined. http://www.wrongplanet.net/

"Of course your interest in all things which have to do with the stars figuring in.

I agree.

"Also, astrologically speaking, isnīt your Moon on a Royal fixed star (Formalhaut I believe?)?"
Yeah......my Moon is in 3'11 Pisces is in alignment with Fomalhaut in 3'28 Pisces. My Saturn/Neptune midpoint is in 3'28 Virgo. It's hard to distinguish the energy of Fomalhaut from Saturn/Neptune midpoint.

And your IC was on Antares, right? Or is it too far away from it?
depends on the orb I guess
My Imum Coeli in 11'14 Sagittarius is in a wide alignment with Antares in 9'22 Sagittarius.
My Midheaven in 11'14 Gemini in a wide alignment with Aldebaran in 9'24 Gemini
wouldn't those be considered out of orb? or are they different because they involves both angles and 1st magnitude stars?

also in Right Ascension
My Midheaven is in 9'40 Gemini in alignment with Aldebaran in 8'35 Gemini

In 2005, an astrologer rectified my chart, giving me 3:14 AM as my birthtime which put Aldebaran and Antares on the angles (that's according to Brady's starlight program), but he uses the hypothetical transneptunian planets. Therefore, I feel his rectification methods are suspect.

I believe that my birth certificate 3:20 AM birthtime is valid. I believe the God meant for it to be on my birth certificate.
Futhermore, I can relate to the Sabian Symbol of my Midheaven 12 Gemini "A Negro Girl Fights for Her Independence In the City" seems to relate to Blacks,Minorities,Civil Rights,Equal Rights, advocacy, political correction.
The conjunction of retrograde objectss, Eris in 12'15 Aries, Africano in 12'38 Aries Africa in 11'15 Aries, Chiron in 10'32 Aries sextile Midheaven with that Sabian Symbol really fits.

Even The African American Slavery Chart's Eris in 11'14 Gemini is just exactly conjunct/oppose my Midheaven/Imum Coeli axis.

It points to strong connections to past African Slavery including possibly pastlives that include slave, slave owner,and/or slave trader. Of course, I am part African American from my father's side of the family.
I am part Portuguese and Spanish on my mother's side, and those people were highly involved with the African slave trade around.

I am very skeptical of rectification charts because astrologers have been rectifying charts before certain objects have been discovered. Who is to say that Pluto's fellow transneptunian dwarf planets, dwarf planet candidates aren't missing pieces of the puzzle in people's charts? Maybe they help with rectification. Of course, uranian astrologers rectify charts with hypothetical transneptunian planets and that is highly questionable.

Yeah...it's one of the 4 Royal Stars of Persia, Archangel Stars, Watchers of the Sky
I have never read anything about any civilizations in the Fomalhaut star system. Folmalhaut has a planet that orbits around it.

in Right Ascension,
My Sun in 3'02 Scorpio is in alignment with Arcturus in 3'35 Scorpio.

in regards to constellation Aquarius
there is alpha Aquarius, Sadalmelik......in my chart, it is in 2'58 Pisces in alignment with my Moon
there is beta Aquarius, Sadalsuud in 23'00 Aquarius

Also, Rigel might not be unimportant; Orion is not exactly completely unknown.
Rigel is very bright star

Beetlegeuse is another right star in Orion, and it is strongly associated with success without obstacles.....according to Bernadette Brady

This site allows you to find your right ascension positions of your fixed stars http://www.megadelfi.com/~jonathan/pos/

I feel torn about the use of fixed stars

Both Bernadette Brady and Diana Rosenberg give great cases for using fixed stars in their respective systems
Brady is the paran method astrologer and Diana Rosenberg is the projected longitude ecliptic method astrologer. I like both astrologers, but I lean more towards Brady. I have her Starlight program and her 2 books on fixed stars.

What happens if your not a starseed?

..Or an indigo/crystal child?

What happens if you can not remember your past lives or maybe you did not have any past lives at all?

What if you can not see your aura or feel your aura?

What if you do not have any special talents or gifts to offer the world?

What if your not psychic and you can not feel any vibrations?

What if you can not see into other deminsions?

What happens when you do not transcend your ego or move into your higher self?

In other words what happens to the people like me who do not expereince any of these things but live day to day just to get by..

