Tell me about the men in your life, their venus sign, moon sign and the type of partner they are attracted to. Do you think the moon sign is more important here or the venus sign? I found this video on youtube, for any women out there who have ran after a guy who had no interest in them but in someone else, here is some solace of an astrological nature http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_RxZwN2Ij3A&feature=related IP: Logged |

I dunno, I think it's a man's Venus AND Moon. Take both into account... My ex-husband had Moon in Gemini (conj Saturn), Venus Cappy (sq Pluto)...hmm, well, I'm a Scorpio Venus and an Aries moon. I'm very Mars-y in my relationships, so I don't know how much it has to do with me(except for his Pluto/Venus squ)...except his dc was Virgo as was his vertex. My current guy has an Aries moon and a Cappy Venus (Cappy Venus again LOL)...we have conjunct moons, but I am also caught up in his T-square very tightly, with my Jupiter and my own Venus. His dc is Scorpio. I think it totally depends on the guy, and the aspects especially. I think the moon is more important though. Interestingly, my draco Venus is in Cappy. My natal MC is Cappy, and my most significant relationships conjunct my MC. I'd definitely take their angles into account. IP: Logged |

I agree, attraction for a man is moon and venus plus the dc, just like an attraction for women is sun and mars plus the dc. Don't underestimate the majore aspects too, because they can be a lot more important than even the sign. A man with venus in sag may be attracted to foreign women, but a man with venus conj jupiter will probably be even more so.IP: Logged |

HmmmmmmmmMy boyfriend has an Aries Moon CONJ Chiron, 7th house Aries and Venus in Sag square to Pluto in Virgo. I'm an Aries with Gem Rising and an 8th house mars in Cappy... It could be a Sun- Moon thing. I have Saturn square his Sun. IP: Logged |

Scrappy, you're right. Both my ex husband and my boyfriend now have Venus (Cappy) conj Jupiter and both have always preferred foreign women. The only thing Cappy that shows is a physical liking for women on the slender side with more prominent cheekbones. IP: Logged |

The father of my kids and my first love both have Cap Venus. I thought this placement was great for me, until I got with the Sag Venus (I have that as well, Sag Venus, that is..) and I can see now how much better of a fit it is. The expression side of love/relating is so much easier with this person. For ex. The two Venus Caps were personally NOT ok with PDA's, whereas I am fine with them, and actually prefer that in a person. So does this person that I am with now. (I shouldn't say now, it's been close to 4 years, but very on/off, for reasons of circumstance) Anyway, MVM, the Cappie Venus guys above both liked foreign looking women as well. I thought that placement made a man attracted to the typical girl next door, classic california beauty, but it wasn't the case in my two guys. I'm not foreign (to them, lol) but I kinda look it. Thinking of the two combined, they liked women like... Jessica Alba Danika McKellar Alyssa Milano (can't think of anymore at the mo... but you get my drift) The Sag/Venus guy doesn't seem attracted to foreign looking women, and I am not attracted to foreign looking men, so that may be a misconceptune of a Sag Venus. Dunno, just some thoughts.. IP: Logged |

hmm, i'm sag venus as well as AC and i've tended to be more attracted to foreign guys more than those of my skinshade, definitely. for me i think though there's something definitely to be said for the 'warmer' feeling i get just from browner skin and darker features alone, it has to do with the way there is an entirely different set of cultural experiences and views the person has brought with them. rote is boring! samesame is lame. i guess it's cuz people don't question their 'reality' and customs much, so when you're hanging out with someone from another cutlture, you're automatically in a new paradigm of realating and reality, which i loooove, and there's no falling back into samesame north american cultural trappings of what constitutes reality, etc. i think this is what sag loves: the broadening and even total emancipation of such limitations, and maybe why the tendency exists.IP: Logged |

i'm confused about how a venus in aries would typically express for a guy? i've heard that they love fiesty, arieslike women but ALSO that want to be the knight in shining armor saving the damsel in distress, or perfering a more demure ladylike woman. these are two very opposite types of women! any experiences with this one?IP: Logged |

I see what you are saying, and I should add that I come from an Italian family, so I am darker with dark hair, and I do like darker skin/hair as well. I don't seem to be attracted to blondes at all, except in rare circumstances... Attraction is so fickle and hard to understand.. at least for me. I've been pecking away at it for over a year now, looking at hundreds of photos, videos, films, trying to figure out that one *thing* that draws me to a person, and I can't say with any assurance that I've come closer to any conclusions! RE: The Aries Venus. I don't know any, but Woah Cakes description seems to feel right. I think that man would need someone to save, while also simultaneously being able to put him in his place when needed. Whew. That would be a full time job!!

