I'd very much like my Mercury to be in Aries. In my chart, Mercury is in Taurus and it's afflicted! Even while writing these lines I'm having difficulties, my thoughts don't flow freely, it really feels slow and stuck. I have lots of things to say to people, but can't express them as spontaneously as others, sometimes it takes almost 1 hour to write a 5-10 line paragraph. Mercury is also my 3rd house ruler and I have Virgo on the cusp of 3rd house, I want my writing to be perfect, so I pay a lot of attention to grammer rules and spend lots of effort to be organized with my thoughts, but after a while I get bored and end up writing nothing, lol. It would be extra nice if it would trine Galactic Center!I'd also like my Leo Ascendant to be in the 2nd decanate of Leo and form a grand trine with my Sun and Uranus. This would also rescue my Ascendant from affliction, now in its current position it gets 3 squares and 1 quincunx aspect, so it's not very comfortable there. Other than these, I'm happy with my chart. IP: Logged |

If your Leo ASC is in the 1st decanate it might make a Grand trine with my IC in Aries and my Mars and ASC on 5 and 7 Sag. IP: Logged |

WingedLeo,My Mercury is in Aries and is strongly afflicted also. I have the exact same issues with mind flow that you are describing but I think it is eased a little by being in Aries. However, it's really not helping me now as I am still struggling for a plot for this contest. Today is the last day to register and I begin writing at midnight. AAAAAAAAARRRRRRGGGGGHHHH!!!!!!! DD, My Ascendant is at 2 Leo 02'. It is close enough to form a grand trine edited. Geo, Do you have a pack of Tarot cards?? You can use them in this next 3 days whenever you feel stuck on a character or with the progress of the story. I have a book named "Tarot for Writers" by Corrine Kenner, she tells in her book great ways of how to defy the writer's block, brainstorm ideas and develop dialogue and plot by using classic tarot layouts and spreads. I bought it to surpass my own writer's block, but haven't read it yet. I wish I suggested this earlier!! IP: Logged |

WL,well, it is just barely trine my Mars, but exactly trines my Amor on 2°08 Sagittarius! I have paused a bit on thinking about Dwads - too confusing, I just don`t know what to think anymore- but it would make sense to me that Saturn influences Mercury. In what way is your thought process inhibited?

I wish x3, I had a 0-2degrees, Mars conj. Pluto in one of the fire signs. My mind/imagination runs @1000 mph, but physically low in energy, & have always been sickly since childhood. I think that aspect would help me maximize work production & efficiency. =DGeo, ["Money, money, money, money...MONAAAAY!!"] -LOL,...but then why 11H & not in the 2H? Teasel, ["I have an opposition between Jupiter and Pluto, but I'm not rich (money-wise) by any means. That may be down to the Saturn square, though."] -I think you have the potential (if you really wanted to be rich). I have Asc conj Saturn by 1degree, in turn conjunct Jupiter/Pluto/Venus. How I feel Jupiter-Pluto working for me is that it gives me raw determination to pull through on my goals. Even against all odds, I force myself to bite the bullet. I also think it gives good executive abilities, but that boils down to plain logic for me...which could be some other aspect?? Personally I dont think it'll just make you rich, rather gives you the willpower to achieve it. I really like my Virgo Sun trine Cappy Moon. It's the glue that keeps my sanity intact,...or I would've had some serious meltdowns from all the abuse since childhood. IP: Logged |

I wish I had....Sun in Taurus - knows their mind and stays the course, and super sensual, knows their worth. Ugh, I completely admire them. (Can you tell they're in my H10?) Gemini ASC - so I could come off as breezy and detached, chatty, get along with everyone, and have a nice elfin look (I'm getting really tired of the Leo and how I come across, it's beginning to be a burden, I'm craving some AIR) Mercury in Capricorn - they're very sexy, and have soft warm voices Mars in Aquarius - yummy, so electric Venus trine Pluto - instead of the square. Oh, to be able to breathe. *I also wish I had a missing element, cos I think those are the most interesting charts* DepTaurus, I have Jupiter Scorpio, and one thing with us is that we love diving into the depths of human nature, through psychology, or astrological matters, no matter, we love it all. And movies like Beetlejuice that makes the 'occult' light & funny. Unmoved, "I want a certain aspect (Mars conjunct Saturn)" (this is mine) Ohhh noo you don't! Really. It has focus and drive but that's it. Mars Scorpio sounds focused by itself, since pluto & saturn have so much in common. quote: I wouldn't want to wish Saturn in Leo even for most enemies....
iQ, please explain??DD, No, please, no Venus Leo, please. Ugh. Worst Venus placement ever. For me, you'd seriously lose your appeal. Nine, OMG, no! With Leo rising they expect you to be out there, and "on", whether you wanna be or not, and they expect you to start the conversation, and to get everything going and moving along, and to be the one to entertain them. (Can you tell this is mine) It's so strange! I'd much rather have Virgo, so everyone would get off my back. To navigate without causing a stir (and the stir isn't always positive) = Bliss! Deliverance, quote: come to think of it, Neptune can p*** off as well.
Well saidmeta_4, quote: but every person I know has the most sensitive disposition. Real sweethearts.
I completely agree. Scorpio Venuses have been such dolls to me. They're so sensitive inside and their smiles are *gorgeous*. So warm.starkiss1, quote: I don't want my Sun conjunct Pluto and Uranus opposing Saturn (Virgo/Pisces). Why did it have to be ME?????!!
Really? I've had some good friends with the Sun Virgo in that configuration. Are you kidding, they are so awesome and intriguing, and full of spark. Seriously, reconsider this. At least you stand out, right? IP: Logged |

