Apparently certain people were scared of my pic because the lighting was too "dark" and the angle was distorted...

It's OK - I won't post any pics again.
I was cautious about posting in the first place.

But now I seriously won't - even darkened ones.

thanks. NOt scared at all.
As much as I can see, you seem nice on that pic, and pretty direct and not afraid of confrontation.
There is just something "challenging" in the way you look into the camera, as if you are saying: "Dare me!", half seriously half for fun.

Of course it is just a small pic and my impression could be completely wrong.
