I remember a woman who makes exercises videos/DVDs (used to work for a company called The Firm), talking about how she was drinking too much water, and it made her ill. She was taking a bunch of supplements for various things (if only we could all afford to take everything she was on), and her doctor told her to drink Gatorade at times, to replace some of the water.
