Saturn square Mercury, Jupiter and Pluto can be a negative aspect.. that can be heavy energy. It can also have its good side, when it comes to perseverance. The energy of the square, switching back and forth.  Trines can be difficult in the sense that if you get complacent, you can fall into the danger zone of not *doing* much of anything (guilty - it's easy, when things are going pretty well, to sit back and wait to see what happens, or to move as slowly as a tortoise). I'm sure my trines trip me up as much as my squares. (As Peri said: I need grounding, when I'm too mellow or too anxious... a Saturn sextile would have been nice.  ) IP: Logged |

Dear Teasel
I disagree about my trines. I LOVE them. I was thinking the other day how I love the few things that come easily to me.
They are like a warm,breeze on a sunny day, just peaceful, easy , relaxing and comfortable.
They give me the strength to try to integrate the hard parts.
I know that there are some things I do well and that come easily and the hard things don't seem quite so bad. Ami
PS I would add sextiles ,too, as trines that need a little push  ------------------

Ami: that's why I like that I have both in my chart. I tend to get stuck in one or the other, so it's perfect for me when they all get along, and I utilize them properly. quote:

Pluto conjunct moon- well its just adds to the intensity of my feelings and I already have my moon in scorpio :\Mars conjunct neptune= Im pretty sure this makes me lazy Saturn conjunct Venus= Very hard for me to express my emotions Sun square moon= Obviously this is conflicting Not sure about the rest, still looking deeper into aspects

Saturn square Sun- I feel like I'm constantly being held back- I'm a Saggie, I just wanna jump into action- Saturn doesn't allow me to do this... I don't like anybody telling me what I'm going to do- even if it's Saturn! lolSaturn square Merc in RX- I think swings of depression, I feel like it effects my communication/ thinking process- I've never been happy with my way of communication... half the time I feel like my words are trapped in a big concrete box with no hope of being truly express the way they should be  Venus in Scorpio (conj Uranus)- it gets me into "trouble" with men. Do I need to say more? lol (I have gotten a lot better as I have gotten older.) My Venus conj Uranus (dislikes commitment) definitely doesn't go well with my Venus sextile Saturn (craves stability in relationships) Grrr... Sun conj Neptune- I like my dream land and endless creativity ideas- but sometimes I just want to be able to live in the real world without wanting to escape. (Saturn is squaring my Neptune too- Saturn really effects my way of expression- there are days I just get absolutely ****** off that I can't express my images/thoughts) Moon opp Uranus- wishing I would just be happy with where I'm at- I'm always wanting to move- thinking it's better somewhere else... craving excitement (I wish I had a nice aspect between Merc and my Sun and Moon...) I'll list two for now.Neptune oppose Sun: blown off course and not realizing it because the ride is so nice, until reality kicks in. Sun square Ascendant: the way I felt myself to be and the way others saw, reacted to, and treated me was a cause of much confusion... until I got a video camera. IP: Logged |

and in combination of my chiron aspects makes me sensitive but I don't like to show it. Moon square saturn (wide)- I hide my emotions and hate for anyone to see me cry. Don't like being vulnerable.
Uranus conjunct MC EXACT- OMG major isses with alot of things =( ESP school Merc square uranus- (I've quite a high IQ but these uranus aspects screw me up so much) Merc square neptune- I do tend to avoid thinking about things that I need to think about. Chiron square moon and venus really impact me greatly too. Makes me very sensitive (like I feel like I could literally drown from my emotions sometimes) and I keep on giving and giving in relationships (which is a bad thing sometimes yeah?) The only aspect which torments me is Moon square Saturn. This one is nasty. It makes me depressive, melancholic, insecure. I'm almost convinced that I do not deserve to be happy or to be loved.And maybe Neptune square Sun-Mercury conjunction. I drift very often away  I daydream a lot and refuse sometimes to function in the reality. But I+m ok with it because it gives me a lot of imagination and an unusual way of dealing with words. Oh, and there is Chiron in the 6th. Health issues over and over again

I am gonna come back and ask about people's aspects, if you don't mind.Last night, I realized one of my hardest is an unaspected moon. It is a Cancer moon. I feel orphaned. I wonder if an unaspected moon could be called an orphan moon. I bet it could.
You feel like you just can't find home.
I think planets in the 8th are hard but worth it cuz when/if you ever get them unrepressed ,you will be a super person .
You will be able to tell nonsense from truth and you will be VERY real. In the meantime ,you suffer

