I have a question...

I asked a horary question, and I'm trying to figure out something.

Here are the significators

Me:

Moon in Leo 12
Venus in Libra 28 (signifying women)

Them:

Saturn in Libra 14
Sun in Sagittarius 4 (signifying men)

So using this: "How does he like her? He thinks she’s gorgeous (Saturn interested in Venus), but, sadly for her hopes, apparently he doesn’t care for her personality (Saturn in the fall of the Sun). He’s barely interested in her feelings (Saturn in face of Moon)."

So Saturn would be in the 'what' of the Moon???

Isn't that how most men are?

If the girl looks good hes in but who cares about her personality or feelings? That is how most men work. You don't need placements to tell you these things.

So does it really matter what moon is in what in this particular interest.

The question is in regards to a particular horary question where I can see where two parties feelings really are. The sample is from a diff horary reading and I'm trying to learn from it to determine how Saturn in Libra accepts Leo.

yeah but I can tell you that men go for women based on looks unless they can't get attractive women, then they make up the "oh well she has a great personality", story.

Banx, do you speak for all men? How sad that you've reduced half of the population to a shallow, sexist assumption.

Post the chart.

Eta: venus and mars would be significators too.

Yes, I do speak for all men because all men have that basic instinct. All men desire the most beautiful or what is perceived by other men as the most beautiful. This is inherent in all men. Only when a man realizes that he cannot attract the most beautiful does he lower his standards and begin making excuses.

So I guess women are only as valuable as their looks then. Nice. I'm glad there are a few relics from centuries past. Makes me appreciate my boyfriend more.

ETA: And it's a nice assumption that beautiful women can't have good personalities.

How is it you speak for all men, again? Enlighten us.

This is the main drive. This is ultimately what the man wants. It isn't the only concern. He may need you to build him up every now and then emotionally. There are other factors in a relationship but those other factors just aren't as important. The man first seeks to get the most beautiful women as far as sexual relationships are concerned. All other facets of that relationship are secondary.

I never said that beautiful women have bad personalities. I am saying that the personality is a secondary factor.

I speak for all men because like all men I have the same instincts.

No, according to you, all other reasons to be in a relationship with a woman do not exist because the ONLY thing that matters is looks. There is no "secondary." There is LOOKS and nothing else.

That is what you said. You said that guys do not care at all about the personality or FEELINGS (who knew all men were selfish ******** ?) of women that they want a sexual (or romantic) relationship with.

Do you consider yourself a "nice guy" too?

Yes, exactly. Looks are all that really matters. It is of utmost importance. The other factors are secondary and basically useless.

Well f*ck. Remind me to stay the hell away from you because you can't bother to respect the people you choose to sleep with (or maybe not because I can't imagine a woman sticking around you for more than 2 seconds).

There are no "nice men". There are men who realize that they are alpha and fufill their desires and there are the beta males who cannot get anything that they want so they make up the whole "I care about her feelings" and what not. The Alpha gets what he wants by just existing, the beta has to earn what he gets, thus he weaves a magical web of words and feelings.

No. There are men who are well rounded individuals who realize that men and women are not JUST THEIR GENITALIA and are human beings, and there are emotionally stunted men who were probably dumped or rejected by a girl and they've chosen to make it their mission in life to "exact revenge" on said girl by trying to sleep with as many women as possible and therefore create ridiculous facades for themselves. Drunk women (and other men) you meet at bars will like it, and some will want to sleep with you (but only as a one night stand), but in the end you'll be alone. Because no one likes a douche bag.

edit: I bet you also go to "pick up artist" websites lol

This sounds like what those relationship sites teach to wannabe ladies men, the whole alpha and beta routine. You sound just like those sites.

There is no need to get hasty. I didn't come here to fight. It is just that humans like to think that they are so much more advanced than animals but when you get down to it there isn't that much of a difference. Humans are still in the flesh and have those fleshly concerns with that of the animal. The human can dream that he is much more but this is only possible after death.

"The human can dream that he is much more but this is only possible after death."

Then what are you doing on a metaphysically-oriented site? Seriously?

I'm getting hasty because your opinions are highly offensive. And it depresses me that there are still people out there that think in such ridiculous terms. Sexism fuels misogyny and is the reason why there are gender disparities in wealth and happiness all around the globe. You're making it worse.

But what do you care. I'm just a woman. My opinion shouldn't matter to you. I should only exist to make you feel better about yourself and to look pretty.

You are just a simple human. Who thinks he knows all about the human condition without a psychology, anthropology or sociology degree and reads junk "science" articles about the so-called differences between the way men and women think.

"because I am more than human."

Well your logic just threw me there, as it has no sense in comparison to your previous statement.

I'm throwing this thread back to rasperri.
Apologies for the detour, m'dear.

Just because it is the man's instinct to believe that the woman should be submissive doesn't mean that it is the true nature of a woman to be submissive. Quite the contrary.

I am not saying that I agree with the condition of man, I just see the condition of man as it is.

It's social conditioning, not instinct.

Sry Rasp. But you should post the actual chart.

Here's what "face" means: http://www.astrologyweekly.com/dictionary/face.php
