I have Saturn in Leo in the second and I like that position, maybe because my Saturn is part of a grand trine, so far for me is very good, Saturn, trine Sun, Venus, NN Mercury and Moon sextile Ac in Cancer, I am a person without fears except being poor, Saturn in the second.IP: Logged |

raspberri, I'm not one to care too much about how people write on this forum, but I have to say that I thought that your intrusion was really a bit rude, and your use of caps etc. inappropriate as this thread was originally directed to iQ. Let me say why I see it as an intrusion. As it's a public forum you can argue that there is no intrusion *but* you don't know what was in his head, as we were asking him to completely clarify his previous statement. It's a bit arrogant to assume you know what he was thinking, not to demean you, but especially considering that his astrological knowledge/research is superior to yours. We can all learn from him.iQ, Thank you for partially clarifying your previous statement and adding the dimension of H5. I love to hear always about your research. Wishing you well with your advanced studies. IP: Logged |

Thank you IQ for your explanation - I'm looking forward to hearing more! :-)As Saturn is (also) about finding boundaries, on the surface I'd think it would be 'easier' to have it in a fixed sign... But I guess I'm wrong. I have Saturn in Pisces - how to build something permanent with that... (Edited: In my case the house placement and the aspects are most probably to blame for the difficulties). ~ Lana IP: Logged |

Hey Kiddo I have Saturn in Libra (supposedly exalted) but even that placement can be difficult when there are others who would like to see where they are right and never where they may be in the wrong. Namely because they cannot step back and be fair in the matter.Being able to be detached and see both sides (Libra=Justice) is a burden all its own (Saturn) ((Hugs!)) IP: Logged |

Um did you read my post?? I said I didn't know what he was thinking. Read. Sorry if I answered an EASY question, which iQ already confirmed was correct. Uhh and is it so damn hard to understand what he meant? It's not and to assume that I am just ANSWERING with no validity is absurd. And I didn't mean to come off rude. IP: Logged |

I know someone who is an actor, no planets in Leo (and I would have sworn he has them, I looked and looked until I found out the sun is in leo in the draconic chart). But Saturn is in the 5th.This is from "Astrological Blurbs": "If someone has Saturn in the 5th house, natally, this could indicate that they will do anything for their father’s love and approval. It has also signified a person who will make a career out of acting!" http://home1.gte.net/darrowmp/Astrological%20Blurbs.htm IP: Logged |

raspberri, Your reply is in an arrogant vein, and I've noticed that on some others. What can I do? Nothing, if you cannot read my post with an open mind. Brick wall with no door.

I see nothing confirmed here... It is all out in the open.Looking forward to hearing more of iQ's personal experiences. From my own personal experience I can say that I wouldn't wish Saturn in a water house for anyone. ~ Lana IP: Logged |

I don`t really mind Saturn being in a certain sign. :shrugs: It`s pretty generational anyway. I pay more attention to its tight aspects and houseplacement. It`s strange, I have Saturn retograde in Cancer in 8th house - I wouldn`t change it for anything in the world!
Lonake,
I noticed that, too. The arrogant and dismissive tone of some posts of different posters.

DD, I'm beginning to think like that too: the house placement and aspects of Saturn seem to weigh out the sign...This from someone with Saturn retrograde in Pisces in the 8th house opposite Sun&Uranus&Pluto... ~ Lana IP: Logged |

Lana, this is what I have, but in 7th. Saturn in Pisces is an indication of an old soul, wisdom. It's not bad at all, lol. It's the opposition I am more concerned with. If something hits us, it's a DW.Like with the latest tr Saturn in Virgo, that was bad.IP: Logged |

starkiss1, yes, that opposition is super heavy... How has Saturn opposing Sun&Uranus&Pluto affected your life? Now that Saturn is in Libra, it is on my Moon&Venus conjunction, so I don't feel immediate relief, quite the contrary... ~ Lana IP: Logged |

Lana, That opposition turned me upside down and inside out, quite literally. Everything which could go wrong did so. From my private life to my career, to a broken heart, to leaving into the sunset and trying to reinvent my life, to crashing head first into a major suicidal depression at the end of it. LOL. One big long nightmare. I am getting back on track now, albeit slowly. I feel like a car accident victim who is coming out of a coma, LOL. Quite an experience that has been.

Deliverance, good for you :-)Starkiss1, I have felt exactly the same way... I still often do. That heavy aspect is something that will accompany us till the end of our lives. It helps to understand that cosmic forces are at work... Hugs, Lana IP: Logged |
