I don't know how to ferret this out, lol, so I'm just combining 'em all and making groups. OK, so this is the type I might be, in order of strongest to least (counting # of factors),Venusian = 22 Neptunian = 22 Saturnian = 21 Uranian = 21 Mercurial = 17 Lunar = 16 Plutonian = 15 Jovial = 13 Martian = 10 Solar = 9 If their type is mostly Venusian/Neptunian (22 each), that must mean I'm gentle and sweet and a bit otherworldly. Then their secondary type is Saturnian/Uranian (21 each), this must mean I'm also grounded in reality and a lil offbeat. This fits, Libra stellium Sun (also Asc ruler) in Pisces, sq Uranus Moon/Venus Capricorn The next strongest is Mercury @ 17, Moon/Venus in 6th, Mars in 3rd, angular Mercury Some patterns -Moon in 2nd -Moon in aspect to Venus -Venus in aspect to Neptune -Merc conj Venus -lots of mercurial moons -their Dsc ruler in my Sun sign, or in the same sign as my Libra stellium -Venus and/or Moon in -heavy- contact with the outer planets, esp.Neptune and Uranus, lol no wonder they tell me they like quirky girls -lots of Saturn action connected to their Dsc IP: Logged |

Lonake -What method did you use for that cool tally thing? I want to try it out, but I need an example to emulate. Did you add to the Venusian tally whenever they had Moon, Venus, Juno, or 7th house ruler either in Taurus/Libra/2nd/7th/aspecting Venus? Sounds diffimucult. D@mn you for getting me interested in something laborious! :begins to shake fist but is too lazy to continue: quote: If their type is mostly Venusian/Neptunian (22 each), that must mean I'm gentle and sweet and a bit otherworldly. Ooh, I like you. My Neptune's in a Venusian house and my Saturn's in a Uranian house. I think I understand where you're coming from. I was looking at the patterns you noticed, and I thought about which natal aspects I've liked the best in men. It made me think about a role the natal plays in synastry. The natal writes the partner's identity. The better that story matches who we, as the partner, really is, the more satisfied we'll be living that role. IP: Logged |

enchantress - quote: I have this very strange pattern of always attracting guys who work with computers in some way (programmers, software engineers, etc). I never set out to date tech guys, but it always happens. It's gotten to the point where I don't even ask what a guy does for a living... I already know.
Yes! That's how it's worked for me too. With most of them, the similarities I listed in my 1st post developed after we'd already split up! Only 1 was already working in his profession when we met. So this tells me there's a specific energy/character I'm drawn to in a man. When I encounter that energy, I'm captivated. It's the energy more than the outward signs, since most of them didn't have those signs when I fell for them. One of my best friends fell only for comp guys/engineers too. She's even married to one now. Like you she has a Leo Mars square Uranus. (Uranus is cnj her Sco Dsc.) IP: Logged |

belgz -Oh, an unaspected Mars! That must give a lot of sexual energy. I had an unaspected Mars in a composite once. So much Mars energy. Have the guys you've wanted always aspected it? IP: Logged |

Oh I forgot to mention, guys I am attracted to ALWAYS havea Yin-Venus, in an overwhelming number Venus is in: Taurus, Scorpio or Capricorn (Pisces in some rare cases) The only Yang-Venus that comes up is: Venus in Sagittarius Moon usually is in Aries, Libra, Scorpio or Sagittarius Mercury is in Aries or Sagittarius Mars is more variable, though I can reduce it to Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Pisces, Capricorn in rare cases ASC is mutable, nearly always, usually Pisces or Sagittarius. I have an unaspected Venus. The stronger it is aspected, the stronger I will feel, I think. Prolly, the unaspected Venus makes or breaks a relationship. I have Venus in Gemini. I am attracted to words. If I see a man using words the way a craftsman would use a medium like woodworking etc---I fall. There is a certain way that words fall off a man's mouth or his pen. They flow effortlessly, like water, smoothly lol This trait trumps all others ,looks, etc I love words. Then, he needs to have a soft ,warm side for my Cancer moon to know it will be safe and not hurt ,excessively, beyond humans hurting humans as part of life lol My Venus is in the 7th with Taurus on the cusp. Sex in their eyes has proven me to be a mishap in the (sexual) practice. I think instinctively I always knocked it off.I like the depressive type of guy. I don't care a great deal for what they're doing in life or how they communicate (doesn't mean I can't be frustrated by lack of talk) I like to see something extremely human and at least a grain revolution. I guess it's something what the mainstream loathes. Retro Aqua-Mars/NN square Scorp-Moon and Leo-Juno/SN is making a T-square of it. Pisces on the 7th.