Ami Ann,5 hardest aspects: 1. Jupiter 90 Saturn - good against bad
2. Sun 150 Neptune - the worst health aspect
3. Mercury 180 Neptune - bad for health, because both rule health houses: 6th and 12th.
4. Saturn 90 Chiron - for me they are the same evils.
5. Sun 90 Mars - it is bad aspect, but with that aspect women are very strong (there is no game with us). Bobbie

TOP 5:MARS square NEPTUNE - the one I hate the most, screws up everything, I can't focus, can't channel my energy, can't use it for anything productive, I keep daydreaming, sometimes it feels like I'm not even here... MARS square URANUS - this one is even worse...chaotic nature (see my username? describes me well), energy wasted, spilled all over the place, nervous/explosive reactions out of the blue, problems with my anger... JUPITER square SATURN - always down on my luck.... SUN & MERCURY square NORTH NODE - it's very hard to be understood and accepted by other people, your values & the way you are doesn't cut it with the rest of the world... Those squares, worst things ever, I'm telling ya...  And then there's MOON opposition PLUTO, I'm thinking this is the most influential one, because it's a first house moon - seventh house pluto thing, a real struggle, problems with putting myself out there, showing myself to the world as an emotional creature, an actual human being, I keep convincing people that I got no emotions & that it's for the best if I keep my distance with everybody, I keep hiding my true nature...and I'm lonely...God, I'm terribly lonely, cause I can't bring myself to open up, without fear of rejection... Crazy Aqua---You have Mars conjunct Neptune.
You don't like to elaborate ,though lol
I am intrigued by what Mars does in aspects.
I guess it would be one of the easier ones to understand cuz Mars is drive.
Your drive would be modified by the other planet.
You have Pluto conjunct Moon, too ,which prolly makes the moon nuclear lol.
Are you intense in relationships? Do you want to add anything else ?

Why is Sun quincunx Saturn so bad, Bobbie? It it worse than a square or an opposition? So, Sun square Mars makes you strong, you think?
Would this be the same with Sun oppose Mars, too?

Ami,About Sun 150 Neptune as aspect in Medical Astrology book: It is the worst aspect in the area of health.
Here is true, because my Sun is me as a person and Neptune rules my health house, house 6. Neptune is in 12th house, house of chronic pains and diagnoses. Neptune is like a fog. Doctors can't see, what is wrong with me.
Quincunx is as bad as square; I think it is worse. Sun square Mars:
One Medical Astrologer wrote to me that women with that aspect are so strong that men are afraid of us. We can do all alone (f.e. in the house) and don't need any man to help us.
It is partly true: I am psychically very strong (no man can play with me, no illusions in my case), but not physically. I can’t do some physically difficult job; I am weak to do that. Bobbie

I'll go with only one for now, although I'll write enough for 10. This aspect brings a lot of good, but now I'll discuss the bad.1. Sun cnj Neptune ~I procrastinate. ~I must periodically swim away. ~I'm more spiritual than physical. This isn't bad in itself, just has me operating from a place that's different from lots of people around me. I'm sure almost everyone here can relate to that! ~ Neptune's the higher octave of Venus, and this cnj has me far too deep in the Neptune side. I feel guilt over possessing gifts that others don't. In particular guilt over gifts that bring affection, attention, &/or success. I've gotten too many rewards too easily, while seeing others go ignored. This pained me. I want everyone to be loved and supported. I think everyone's equally deserving of that, and yet in life we have to "earn" that through presenting our gifts to others. My Neptune insists that just bc a value isn't shown, doesn't mean it's not there. The potential may be there, and help is needed to materialize it. Plus, love shouldn't be conditioned on value. For a long time, seeing that Venus based system in action infuriated me. I'm trying to make peace with it. My cnj impacts me like this bc...
~It's in my 2nd house (a Venusian house of values and resources).
~Neptune rules my 5th house (house of love). Other things in my chart support my cnj working in this way, including...
~NN in the 10th house in Virgo.
~Saturn in the 11th.
