lol...starkiss now that is an excellent point.

What synchronisity starkiss! Perhaps Hawaii is calling to you.. It's how I came to move here. I kept getting "flashes" from the universe.. you know, how you keep seeing the same thing over and over?..."Hawaii this"...and "Hawaii that" on billboards, in my dreams, ads on my browser, friends mentioning Hawaii in conversation out of the blue, even songs on the radio about Hawaii.
I had the same recurring dream 7 times about a volcano lady who kept telling me to sell all my belongings, my house in the city, my car, my pianos, and move to hawaii. So a week later I had everything I own sold, except a few of my crystal friends... Bought plane ticket and now I'm here. I love it.
The day after my arrival a tsunami hit the city I was in. :O

What's it like here?
You really have to watch your thoughts carefully here, as the energy of the volcano and Lava really magnifies *EVERYTHING* at an alarming speed!
I'm still getting used to it. It takes constant focus and awareness.
So ...Hawaii is a very magical place indeed..

Thank you HappyDragon~~ I will remember that.. Is it not important to have the astroids known? Don't they play an important piece to understanding the entire chart? I hope that astro can adjust their charts better..perhaps all that info could be compiled on two images.

Be well~~
ScorpioSMR

p.s. Almost forgot! Her birth info is nov3 1951. =)

Oh, my.

I did exactly the same thing 7 years ago, selling my apt in the city, my belongings, my car and my PIANO, and moved to the Med country.
The energy here is, too, very strong. No, we don't have tsunamis, but it's very charged, like a lot of people who move here get divorced, or separate, or even worse.

Where did you live before, if I may ask?

Wow starkiss- that is very interesting..especially the similarity.
Yes that charged energy can bring so much up in people and their relationships.

I lived in Portland, OR.
Much Love~~

Yes most of my friends are much much older than I am. I just don't seem to fit in with the younger group. Which is ok!

My friends are mostly older than me, too, but only like 7 or 12 years. I have never had a friendship with somebody 30 years older.

I once had a crush on somebody 17 years older, LOL. We did feel the difference of age, but it was comfortable.
I often feel I was born with "an old head on my shoulders". My SO is 7 years older than me, but I am the "old" one.

I'm noticing a lot of 7's with you.~

I know how you feel regarding the old head on your shoulders. Every woman I've been with has been between 40-60. We really feel the difference of age too, traditions are very different, especially for the lady I'm with- as I'm young enough to be their grandchild..and I'm a huge system buster. So it sure does bring up things to clear for both of us and even those around us who usually raise their eyebrows lol.

I wonder what part of our charts influence our desire to be around older individuals??

starkiss do you still play piano?

Much Love~

Hey, Scorp, no, I don't play the piano anymore, though I still have it in the house.
I have completely changed my career around. And once I close a door on something, I never open it again, well, haven't done so far.

Are you into numerology? I never noticed much 7 in my life. I am usually 4, lol. what's 7 about?

I guess Saturn makes us older and/or choose older partners. Mine is in Pisces 1 house.
I do look very serious, sometimes people say I have this look on my face, which says"Don't come near me, I'll kill you." LOL

Which makes me laugh, really.

I will go look up your Saturn now, can't remember where you have it.

Ok, yours in Libra, 12 house, see if this sounds familiar to you:

Saturn in the Twelfth House: suppresses depression. Of course everyone gets depressed now and then. But when someone with this placement gets depressed, the trap door to the subconscious swings open and all the old depression comes out. This can be temporarily immobilizing, the "I just can’t get out of bed today" syndrome. Folks with Saturn in the twelfth house are usually very reliable. Everybody else depends on them and leans on them as well. They have to find someone to lean on as well.

hmm I don't know much about numerology. I just have a habbit of watching for patterns and placing them in the file system.
I don't know what 4 is about, I am a 7 But I still don't know anything lol

Is that a common occurance with you- To change things around often?

Interesting about saturn......
It's been many years since I've been depressed. A rapid build up of chaos came to a screeching halt, and was reborn physically and spiritually into something that represents transmutation and expansion. Since then It's very hard for me not to be happy and peaceful....to the point of hurting others feelings because they would rather me cry with their sob story... but really I'm just enjoying looking at the world from my inner place. It's amazing how beautiful the universe is when you can see past the illusion!

lol starkiss, I'd love to see your "I'll kill you." look! .

I just started reading about the different houses, So I don't have any valuable information to share regarding it. I'm working on it
Be well!

Angel, that's pretty!
I have a strong uranus conjunct sun in my chart, so I change dramatically both my appearance and my surroundings at the push o a very mysterious button, which I still have to find, LOL.

You have uranus in your first house, so you are probably very changeable too. Look at your move to Hawaii.

Your uranus also square your mars in 10 house. Do you change your appearance often too?

Like hair style, or going from thin to not thin , lol? Or your occupation?
NOt to mention selling everything suddenly and moving to Hawaii, of course...

I am curious..What exactly does it mean .. these planetary conjuncts and squares? I hear it so often, it must be very important in astrology yes?
Yes I change very very often. Not only my appearance but my furniture..relationships..energies within relationships ect.. The past 3 years I've grown 5 inches, weird right?
I re-arrange my livingroom and bedroom once every month or so. I love change and actually crave it. Stagnant energies are my nemesis..I'll seek them out just to stir things up for transmutation!
As far as occupation.. I've been a vet assistant, rotary engine specialist at a race shop, pet groomer, reiki master/teacher, Etheric surgeon, channeler, taxi driver, painter..did some modeling for a while too in distant past. Who knows what's next!

