Yikes! Umm, definitely in the Astro 2 forum. Somewhere in the back threads. I think it was posted THIS year, 2010. I just don't remember how long ago. I'm sorry.I'd look it up, but i'm lazy (Leo!). It was called... "How to make sure you get a boyfriend" or some crap like that. IP: Logged |

Yeah, Moon and Venus etc for what attracts and all the rest of it but still reckon there is consideration for Mercury as the actual 'key to his heart', maybe that's why love can be so complicated.IP: Logged |

That's assuming that any form of intellect is part of what will keep him interested

Did anybody watch the other videos that linked up with the one the OP posted?I liked the lady in that video, she seems very down to earth, and her eyes are sparkly. ETA: She throws some Neptune into the mix in this one.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DHz9tRIO1BA&feature=related

this is especially interesting questions for me because my venus and moon are in OPPOSITE signs (Aries and Libra).i completely agree with Meta_4. venus- physical, attraciton, beauty, moon - the woman, personality, who she Is. its also hard for me because my DSC is in Aquarius. if you ask me, you're probably best looking at his venus and moon sign, THEN look at maybe 1 or 2 other placements, which of those placements match closer to his moon and venus? if ayou ask me, look at THE DSC in my case, it kinda matches both (aries - independant) Libra - Air. i feel equally attracted to both kinds, but iv always ended up with the Moon-type. moon is needs, and venus is attraction. isnt out needs a bit harder to ignore? i would say DSC is the personality version of Venus, not physical beauty. (becuase likewise asc is more about who we are and how we are rather than how we do it. (mars) IP: Logged |

I think Venus is important in the initial stages. Venus shows what a man expects and desires in a woman when they are still 'dating'. If she doesn't keep his Venus happy - things might not progress to other stages. The one Venus I'm very familiar with is Venus in Aries. If you seem assertive, confident, high self-esteem - these men will feel very comfortable around you and they'll admire you. So things might progress into a relationship - But once you are at this point - his Moon is extremely important. If the same guy has Moon in Cancer or Pisces or Libra Taurus etc... He will begin to desire other, more heart-warming feminine qualities in you.. And if he doesn't find them - he'll probably split in time. You'll always be a woman he admires and genuinely likes in virtue of his Venus, but maybe not the woman he wants to spend the rest of his life with - or the next few years for that matter. I dunno, I mean my Venus and Moon are both technically Mars (Aries, Scorpio) and I can't say I am one way across the board. I guess some women are... and there are those men who have moon sq Venus (like my SO) who are attracted to one thing, and need another in relationship, and i guess lucky (for him) that he gets both in me But in all seriousness, I don't think someone is like their moon or their Venus, they are like both, yes? Even if it is not harmonious. Who has a chart who is completely harmonious? No one. So a man may want and need two completely different things, but then a woman is also two three four five completely different things. So you see, it evens out no matter what imo. And in the end no matter what, if someone loves you, I can bet you they won't be able to rationalize WHY exactly, and if they do (with a list)...watch out.IP: Logged |

"And in the end no matter what, if someone loves you, I can bet you they won't be able to rationalize WHY exactly, and if they do (with a list)...watch out."i completely agree with this. to me, to truly love somone, you don't think of a list forever of what attracted you and keeps you attracted to them, it becomes quite, objective i think? if you need a list of a reasons to be be 'in love' with someone, i see that kind of conditional. unfortunately people can confuse their own happyness in a relationship as love being conditional, where as the love isnt but happyness is. anyway, i know how it feels to love someone without a list, love just is. being "in love" is something a bit different, and in my own opinion, conditional love. will you still love that person if that list changes? Well I'm a Scorpio with my Mars and Venus both in Libra and yes I'm always attracted to Librans! My last boyfriend was one and I fancy two other Libra guys (didn't even know they were Librans until after the fact) And the only girl I would've ever considered "turning" for (I'm gay) was a Libra too.... The problem is in the long term I seem really incompatible with them... their indecisive nature, they ability to be influenced so easily by others and their flirtatious ways really grate on me. Could it be that your Mars and Venus signs are where you'll have a sort of very passionate instant lust for someone, but they're not such a good place to look for a long term, stable relationship?
