I have Cupido cnj my Sun (0*08').

Every time I've fallen in love, it's been a "love at first sight" experience. But then, I also have it opp my Vertex, and cnj Moira (fate asteroid) & my Venus/Uranus mp.

As far as Cupido-Cupido aspects...

In synastry I've experienced the opposition and the square. Both times, both of us were crazy for each other from the start.

But I've been in love at first sight one other time too, and that time lacked a Cupido-Cupido aspect. We did, however, have his Cupido exactly square my Mars and my Cupido cnj his Venus-Neptune.

There's one ex I was never in love with. (I did care for him a lot, though.) What I experienced with him was intense lust at first sight. Natally he has Cupido cnj his Aries Mars (0*03) and Venus (3*) in his 1st house. He's a professor now, and my snoopy Sco Mercury read his reviews at a "rate professors" website. Most of them comment on his looks. He's not conceited, but does care about appearance (he's into fashion). He's been single for relatively long periods until someone he really wants comes along. Then he's fixated on getting and being with her. (That could be from Pluto opp his Venus and his Taurus Sun.)
