Well, Eros in a strong aspect is charisma, too. He has Eros conjunct ASC. Is life fair? 
I think love has to be based on respect. Lust can be just based on attraction.
To me, lust alone is practically worthless.

So, is his Eros and Neptune ON your DSC?
I am not familiar with placements on the DSC in synastry,only the ASC.

The weak in the knees feeling is rare.I have only had it for two people, I think.
It is a totally weird feeling where you just become jelly  Well, if this guy makes such an impression on you, it might be worth meditating on how you can meet him in a natural kind of way. ------------------
