Do agree or disagree, maybe explain why.

I think we are, because I've noticed me, as well as other Taurians in my school are very intense in feeling.

For example, when we're in relationships it's very serious, much unlike a normal teenage crush. But when we don't like someone....WOAH!...it's certainly very hateful!...but hardly ever physically violent.

When I'm I like someone it's very profound, It's not lust, for example with the person I like at the moment...I'd be perfectly happy to live non-sexually with, just having a unconditionally-loving connection.
I love her sooo much

But if I make an enemy, I hate them sooo much, people think it's slightly messed-up...malevolent in someways.

Well, has anyone else had similar experiences?

You seem to be speaking of extremities in emotions.

I am intense. I am not extreme. I used to be extreme when scorpio's shadow ruled me. Now l have found balance of taurus/scorpio axis and l am just sitting in my field chomping grass and daisies

Sean has a Taurus Moon...and one of my Soulmates has a Taurus Ascendant...and another one of them has a Taurus Sun...and I have dated one in the Past...a Taurus Sun that is...and yes I agree they are very intense.
It seems like Seans being the Moon is very intense. At some point in our conversations he always gets very serious, in general though even when he is jovial there is an underlying feeling of intensity to him...but he does have Mars in Scorpio and a Capricorn Asc...but still I think its the Taurus Moon...because when he is in love let me tell you HE IS IN LOVE! Its very serious business to him, the whole love thing..cute to watch though. Very
Earthy which is appealing to me, because I dont have have much Earth. But I do have Chiron in Taurus..and Ascendant in Virgo.

King Taurus - I had to go back to your chart after I read your first post here because I couldn't remember whether or not you had a Venus/Pluto aspect ---- and whaddaya know? You do! lol

Taking feelings seriously, experiencing extremes of love and hate etc. That's very Venus-Pluto.. I was thinking - This sounds like something I would've said some years ago (I have the Venus-Pluto opposition). Venus has added significance in your chart since it is the ruler (dispositor) of your Taurus Sun.

I always thought Taurus people were pretty mellow.One of my best friends is a Taurus and she is one of the calmest,sensible,steadiest person I know.
I looked up the definition of steady--

Firm in position or place; fixed.
2. Direct and unfaltering; sure.
3. Free or almost free from change, variation, or fluctuation; uniform: a steady increase in value; a steady breeze.
4. Not easily excited or upset: steady nerves.
5. Unwavering, as in purpose; steadfast.
6. Reliable; dependable.
7. Temperate; sober.--

Well that is my experience with Taurus people.

Betty boo boo - really? I have venus quincunx pluto exact and i really don't hate anyone In fact, i can't stand that phrase "i hate ..." my kids say it a lot and it drives me nuts. 'So extreme to hate someone' i tell them lol

Lara - I don't know about the quincunx because it's a minor aspect and I haven't paid much attention to it. Are there things (not people) that you hate with a passion... A type of food, a tv show, a particular brand of clothing, a particular type of social behavior?

Do you tend to passionately state - 'I can't stand this or that!' instead of 'I kind of dislike that'?

Never met a Taurean who likes/lives to make money. Usually they are $$ phobic and value good ole wholesome qualities in life such as friendship, trust, family, kindness, compassion, loyalty, honesty, old-fashioned manners and purist morals over money and its fans.

I would not know, i have no close taurus people that i associate with.

Its just the side I have seen in public, material driven.

I should note that these are younger people, not old and wise.

You must know some nice taurus people, fortunate.

** I remember a taurus named Randy that was two years older than me, his personality was much like what you have described.

Me and him got along great at work.

I don't know loads of Taureans MB but the ones l have met and are friends with are all as l described. Out of all the fixed and earth signs, Taurus seems to be the least materialistic imho.

I think the phrase that sums up Taurus over all others is this: "I have nothing to prove to anyone" and so it is with Taurus

You are scorpio right? I naturally get along with scorps. I think the shadow sign really knows the sign better than others and sometimes better than the sign knows itself.

I find Scorpios easy to hang out with and scorps usually really like taureans. They complement each other like all opposites.

To me Taurus==sensual,earthy,completely reliable and dependable.To me they are very easy going and laidback.I was going to do my boyfriend's chart but did not have a birthtime.His moon is either late Gemini or early Taurus.It was pretty easy to figure out.He has worked as a stagehand and endured long hours of physical labor and is very well off financially.I wouldn't call him cheap,I would say 'frugal'.
A couple of his hobbies are going to garage sales and collecting all types of material objects,and also gold prospecting,digging around in the dirt all day for that precious speck of gold.He is very mechanical,and is somewhat of a 'fix-it'man.He likes to do the job himself,instead of hiring someone else to do it.He is a very good car mechanic,that being one of his first jobs. He loves to get massages.
