You want my secret way of moving through the energies? My secret is the symbols or the archtypes....they unfold and fold....if i want to put ideas into a box i make the archtype the box so that i don't ahve to remember everything i can just remember the symbol and then my memory constellates....hence the point of rituals performed with symbolic props....IP: Logged |

It's tough for me to talk about teh shadow i'm still learning about itbut I know this the shadow is both masculine
and female in totality for both men and women but for women the male shadow
is what for men is the female shadow and the female shadow of the woman
is what the male shadow is for the man.. so you have your same sex shadow
and you have your opposite sex shadow
and you will literally meet both of them in your dreams
or you will project them this it's not a bad idea to become hermetic
and isolated for short spurts of time once ina while to seperate what is you
from what you are projecting so when you see lucy lawless in xena and you get a thrill from teh show you've released that energy you won't see it in your dreams unless you really want to watch the show again

Beware, though you could fall hard and fast from grace by doing this...make sure your secure
and you have o be sober for some time, a few days, thc and alcohol will prevent you from experiencing the mandala of your dreams...
righ tnow that's my biggest obstacle to traversing the 12th house, my addictions. People go bunjie jumping so that they can get over their fear of heights, but then continue to booze like alci's on a regular basis....I can't judge them I smoke like a chimney.
but at the same time, I can admit that bunjee jumping aint going to help me quit
---------------------------------------- what i just wrote was my female shadow manifesting through me creatively....compassion is a passive trait, probably going to be known as positive in teh future...seems like the sexes are reversing, and the subject matter was dark and true.
Now I could tell you about the scar I have on my shoulder....and how massicistic it was for me to put it their and that would be somewhere along the lines on teh continuum of shadow between the active and passive, or male and female...

The first time I met my shadow I was lucid dreaming...I was outside of my body looking down at myself sleeping in my room at college - a small room on a small bed with a small closet and a small desk. The door was locked, but someone was opening it. In my mind i thought I was about to see my roomate walk in and take my papers and pens like the mooch he was. But I saw a ghost, a man in a nebulous cloud of black moving forward. He actually looked at me and I could feel him smilling behind the deep blackness that made his form. Of course I coudln't see him smilling he had no feature. With a head jerk forward he jumped on me and started chocking me at which point I woke up expecting to see him over me, but instead I saw nothing. I did feel his hands around my neck though, and his legs pinning me down for several minutes. I was finally able to breath, when he threw me off the bed. I don't know how my body could of flown off the bed like that. I know it wasn't a jerking reaction similar to that of waking up in the middle of class...it was a force that moved me. Peralisis....night tremors all in my head i guess...but i have no history of hallucinating or mental illness.. The shadow was a beast...I had to finaly acknowledge the truth though....I made him.
