I cannot feel the Meatloaf song very well.
I cannot feel the All Thieves song, either.
I am the same with the Alison Krause one  Maybe, this is just me but if the song does not speak to me, I can't feel the aspects.
You got a point about Venus in a "Dangerous Game", DD.

I was coming back to delete that one, but my computer keeps messing up. It's basically a young woman feeling helpless in the face of losing someone (in the movie it was featured in, the young man went off to war - the love of her life - from what I remember). He died.IP: Logged |

What I like about the All Thieves song, is that they seem to have reached a place of understanding, and remorse over the hurt unleashed in one (or more) of those arguments that can either lead to something stronger, or destroy it; it hasn't destroyed them (the relationship) yet. I couldn't tell if they had been apart for a while, or if they've just been through a large rough patch. It's probably nothing to do with one relationship, but that was my first thought when I read the lyrics...  I checked songmeanings, but nobody has commented. IP: Logged |

I would associate "Material girl" with Venus in Capricorn actually, as Venus is about the style how you relate to others, and she is singing about having relationships, so it is a Venus-theme.Having said that, I am not a material girl, though my Venus is in Cappy. IP: Logged |
