I have Mercury in Libra at the end of 8th house, Saturn in Sagittarius at the end of 10th house, and Pluto in Scorpio at the end of 9th house. Here's my chart:

Some websites like Astro.com and Astrotheme.com consider those planets to be in the next house. I did prior research on what the planets and the houses mean, but I see influences in both houses!

For instance, Mercury in the 8th house means uncovering taboos, while Mercury in the 9th means either being bilingual or fascinated with foreign languages and cultures. Publishing is also in the 9th house.

My question is: does everyone with planets between two houses feel the influences of both houses?

I have my Moon 11th/12th, Jupiter 2nd/3rd, and Uranus 5th/6th... a lot of people have argued both side with me but I can say I definitely feel both. I just haven't been able to narrow it down to what situations it is going to be more influence by one house or the other...

possibly so, the description for pluto in the 4th/5th can fit me, pluto is right into the middle between my 4th and 5th.

my moon is right in the middle of my 9th and 10th houses.

and my mars is in the middle of my 2nd and 3rd houses. but my mars is in virgo which is ruled by mercury, aswell as my mercury (depositor of mars) is in virgo, in the 3rd house (gemini). virgo is mercurial, and my 3rd house cusp is in virgo.

i havent read moon in the 10th, but i will check it.

My 12th cusp = Leo 7'07
My Sun = Leo 7'25

I'm definitely NOT a 11th house Sun.

Mir... you are right, you aren't a 11th house sun... it doesn't work if your sun is in the 12th house only a couple degrees from the 11th. It works the other way... it would have to be in the 11th house, a couple degrees from the 12th house to "feel" both energies...

My Jupiter is on the last 2 degrees of my second house I am definitely sure of it not being in the third as well.

My neptune is on the exact degree of my IC in the 3rd I think it belongs in the 4th.

MY moon is on my MC at the end of 9th and I am also sure of it belonging in the 9th house rather than 10th as astro.com interprets it

I got a good book on houses a few years ago but I can't remember the name or the author lol. BUTTT he said it's better to look at houses as POINTS. Like if your 5th house cusp is at 5'27 Libra, you should think of it as a point, so any planet conjunct it will feel its influence.

I have wondered about this one, too. I have Mercury at the end of the 2nd house, the Nodes at the end of the 5th house, Jupiter and Uranus at the end of the 10th house, Moon and Neptune at the end of the 11th house.
Quite a few!... Well, for me it worked to judge their position based on whether they are direct or retrograde. If the planet is direct you are more likely to feel it in the next house, while if it's retro, it is coming back into its original house.
Soooo...

-Mercury is direct, definitely feel it in the 3rd. I think about thinking and talk about talking LOL. Almost no financial skills.
-the Nodes are direct and the 6th house is what I usually have issues with, that I need to work on. Like management of how I spend my time, a life of service (doctor), diets and exercise... These are big issues for me.
-Jupiter and Uranus are both retro and I can say 100% they belong in the 10th, not the 11th. I've always been very lucky in career matters, I am very well seen by my superiors and apparently some sort of a rebel that tells them like it is even if they don't like it.
-Moon is direct and definitely more in the 12th than in the 11th. I am a loner and hide my feelings.
-Neptune is stationary retro and I usually interpret it in the 11th, not the 12th. I used to do volunteer work for non-profit organizations and I am highly idealistic. Almost not at all psychic, just pretty intuitive.