gypsee, yeah hmm, i've NEVER been drawn to blondes. eva. i should also add that i'm very pale skinned with blue eyes. my hair is dark brown though, and gets darker every year (i was born with black hair that fell out, grew back blonde! and has progressively gotten darker every year). my heritage is primarily swedish, irish and romanian. attraction is strange and while i've definitely had my share of caucasians, i've always been drawn more to warmer shades and big noses. indian men are the most beautiful people to me but a white guy with a big hook nose is pretty great too. heck maybe it's even my gemini DC because i love the frame of a black eyebrow around a dark eye- that gemini eyebrow thing (and two is even better). it just feels 'solid' to me if that makes any sense. maybe psychologically i'm rejecting the swedish in me because my swedish grandpa was a raging alcoholic abuser and my dad has fair skin, VERY light blue eyes, fine light brown hair, and is sorta the same. who knows! but wait that theory doesn't stand cuz my mom is a psycho and she has dark hair and brown eyes and when she tans she gets fairly dark. heh. yeah, attraction is weird. yeah aries venus is confusing but i think you nailed it and i can see how they can want both now. along with his scorpio moon, though, it seems like he needs a paradox. cuz scorpio moon is DRAWN to scorpio types but also needs someone very stable and more relaxed than them to soothe their extreme emotions, i hear. Yep, you just reminded me of Naveen Andrews. He is very yummy.I seem to go for a paler skin tone though. But, I do like the super dark eyebrow framing the face, and the big nose. Kinda like Adrian Brody. Except I prefer super long hair. Shame it's kind of out of style these days. (Libra Moon) <--- me. Boy, oh boy, Scorpio Moon, huh? My Mom and a close friend have this placement. I used to think I wanted a guy with that placement, but those two there are a handful in my life. Handful enough. They hang onto everything, or so it seems. It's hard as hell to break them out of a gloom/doom mood I notice.

Yes, that's him. What a face! Umm, well, only speaking from experience with woman to woman relationships.. yeah, pretty much try to stay out of the way, not say anything stupid, don't offer platitudes, and wait for it to pass. Woman to man would play out differently, I'm sure, but still.. I'de just give them some space to sort it out and wait for them to come back to you. Which they do. IP: Logged |

I've dated only one guy with an Aqua Venus (which is my Sun). He was a little too intense for me because of his Pluto squares. My current boyfriend has Venus in Leo and Moon in Virgo, I have no Leo or Virgo placements although Ihave Sun conjunct Mercury/Gem Rising and my Moon is in my 5th... And for a long time he thought I was out of his league lol so that probably goes with having a Leo Venus. IP: Logged |

The guy I am involved with (Mr. Pisces) has...Venus in Aries, opposite Pluto, Trine Neptune, Trine Saturn Moon in Taurus conj Jupiter square Mercury I have Sun is in Sag conj Neptune, conj Mars, sextile Pluto My Moon is in Taurus, Trine Saturn Venus in Scorpio Gemini Rising... He tells me I'm his "ideal" girl... Oh, about Venus in Aries... he likes coming to my rescue but he also likes me calling him on his crap. Also, he likes that I'm not high maintenance (pertaining to my hair, nails, make-up, clothes) but I can dress up to the nines when the proper time comes... IP: Logged |

I briefly went out with a Cancer Venus who turned out to be majorly duplicitous but that's a whole 'nother story. He seemed like lots of fun at first (gem sun conjunct my Gemini Venus) but he got really insecure FAST. Dealbreaker: his friend told him to ditch me...and he did. How sad. His Moon is in Sag and I only have my Chart Ruler and Uranus there, which was submerged in the 12th. I don't know if I come off saggy at all. Ex: had Moon in Pisces and Venus in Libra. He was definitely into 'soft' women; he even mostly went out with white girls which was why I was pretty sure I wasn't his type. I was wrong...completely. He completely idealized me in ways that sometimes made me go...????. That was the probably the pisces moon falling for the Cancer Sun and strong Neptune, I guess. So you could imagine the suprise of the lifetime when the critical Virgo Moon and impatient&brash Aries Mars came out....huehahaha.
