Hi everyone Progressed Moon is currently on my Natal AC. I've read that when progressed Moon passes over an angle it often marks a significant time. Was it a significant time for anyone here?

nothing happened for me. Mine was May 2009. Only thing that happened was that I moved into a new home BUT I move a lot so it wasn't out of the norm for me. IP: Logged |

Well lets see my progressed Moon is at the end of Libra right now it entered in late 2007 or 2008 I believe. I did meet someone around there I was completely gone with him... My ASC is in Libra.
But P Moon over Natal ASC will make you focus on your ASC and how it is aspecting other planets/points. I think that if someone does come into your life they will have their chart aspecting your ASC. IP: Logged |

Yikes, progressed Moon over my NN coincided with my mother's death..then shortly after that it moved across my Asc, in Leo..but I didn't feel Leonine energy at all, it was as if the natal energies of my Moon were so magnified I could hardly see anything else. Very sensitive time. This is v.strange to me, especially since I've noticed the change in the progressed Moon sign. but not at all when it was on my Asc. I felt so incredibly exposed..nightmarish.So anyway What's it been like for you, evanski? IP: Logged |

I was around eleven years old, when my progressed Moon moved into Scorpio. Astro.com just started to mess up on me in Google Chrome, but I think Saturn and/or Pluto was also conjunct my ascendant at the time. I became very shy, after starting high school, (and having dealt with anxiety for about five/six years). That's all I can remember, right now.IP: Logged |

When my progressed moon conjuncted my DC my father died. It happened on the very same day when the conjunction became exact. There were a thread about progressed moon a while ago, theres also some discussion about prog.moon conjuncting angles: http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum24/HTML/205200.html IP: Logged |

Hmmm, just discovered taht my progressed Ascendant will be conjuncting my natal NN in a few months. Have anyone experienced this? Any insight what it could mean? I suppose progressed angles are very significant too and when they conjunct a planet or change signs should be significant. When my progressed MC moved to Gemini i started my current studies. The day when Mc entered 0,00 Gem I had my first lecture. IP: Logged |

Hi everyone Thank you for your replies, sorry mine is so late. To Lonake & Tangerine - I'm sorry for your loss, that's so sad Tangerine, Thanks for the link. I don't know how I missed that thread. My N Node is in 7th house so I won't be around to see pr ASC conjunct it. I hadn't thought to look at progressed angles before. My angles are changing (or have just changed) house or sign. Right now my pr MC is at 1 degree Taurus (in natal 11th house) and pr IC is at 1 degree Scorpio (in natal 5th house). My pr ASC is about to move into natal 2nd house (ruled by Cancer) and pr DC is moving into the natal 8th (Capricorn). With Moon being my (natal) 2nd house ruler, I wonder what pr ASC moving into 2nd house while pr Moon is on my natal ASC could mean?

Lonake,'Yikes, progressed Moon over my NN coincided with my mother's death..then shortly after that it moved across my Asc, in Leo..but I didn't feel Leonine energy at all, it was as if the natal energies of my Moon were so magnified I could hardly see anything else. Very sensitive time.' Lonake, I think even if you were having the most amazing transits that time would've been incredibly sensitive 'What's it been like for you, evanski?' I've been busier than usual, which is why I'm so late back to this thread. My Grandfather died 10 years ago today, but nothing 'new'. I am a bit worried about my Grandmother though.

Raspberri,'But P Moon over Natal ASC will make you focus on your ASC and how it is aspecting other planets/points.' I have been more focussed on ASC matters lately, mainly self projection. I have ASC in Gemini. Square Venus and Jupiter, trine Moon and Pluto, opp Neptune and sextile Mercury.

Teasel,I read your post in the Phobias and their Astrological Influences thread. I can relate to social phobia, I was diagnosed agoraphobic at 12. I'm not as 'out there' as I should be, but I am getting out and have been for years At 12 my pr Moon was leaving Cancer and moving into Leo. 5 progressed planets, pr Node & pr Chiron were ALL conjunct their natal counterparts!!! My progressed chart right now looks a bit like it did then. Thankfully I don't feel the way I did then. I'm getting itchy feet! Travel would take me way out of my comfort zone. I'm hoping next year I'll get the chance to. Here's my 'then' and 'now' charts ...

Evanski, I was the same way: once I started to get over the agoraphobia, I wished that I had a working passport and enough money to just go, because at times I felt like just taking off. Now, more often than not, when I get anxious or depressed, I need to get out of the house, otherwise I feel like I'll implode. IP: Logged |

Thanks for your post Teasel Isn't it weird how some times home can/could feel like a sanctuary and other times like a prison. There are many times I've felt the need to just pick up and go but I've so far not been in a position where I can. Those times I feel so stuck it frustrates me. Maybe it's time to run away and join the circus. Oh wait, I'm here! I'm April 16. If I remember right you are 1 year younger than me. I wonder if we share similar aspects? I used to think I was very un-Arien because I'm not a fighter and I'm not full of ego. After seeing the birthday threads back in March/April I decided ... 1. Aries gets a bad wrap. 2. We're pretty tame (well, most of us are). and 3. I'm in good company!

Well it had its strange dynamics, but overall it turned out to be a good thing for me. I also had Saturn around my Sun (conj) then in the 8th.I like the idea of re-orienting how you deal with the world when p.Moon goes over the Asc. Mine's in the 7th, so I'll have to wait another 10 million yrs.. IP: Logged |
