One thing that stands out is they don't generate, they wait for others to bring up an idea or just something for them to react against. They have ideas, sure, but they're sorta squirreled away, they won't come up out of the blue. They're sort of quiet guys (all men). If they bring up their idea, it will be all figured, well thought out, they don't like discussing things that are still in preparation. They're very nice (well that is a bit subjective...) anyway they aren't the types to generate strong reactions from others. They need other people to bring something to the table to create a spark, on their own there is no spark, they don't bring their energy out, it stays inside. Maybe if they're having a 'good time' it gets let out a bit, but in some way they seem restrained. I think they're sweet, seem a bit timid or shy to reveal things about themselves, but I really like 'em. They're also very private about personal matters (relationships) the ones where their heart is involved.

"I BET I can throw this FARTHER THAN you" is a typical Fire Sign thought process.
You can replace "throw" with "make more money" and "farther" with "faster". The "Betting" facet is quite unique too, especially sans thinking.
Any kind of superior success motivations come internally without loss of generosity.
Fire Signs like to beat others even in generosity. Modesty is considered a crime. They do not like emotional Mind Games nor power struggles nor care for intellectual thesis or number crunching data. They will not beg your pardon and even if they apologize, it will be more like a command.
Winning. Winning. Winning.
Aries. Leo. Sagittarius.
They will follow it up by savoring the success with the good life, no holds barred and will not care two hoots about saving up for the rainy day. Yes, they are Self-Centered but their successful actions convince them that they deserve to be Self-Centered.

Earth Signs are burdened by need for material security, Water Signs are burdened by emotions and Air Signs are burdened by too much thinking. Hence these signs do not ACT quickly.

Fire Signs lead the attack, take the first shot, place the first bet, make the first investment, ring the opening bell on Wall Street, give away the biggest chunk, share knowledge easily, tip heavily, travel to the farthest of nations, dance energetically, sing loudly, are comfortable on camera, attract the most attention, grab the girl tight and lift her off of her feet literally. They live life to the fullest extent with the least amount of complaining.

Other signs have to practice quite a bit to perfect the above ACTIONS.

Let me tell you, it sucks. I have a really hard time with it. I was extremely shy and reserved growing up. I never really talked to anyone. Im a very private person.. and because my moon is in Capricorn and i also have a stellium there, i have the hardest time showing how i feel about anything. My friends hate it.. they say they never know whats going inside of me. When im with a group of people i dont really talk unless i know the people very well. I cant stand fire sign people.. even people with their moon in a fire sign is too much for me at times and i get burned. My best friend has an Aries moon and he is just so intense sometimes its hard. My ex boyfriend was a Leo with a Taurus moon. Because our sun and moon were conjunct we got along well.. but there were times when i just needed to get away from his ego. Oh and i also need a lot of time alone.. if im around people for too long i start to get really irritated and need to go into isolation for a while with my music. lol - like i said its difficult. Im not sure what could make it any easier. On the plus side, im also a 9 vibration which thank god, because it actually really helps me sometimes when im lacking enthusiasm. It also helps me to get to the heart of a situation by using my earthy practicality. And because im mostly earth its just like im a huge rock. Very stubborn, and i shut down easily. its really hard to get me to move if my mind is made up.