No they didn't directly aspect it within a close orb.Ferdi had his mars square my mars 5 degree orb. The other didn't make an aspect within 5 degrees. They both made aspects to my natal Venus and they were both sun in Taurus which was on my 8th house cusp.

Did anyone in your life aspect your Mars, Belgz? I can't imagine having an unaspected Mars. Once, you pull it in and own it---it will be better than an aspected one,if you know what I mean

An unaspected planet is like a latent genius. It is like a child who was not socialized. It can be stuck, frozen, too loud or too soft. It can be abberent lol. However, if you can grab it and make it yours, it can soar in unique ways. It can make a stamp in your life which makes you unique in the area of that planet. I have some sense of that but only the beginning stages .It is like you must make your own rules for that planet. It demands that you must in order for you to USE it. My Venus is opening up to me,now. She was squished down by my mother who did not understand much about love. My Venus wants to find her own way of being, not anyone else defining her. I am trying to do that, now. ------------------ Pluto conjunct Dejanira, Girlfriend. IP: Logged |

Hi Jane, Yep, you got it. I used basically what you said, but there got to be too much so I stopped adding juno and vertex (for those whose birth time i had). Like you said for Venus, -Dsc in Taurus/Libra -Venus in the 7th -Dsc ruler in 2nd/7th, in Taurus/Libra, in aspect to Venus -Moon or Venus in Taurus/Libra, in 2nd/7th -Moon making aspect to Venus So every factor their chart had I added it to the mix. I really liked your suggestion for this..I'm gonna keep using it in the future..Also it made some things more clear for me, things I couldn't see in the synastry. Thanks hindsight 20/20 lol I think if they have a lot of outer planet action in general then we'll get on.. which now makes sense because quite a few of them had Sun conj Uranus, Neptune, Pluto which looking at my chart makes perfect sense. Also, the synchronicity in matching, for example I have Sun/Uranus and a lot of them had Moon/Uranus, I have Mars/Saturn and a lot had Venus/Saturn or Saturn heavily influencing their Dsc. I'll have to look at it some more. ........also I was surprised that Venus/Neptune topped the list (altho just barely) as I don't -see- myself as that type at all...it just goes to show..I have Sun inconjunct Asc (< 1 deg) ::rollseyes:: so you can see how this is playing out for me, lol. (as in i can't see how others perceive me, can't get an accurate reading). Shoulda been born with the trine, lol. The conj is best for this, but then, if operating at a lower level, makes the person self-centered and weird. The best part of the conjunction is "what you see is what you get" IP: Logged |

Sounds like the best is yet to come. I love when you talk about your cat. What's her sign? You'd probably really click with someone who had his personal planets in the same signs as her! IP: Logged |

Unmoved -Yay! I was thinking the 2nd house would make more sense than the 1st bc of their focus on wealth. I bet you'll end up with a wealthy guy who uses his Neptune not just for glamour & creativity, but also for spirituality. I think that's what you've been missing with these guys. A true sense of spiritual fellowship. quote: I didn't laugh. I was too appalled. I did smile and nod. Nod and smile whenever you're unsure, I say.
I do something similar! IP: Logged |

They either have a Mars-Jupiter conjunction or have Mars in Taurus or Scorpio or also have a Venus-Mars square. And they usually are either a Leo Sun or Pisces Sun, hopefully I'll break this trend soon... IP: Logged |

Ha ha, everyone is drawn to drummers, what about if you're a drummer yourself. I'm a drummer, and I've been hitting the sticks since age 11! I usually get a lot of guys drawn to me when I mention this, it must be a good pick up line! IP: Logged |
