That said, I'd also LOVE to have a Leo or Sag Moon. I find people with these moon placements to be so warm and gregarious and affectionate and expressive

Leo moon is a dream . It is like the sun came out all over you lol

Izo,

quote:
I'd like to trade my Ascendant at 23 Capricorn for one at 28 Aquarius, because then it wouldn't receive 4 squares, but 4 sextiles and 2 trines.

Were we seperated at birth? :O I totally want to trade my ASC at 21 Capricorn for one at even 1 degree Aquarius. You know what sucks? Before I found my exact birth data there was a possibility that I had an Aqua Ascendant, but then I wondered why it didn't completely fit me. *sigh*

My reasoning is for the first reason you listed: its a really awkward Ascendant in many ways, I believe. Courtesy of MVM I learned that Capricorn is the 'pageantry' sign too so maybe thats why--->>I always want to look perfect, but never succeed.

The DC, for me, has its ups and its downs. On the downside, people I get to the '7th house stage' with (platonic or romantic) become super needy.... even if they didn't give off that impression at first. On the upside, they're the only people I can be my 'Cancerian' self with.

IQ, why wouldn't you wish Saturn in Leo for anyone...?

Just curious - I have Saturn in Pisces (opposite Uranus&Pluto), and it is difficult...

I wish a had a better fitting ASC for my Sun or vice versa - my Virgo Sun is just too shy and modest for my Leo ASC... The Leo in me gets me in situations I don't feel comfortable in.

Actually, I agree: a more compatible Ascendant for my Sun (and moon) is desirable. That leaves Taurus and Scorpio as suitable candidates...LOL.

And how could I forget about my 12th house Saturn? Ugh, depressing a-- placement I would love to get rid of. And then I'd have liked to switch my Moon from the 8th to the 9th. My moods wouldn't be as unstable if that could happen....and I would act on my traveling impulse.

....I am completely happy with my chart.

Is that weird?

I think it may have to do with my Sun/Moon/ASC being in all air signs, so they flow very harmoniously with each other which makes me completely accepting/comfortable of myself.

I guess it would be nice to not have the Saturn opposition to my ASC but I also kind of like it because it's a good shield.

As far as aspects I would like more Venus aspects, like Venus trine Mars or Venus conjunct Sun or Asc. I also would prefer if my natal Aries Mars were in a different house besides conjuncting the IC, like in the 5th house or the 11th house! I also wonder what I'd be like if I didn't have such an emotional Pisces Moon, like if I had Aries Moon or Leo Moon?

I like my placements, but If I got to change anything I'd go be born one day earlier and be a Leo instead of Virgo. People seem to cringe when they find out my sign. :P Also, a Scorpio Mercury and Venus... I really don't like having Venus in Cancer. Too sensitive and I get attached way too easily to people. :P

quote:
Sagittarius moon- I wonder what it would be like. People I know with Sag moon are usually very optimistic and honest and full of energy !

That is the placement I have and it is pretty awesome. People love Sag moons.

quote:
Leo moon is a dream . It is like the sun came out all over you lol

Agreed! That is what my boyfriend has and he is the sweetest, sunniest person I have ever met.

LanaofAugust,

How do you experience Saturn in Pisces??
I'm Pisces Sun and I've always liked people with that placement.

Lonake, it has been so difficult to find my boundaries... there has been a dark tone in my life, lack of self worth...

I have Saturn in Pisces in the 8th house opposite Uranus&Pluto in the 2nd house, which is such a heavy placement that I cannot separate the sign of Saturn from the aspect or the house.

Wow Lana
The 8th house is a powerful place to have planets. I have Gem sun, Gem Merc and Cancer moon there.
I don't have any bad ,powerhouse aspects to them ,either.

I can see how hard it would be to have the placements you write about .

Thanks Lana
I think I can see the boundary issues in some of the people I know. What is more apparent (or is it the same) is the sense of them being lost at sea, needing an anchor, it comes through in their eyes, and a certain look. I just wanna take em under my wing.

Thanks for sharing.

Geo,

Thanks, that's some interesting info there!

I was born & raised Christian, but gotta admit, I'm not religious at all nowadays. I'm very spiritual though, if that counts! I do have a strong philosophical streak, so I could definitely relate to that aspect of Jup-Pluto. I most definitely have certain causes I've believed in deeply since childhood,...which I would fight for, that would benefit humanity as a whole.

I do have a lot of energy but cancer asc is too sensitive

Sometimes I get into trouble by jumping into things thinking nothing could affect me but then I realize being bold can have consequences

Well, I want my Mars NOT to be "trapped" in 12th house...I also don't want my Saturn in 8th house...I'm kinda satisfied with the rest of my chart...
