Is it a water thing to not be able to go even an hour without a drink? I'm almost always thirsty, and so is my sister and all my friends and co-workers with water luminaries. I'm so bad that I don't even normally eat dry food....I almost always need a sauce or gravy. IP: Logged |

That's that strangest thing, because I've also noticed that most Sagittarians hate spicy food too....to the point where they won't even eat anything that's been seasoned. Its somewhat puzzling because you think fire and automatically HOT FOOD comes up. hahahaI like spicy food too, but that's because of my culture...LMAO. IP: Logged |

I only started drinking water in a healthy manner a few months ago. Before that I only drank juice and, lots of it though. So, yes, I have always needed "liquids" in my system but it has only recently been plain water.Cancer Moon Scorpio AC, Mars, Jupiter... I'm not more water sign than other elements, but I am watery. yeah, I like me some spicy food, but I am not too fiery. Actually, I only have Neptune in a fire sign. Maybe the more earth or water one has, the better they can handle fire. Whereas, if one is a fire sign, adding spice makes the heat too much. IP: Logged |

I had to switch to water a while ago too because juice = sugar, and it was causing problems with my weight. And really, I was looking for anyone with water in the big 3...or even Venus, mars, Jupiter, singletons, whatever. I'm not gonna be very particular today. IP: Logged |

Actually, I forgot that I have Mars, Saturn, Uranus, and IC in fire....LOL. The two Sagittarians I know in particular actually belong to cultures where spicy food is common, so it must be astrological. They also have a low tolerance for pain....is that maybe connected? IP: Logged |

I know someone who can't even have a jalapeño, and they have mostly air in their charts. And, air (oxygen) does increase combustion (heat)... more fire. So... yeah... Maybe, just maybe, earth and water can handle spicy food and have a higher tolerance for pain, and air and fire are the opposite. Theoretically, it's sound, but we'd have to hear from personal experiences. I also turned to plain water due to watching my weight and trying to quit sugar and failing dismally. IP: Logged |

I already had a CBC done last August for other purposes and all was normal except my anemia...LOL. Although I will say that the Double Pisces I work with might be a candidate...she's already pre-hypertensive at 24 because she retains so much water. IP: Logged |

I am almost always thirsty too, I always have to have water........but technically, we are supposed to drink a lot of water each day...........most people don't drink much of anything..........I am mostly earth and fire........ In fact, this afternoon I am very thirsty, and can't seem to quench it. But we just had puerto rican food for lunch and my friend thinks they used a lot of salt and vinegar. IP: Logged |

Cool Unmoved... sugar levels are not something they check for unless you ask, which is why is suggested it. I'm simply looking out for you - diabetes is the most common cause of excessive thirst. IP: Logged |

I used to drink a lot of water, but I got out of the habit when I stopped exercising regularly, a few years ago (I stopped, because I keep getting sick, and it wasn't helping). Juice messes up my stomach, if I'm not careful.. and I'm thirsty right now, so I should get some. I haven't had any water today... IP: Logged |

I'll tell you one funny thing, I knew a Cancer Sun man with Moon in Cancer to boot, and he was adamant that he needed fluids all year long but esp in the Summer (being Cancer he was v.sure to let everyone know of his needs lest they inadvertently cause him to feel neglected :P)...like nothing else, to the expense of food, that's why he was always so thin. Obsessed with bring hydrated.I've had days where I will want a liquid based diet instead of food. For some time I would only ingest those protein shakes and water and nothing else, not to lose weight, just because food felt so heavy and I wanted something light. Pisces Sun. Omg, ditto on the sauces, I was always sauce-obsessed and would pile it on. Soak it was my motto lol. My grandmother, a Cancer Sun was obsessive with her juice fasts. But I don't know if it's a water sign thing.. I knew a double Scorpio who would always sleep with a bottle of jack daniels on her nightstand. IP: Logged |

Coffee does absolutely nothing for me. I never react to caffeine in anything, no added energy, no jitters, so I can't understand this about other people. lol. why is it so great?!IP: Logged |

CBC = Complete Blood Count. Only my grandmother had Type 1 Diabetes and thats something they usually detect in Childhood. I don't quite remember if the Insulin-Resistant one (Type 2) is connected.
And LOL, I think I drink way more than my Post Partum Patients. Atleast 1400 mL a day is the minumum.

Cool One should drink half ones body weight in fluid ounces. Any more and the body is too dilute to effectively digest and remove toxins. IP: Logged |

Yeah, there is a set amount that everyone should drink...and I'm always way over it.

A cancer who can go without much food? J/K, I just know I couldn't completely replace solid food with liquid. I need both, and that's why I feel so bad for Post-operative Patients who are stuck on a clear liquid diet for more than a day.
And I don't care much for coffee either. Its all caffiene, doesn't quench anything for me. IP: Logged |