Do we get forgotten?

Are we just slaves to those who can do the things above?

Or maybe were just left behind..thats not so bad..

Hi Cheshire Cat,

You must be one of the "Peanut" people. That means that you are like Charlie Brown on Halloween. When every else gets candy, he gets a rock.

Your spiritual ghost "costume" will have 15 holes cut out of it instead of just 2 for your eyes and your little brother will be an Orange Child, for he sits in the pumpkin patch on All Hallows Eve to wait for The Great Pumpkin who will never show up.

Don't worry, I'm an Orange Child, too.

Cheshire Kat,

that is exactly what I tried to say in the other thread about Starseeds.
That there is no judgement connected with that.
If you are a Starseed, fine. Might help to explain some of your confusion or feeling lost.
And if you are not, it is equally fine.

In some respect it does not even matter. As we are all on earth now, giving our best.

And btw OF COURSE you have unique gifts and talents. Maybe you are just not aware of them right now. I am sure if you asked people close to you they would be able to tell you exactly what your gifts are.

Diablo,

I just lost an ultralong reply to your post.
I try to post it again tomorrow. Today I might be a bit too tired already.

I have a feeling that Cheshire Cat was trying to make a point (if I'm wrong Cheshire Cat you can correct me.)

If she's not, I guess I can make my own point which is that I don't feel like anyone has made any coherent argument for Indigo Children, Crystal Children or Star Seeds. It seems that if you feel different, look different, are eccentric in some way, shape or form, you can call yourself a star seed.

There are some people who have jumped on this bandwagon because they felt like they were from a different planet when they were a child - BOOM! That makes you a star seed. What if you just have a great imagination as a child and really visualized yourself on another planet? Didn't Einstein say that the greatest attribute we have isn't our intellect, it's our imagination? Was Einstein a Star Seed because he was a genius? Am I a Star Seed just because I'm psychic or empathic or I have some kind of strong intuition? Because that's what a lot of people here are claiming. If I love science fiction - Star Trek, Star Wars, etc. this seems to make me a Star Seed.

I am a very cerebral person, Mercury conjunct Saturn in my chart - Mercury rules my chart. Because I'm very cerebral and tend to want concrete and linear explainations for these types of things, does it make me less spiritual? Do I not "get it" because I want a structured answer? I believe a linear structured answer exists, but all of the answers come across as ethereal and layered. I know spirituality is ethereal and layered, but just like DD said, it doesn't really matter if someone is a Star Seed or not.

Well, it must matter if it's a topic of discussion.

Your favorite Pumpkin Seed,
Geocosmic Valentine

All good! I hate it when that happens, it makes me wanna pull out my hair in frustration lol. Quite looking forward to it

And CK, don't be so hard on yourself hun! Maybe your lack of confidence in your spiritual abilities is what's blocking you from getting in touch with your 6th sense?

For me, this is after many, many years of confusion, feeling like a complete outsider (like you're not part of the human race), self hatred, hitting many rock bottoms, constant suffering and many lonely, lost and dark moments (some lasting for aaages), not understanding myself and my world, being disconnected from reality..etc etc

You have to ask yourself what your interest in astrology could possibly mean..it could be the door that opens up the window to your understanding of the soul .

Many, many Indigo children/adults/star seeds aren't often comfortable nor open to the possibility, often confusing it with whatever diagnosis the doctor/counselor/psychologist dumped on them for lack of a better explanation. It often causes a lot of personal problems for them, for some they're just too sensitive to the world.

I have known many indigo souls who have had tragic and destructive lives. One of them, my soul sister, at one stage a heroin addict and a prostitute. The doctor put her on meds when she tried to convince him that SHE was an indigo child. I know another who in the distant past was in and out of correctional facilities until they got themselves together. My violent, psycho ex boyfriend was had a brilliant, deep, profound mind and he was an indigo.

I hope that helps a bit

Geo,

I completely agree with you.

All of this has to be considered, and I do, and yet in the end everyone can only trust their own gut instinct.

But honestly, it doesn`t even really matter to me, if Starseeds are a fact or illusion, what matters to me is how people act. Period.

And yes, I also think Cheshire Kat wanted to make a point there.
I appreciate that, for it gives some sort of balance, and reminds us all, that for every explanation, there is another possible one.