I love the change button too!!

Regarding your question about physical changes- My hair has this weird thing of switching from incredibly tight curls to dead straight. Other than the growing like a mutant for 3 years my overall weight has stayed the same. Only just recently have I been losing a lot of weight very quickly.

Love~

LOL, have you got a quick hot temper too?
Just wondering...

If you are really interested in astrology, here is my advice.
Go to the book shop , astrology beginners section. Pull out any book which drew your attention. Start reading. If you feel you can't put it down, buy it and read it as many times as you feel is needed.Once you mastered it, come back and repeat the action. And then again and again. This is only my advise, how i started, ok?

Also, you don't have to be stuck here with me .
This site is full of fantastic astrologers an d knowledgeable people miles and miles better than me, who can help you to answer you questions, just be patient and persevere.

I am laughing away here at the description of your hair. I am soooo the same. One day I am curly and blonde, then the next day I am dark brunette and straight and other way round.
You grew up a lil bit in the last 3 years,eh, lol! What an example of uranus in your 1st house!

If you want to get to know more Knowflakes, I would recommend you visit other forums, especially the last one on the board,Know Two Are Alike, where you can open your mini forum and tell everybody about yourself and read other's mini forums. I only started here last year, but I love it.
Much love to you, my little ScorpioAngel!

This is something which speaks right to my soul. Especially the bit about the illusion.
I just read the book about it which really drew me to it. Could you please tell me more about your experience?

StarKiss ,
I used to have a very hot temper but have learned about the real reality of my patterns and programs.. It was nothing more than a pattern. (You know how I am obsessed with patterns... )
I started paying attention to what things triggered me into -reaction- (fear, anger, control, etc) and learned to observe that I was only reacting to the Illusion of separation. Soon thereafter my triggers became less frequent and more comfortable for me because I was embracing them and being aware of them instead of trying to fight it or control it or feel guilty or point fingers. It's the resistance and struggle and control that causes suffering, not the illusion itself! Suddenly the "person ******* me off" has nothing to do with it, rather it's all my own perception of the illusion triggering my programs. They are a perfect reflection of the One within me..

Everything "clicked" and now even though the illusion is there I can now see the Beauty and Universal Light in every situation and person, especially those who trigger me. I feel love and compassion for those who "trigger" me.

It's helped me to fully embrace my passion and fire (which I have a lot of) and constructively channel it in ways that help others around me.
I still can get triggered, hey that's part of being here during this amazing shift. But It just doesn't have the same control over me that it used to have.

That is excellent advice starkiss. I will do that immediately. I love books also so I'll have great fun in my search! Here on the island we don't have very big book stores, and the selection is somewhat limited. Another option might be to order online?
To be honest I've never been much for forum/email communications..and don't have much experience in that matter. So..another new change and adventure is here! Thanks for joining me in this adventure~~ I will admit I feel a bit like a babbling book...lol

Be well,
ScorpAngel

Hey there, I am back.
What books have you read on astrology so far?
One of my early books was Parker's Astrology.
Great for beginners. Then there is Jonathan Cainer, English chap, easy and pleasant introduction of astrology to the new ones.
Linda Goodman is the fantastic writer, any of her books are revelations.
Changing the subject, what's the weather like in Hawaii now? Is it your summer?
It's awfully hot on my island right now.
And humid. I am sleeping on a wet towel just to keep me cool.
It's difficult to get good books on astro here too. I am trying to get to as many free e books as I can, cos ordering and shipping them over here is an expensive nightmare.

Hi there..Welcome back.
I have written down your suggestions with great gratitude. I'm so excited to get started on my journey.
The majority of my readings about astrology have been online. Most of the material seems to be an infinite amount of interesting bits and pieces ..leaving it to the reader to somehow map it all together in cognitive form. Which is fine, I love the process. I am very much a beginner.

There is a website that I somehow keep finding my way back to. Just the part about Astrology of course.. Here: http://www.san.beck.org/Astro.html
I've read it all several times. It gives me a little understanding about some basics.
But of course I'm wishing to know the deeper details.....

Ahh... Sleeping on a wet towel... Interestingly enough , imagining you laying on a wet towel gave me a big laugh.
Over here you wouldn't need a towel because it's so incredibly humid. On a normal day Your pillows and blankets are damp .
It is our summer right now. Here in Hawaii we have only two seasons. Winter, and summer. There is no in between.

It's cloudy here today with on-off rain...and the bursts of refreshing winds leave as fast as they arrive, Bringing shady cool clouds, and parting them often to bring intense burning hot sun. We are virtually on the equator so the sun is intense here.

Powells books is an excellent place to order books. It is the king of book stores, with an amazingly endless selection of books and even rare, hard to find books. If you have them ship via Media Mail it should be relatively cheap.

Much Love~

LOL, don't you dare make fun of my wet towel,

It's my only relief plus the fan, which turns wet towel into a cold wet towel!
I am off to the beach for a day, will speak laters, when I am back!
