If using astro.com, you see the degree by checking the "additional tables, PDF" and the degree of the 1st house cusp from there. Hope this helps!IP: Logged |

I guess that idealization makes us forget the simplest thing, that a relationship is about two individuals relating with each other.Personally, I think that there's no point in thinking too much about all the prettiness a synastry can have, unless the relationship itself does reflect it. Dreaming and fantasizing about someone and the synastry is fine, as long as one keeps in mind how the reality actually is. IP: Logged |

If synastry was perfect, then we would not grow or learn anything.I think easy aspects are there for understanding and bonding, but I believe it is the hard aspects that teach us lessons and make us grow in the most profound ways. For example, my friend and I have easy Mercury Aspects for communication, but we have a very harsh Mars square Mars aspect. I've heard this aspect can lead to physical abuse and violent tempers between two people. Well, we argue and debate a lot, but the other day we both relised through our differing view points and arguements we learned something we didn't know before. I also have a hard time relating to my best friend who as an Air Moon emotionally as a Water Moon person, but we balance each other and she has taught me how to detach from situations that don't need an emotional response and I have taught her it's ok to be vulnerable around people you trust.

Which one of us is idolazing synastry? I'm curious because I don't give a shat. Soulmate aspects mean nothing, especially considering the high possibility that the concept could be MAKE-BELIEVE, and ESPECIALLY if one of the two people has the emotional maturity of a 5 year old. I agree mostly with Chesire on the purpose of these aspects. You do need soft aspects for some affinity, and you also need hard aspects to help you grow and evolve. Natally speaking, I've heard sociopaths often have the easiest charts. Just sayin....

i am not sure about sun opposition though.taurus men don't do anything for me. boring.... but i do love my virgo despite all of those squares, oppositions, trines, sextiles and i don't even know what else. mm...should google about saturn in the 7th. by the way, how do i find this east point thing? please? benedict moon, interesting about the comment, sociapaths and easiest charts. i remember being told that easy chart people tend to have easier lives. i have a bunch of squares and opposites in my chart and i do find i struggle a lot. or is this my self-fulfilling prophecy?
