Bunnies
you make me laugh and dribble my tea all over myself even when you're asking something serious! haha http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_yjdTo6JT8U

Yes, lemon juice although acidic leaves an alkaline lining in the stomach.

Sodium, Bicarb contains a lolla lolla SALT (as Cilla would say!) 1/4 of Bicarb is SALT. It also contains aluminium. It's not a good idea to split salts up separately. Better to use all 4 at once
It is efficacious if the desired effect is anaerobic

ACV - apple cider vinegar is good for you. I take some every morning. Make sure you buy only the BRAGGS with the MOTHER unfiltered one.
Meat protein is about as acidic as you can get Bunnies so that can be your 20% and just give up white wheat and fizzy drinks etc.

Love life is ALKALINE !!!!!!!! hee hee Good stuff and all dat jazz. Hows Watership Down? All good? I'd email you but i've forgotten your email address.
No worries, glad to help x

PS BUNNIES

Don't eat more than 2 pieces of fruit a day MAX! It's highly acidic. Fruit being good for you regularly is a fallacy. It's full of fructose, fruit sugar.

Interesting Lara!! Fruit always makes me feel sick! I thought it had to do with the sugar (even though it's natural) in it. Prefer veggies any day of the week. No sweet tooth over here.

glad to hear the good news. i was going to chip in and point out that saturn in the 12th is where i would expect the battle to take place, and though it's not QUITE at the ascendant, by the time it gets there he should be out of the woods. saturn in 1st can feel like you are working too hard for too little reward but the 12th is where you are "robbed" - though usually only of things that don't serve you, like hurtful mental programs and emotional wounds that one won't let go without being FORCED, and boy is saturn good at that!

nothing wrong with going alkaline anyway!!

as lexx said adhesions can come from other things besides surgery. a torn tendon, muscle or other major injury causes scar tissue and adhesions as well. and many of them can be broken up with massage alone!

and it would be a miracle if there were NO after effects of what he has been through!

i am so glad, again! that this was nothing much...and that your doctor is obviously staying on top of things and making sure HE IS OKAY!

ABS!
What fabulous news!

And guess what she said?

Probably an adhesion from where he had to do so much regrowing of the spine...

The "group" told me the same thing to tell you the other day! and I posted it!
I am sooooo very glad they were right!

Is this an area of the surgery?
I heard the word "Adhesions"
A fibrous band of scar tissue that binds together normally separate anatomical structures.
While uncomfortable, up to very painful.....
they are rarely malignant.
I have them on my back, ribs, spine.
So while I hope he is A-OK....
adhesions or Keloidal scarring is waaaay better than cancer.

Know this, he has "healers" helping him.

PS. Are you getting a new puppy?
And something humorous concerning the word "trowsers"?

Lara,

Everything you wrote in your last post to me, I agree with you on all points. Here in the U.S. it's pretty well documented how the drug industry purposely suppressed treatments and cures for many diseases, including cancer, in the very early 20th Century, closed medical schools that taught "old folk remedies", etc. So many doctors and educators had to go underground or leave the country in order to save their own lives, not to mention being able to teach about proper nutrition and health care.

Oh geez, my head is so clogged up with all of that information and I'm too sleepy to go into it, but I can say that I'm very glad that more people know about, so called, alternative ways of healing and hygienic diets and alkalyzing their bodies because it is very important. Not always easy if you've been eating a toxic/acidic diet all your life. Food is just as intimate a topic as sex and love.

Anyway, must sleep. This is a glorious day with such good news. Goodnight.

Absinthe.
This is the best news ever. I could feel that coldness that was gripping your heart and now it's gone....wonderful...much happiness to you both

Lara Two pieces of fruit a day? I'm lucky if I eat two pieces of fruit a year!!
My friends think I'm Stone Age. I'm a meat and nuts girl (That sounds vaguely disturbing!)with the occasional berry thrown in!
Grains hold zero interest for me. I make myself eat porridge every morning but that's it.
Patsy and Edi.....that's my friend and I.....I'm Patsy.

We'd sure like to get a puppy! We have been talking about it, but as of the moment, the landlords are still, no go. But we are talking about rent to own, so maybe once the contract gets signed, we can talk about it more realistically!

My skirt fell completely off in the grocery store (co-op) on Thurs...maybe that's what they're giggling about. I know WE sure did!

LL Peeps!

I'm so grateful to each of you. So much more than words allow.