Forgot to add, I also wish I had an exact Mercury conj Uranus, or at the very least perhaps Moon conj Uranus. Often dont feel creatively brilliant or original enough. Natally, I have Merc semi-sq Uranus & Moon sext Uranus...but it definitely needs added industrial strength. Starkiss, I would think Sun cj Pluto could be a pretty good aspect to have. Added backbone/willpower to your ego. Why dont you like it?? how has it manifested for you?
Geo, ahhh good call, 11H sounds good then! In general is Jup-Pluto supposed to manifest wealth regardless of house?? What if someone had it in their 12H?? I'm sure you've seen many clients who's charts have Jup-Pluto aspects. I was wondering, statistically what % of those were actually able to utilize the energy & manifest it into material wealth? It then brings me to the question of, nature of the chart vs. nurture. How possible are we able to nurture forth the aspects we ideally want but our charts are inherently missing. IP: Logged |

Agent_009,Jupiter-Pluto aspects certainly do give you more of a boost toward wealth, but it can also manifest as strong religious or philosophical energies. When I think of Madonna and Michael Jackson, they both have the Jupiter/Pluto midpoint at the Aries Point (at zero degrees Libra) and they both they are/were both publically forthcoming about their religion. Madonna's catholicism strongly represented, even in her artwork and then her strong commitment to Kabalah as well. With Michael it was very well known that he remained a Jehovah's Witness right up until he began filming the video "Smooth Criminal". He continued to spiritually explore and then it became public again when he befriended Rabbi Shmuley Boteach so very strongly in 1999 through 2001. Right before Michael died there were strong rumors that he converted to Islam just before leaving Bahrain in 2007. His brother Jermaine is a devout Muslim and continues to claim that Michael converted to Islam. No matter what his religion was in the end, it was very obvious that Michael was spiritually connected, if only through his creativity. And that's just the midpoint connected to the Aries Point. Take a look at the charts of Bill Gates, Bill Cosby, Leonard Bernstein, the new #1 guy on the Forbes List of wealthiest people in the world. I only remember that he is mexican. They all have Jupiter-Pluto aspects. I remember that Bill Cosby's is the opposition. Joseph Kennedy Sr. also has the opposition. Leonard Bernstein has the conjunction in the 11th House. His chart is what I was thinking of when I specifically chose to have my conjunction in the 11th House. Leonard Bernstein was so enthusiastic, people oriented, generous with his knowledge and a devout family man who valued friendship and family tremendously. I would want the kind of enthusiasm he expressed. His judaism was also a strong componant of his life story. So, there's the religion/philosophy for him. IP: Logged |

<< Jupiter-Pluto conjunction in the 11th will make me financially rich but also profoundly abundant in friendship, love and family. >> 100% correct.Lonake, I want to experience with full strength the effect of Pluto and Uranus in what I think are their own signs [Aries and Aquarius]. Mars conj Pluto trine Jupiter in Leo = Big Billions and enough power and control for my Cancerian Mind and Neptune conj "chosen" Moon in Sagittarius to secretly serve millions of needy folk. I feel Saturn in Virgo causes least damage to Cancerians, especially if we get Sun sextile Saturn. IP: Logged |

GV - heheheh... It's more about coveting the wonderful focus and determination of Mars/Saturn people. Most of the great people in film, that I admire, have this aspect. Lonake - you lucky fish! Appreciate that aspect. It would solve all my problems. I hardly have Saturn in my chart. I crave that discipline and focus, instead of obsession which I have in abundance. I obsess about work, when I should be focused on work and I think Mars/Saturn would solve that problem. IP: Logged |

I'd like to trade my Ascendant at 23 Capricorn for one at 28 Aquarius, because then it wouldn't receive 4 squares, but 4 sextiles and 2 trines. Sagittarius Moon - checked Moon conjunct Neptune conjunct Galactic Centre - checked (didn't make me psychic, though) Mercury/Mars trine Neptune - checked Mars (in Aries)-Pluto aspect - checked Mercury in Aries - checked Mars-Saturn - checked Saturn conjunct Pluto - checked. All I want is a different Ascendant, one that would actually make me feel ok in my body and wouldn't damage my relationships (DC). ------------------ Every day is a battle with yourself, one you can never win, nor lose, nor abandon. I like a lot of my placements, but I wish I had more water in my chart -- I have Pisces/Virgo intercepted in my chart and no water planets save for my singleton Uranus in Scorpio.I feel like water signs have this depth of feeling and emotion that I just have absolutely no concept of. That said, I'd also LOVE to have a Leo or Sag Moon. I find people with these moon placements to be so warm and gregarious and affectionate and expressive. It comes so naturally to them and seems so wonderful to me. I have a Capricorn Moon, a placement I used to LOATHE... and I've come to almost like it, or at least, to be indifferent towards it, but if I could pick, I'd give myself a Leo or a Sag Moon. I wouldn't mind Venus in Aries either. That sounds fun But I do like my Sag Venus. apparently, I covet all the fire placements Speaking of which, I'd not have Venus aspecting Neptune in any way in my chart. I have the exact conjunction and I think it's caused me a lot of disillusion due to being unrealistic and having high ideals that I could quite honestly do without, thanksverymuch!!! IP: Logged |
