Yeah, I was in a jail cell once, and I kept meditating and breathing for two days. I couldn't sleep on the hard floor and I felt decrepids, but after I filled my body wiht fresh air from the abdemon up, instead of the other way, which is impossible actually, until you go from down to up you can't go from up to down, but you'll discover tha tnaturaly and what i mean, I started heating up and glowing, my eyes could see in the dark, it's insane, I think something to do with regulating your horomones and oxycotin released into your brain. some keys are relaxing teh shoulders properly, letting the stomach out like buda, and deep even breaths that aren't forced....it's better to do short breaths if you can't make it even, i'm at a point where i don't have to do it even, but you may start freaking out. Sometimes it feel slike your suffocating. If that happens you need to blow out the bad air before starting...you'll empty out....start alone, this looks kind of funny until you master it, then you'll feel like poseidon.

and yes you will emit visible light after a while, and you will see the spirit dimension as your vision brightens. I can't tell you the effect on other people is mystical. The police felt so bad for me, they nurtured me as if I were there own sun. You become one with the godhead.....it takes tough to do alot...I need to rest from meditating sometimes, and it feels like a light burning around the body, so you get sweaty, you heat up you know, and it works your abs after a few hours..

also you rhands will sweat like crazy, be well hydrated...feet flat...

for posture stuff look up the microorbit, but if you just start with teh breathing and let your body be molded by it after pushing out the bad air, you'll feel great.

don't stand erec tlike a soldier, look up qigong videos on youtube for the posture..

You will eventually be able to shift in and out at will.

doing this around people has a mystical effect. They'll ask you why your so calm , and why you aren't talking, and you'll smile at them emitting healing energy...I can literally charge people up and they don't even know it, they think its attention, but its the oxycoting shooting out from my eye.

Shamans know about this too, everyone has a soul eye and a recorder eye...the soul eye emits, the recorder eye recieves...ever get a dirty look and feel like **** ? Yeah the best way not to feel like **** is to ask the person why there looking at you with a dirty look...then they'll look down on the ground..

some guys are ******* sthough there looking for fights, i don't recommend staring everyon in teh eyes, even if you win, you'll go to jail, and if you lose, you'll get hurt bad...

that's just around here though, no one here is exceptionaly tough, but everyone thinks they are...

just remember to breath in love and exhale hate, and to work at it like it's awork out, you'll have to really start stretching that diaphram which you probably have never used before.

seriously..I never used my diaphram to breath once unless I was passing out and puking from running a half mile...

First time i used my diaphram to breath was at the age of 23...really sad actually, it was the secret to overcome my billious nature.

oh and brteath deep down into the rectum...it sounds weird but the heat of the air moving down there relieves constipation sometimes....you have to get the blood flowing in your pelvic region....the k to that is not squeezing your sphinxter, push it out ever so gently in combination with the inhalation, the air should feel like it's touching your sphinter and messaging it.

You cannot be horny and do this, hence you have to overcome desire, and you can't masterbate either.

sorry...you can do it like three to four times a week tops to even benefit from this but if you spank the monkey every day your not going to even be able to do this.....

and becareful, if you cna't handle not spanking the monkey, some people get violent and edgy like i did when i first started, but then i learned to channel it in exercise, and btw, if you do this breathing and preserve your seminal fluid, you'll be able to workout for 2-8 hours wihtout overtraining, as long as you go at a medium pace...you literaly aquire superhuman endurence, it's actualy normal human endurance, but we're all raised to be overstimulated and molested by the fact we have no fresh food that we can obtain cheaply....that to me is slavery. I should be able to have the privlige and free will right to obtain food, that is clean, and free of carconogens...until then the world is a plutocracy to me....I'm only desirous of fresh food, that's it, that's my only desire...now decide, is tha ta desire or a basic needs.

you mentioned Pluto is positive when one does the work. right now, I don't know what the work is .. is it to hold on, let go, rebuild the relationship, try or give up. No clue .. in my mind there is just complete chaos and confusion.

@ jacque:
don't think about it so much and don't try to sooth the pain.
let pluto do his(?) work.
the best thing you can do is follow your instincts.
if you experiance pain, that is a good sign of purifiication.
don't try to intectualize the problem, but instead just focus on the core being of yourself....

i think that as long as you're commited to learning the lesson, you will!!

Maybe this will help. My pluto is in the sixth house of health, body, and service in scorpio.

I have intense, and extreme eating habbits, in my life i'm either usually skinny or fat depending on my age....I have trouble finding balance in these areas because pluto pushes me to the extremes.

Pluto is generational and therefore societal since society is what effects generations as groups. so my extreme eating habbits were the product of attempting to be congruent or conform to the generations ideals of beauty which.

The work for me then, is to resist the urge to be extreme in these matters, and move out and seek guidance in terms of what is healthy for me...introspection, or counseling...
etc.
etc.

I'd say the work with pluto is not necessarily resisting intensity, but freeing yourself from it with integrity.

I must tell myself that my best is enough, and that I shan't compare myself to what my generation thinks, but rather be more of an individual...

It makes sense. My situation, I don't have the money or time to look like brad pitt, or whatever my generation worships in terms of looks, I think my generation likes or prefers different things than other generations so I can't get specific.

Resisting the urge to workout all day, I free my time up to study, but this takes integrity, as soon as I lose my integrity, I resort to intensity to compensate for it.

Integrity is a relative thing. I'm not saying you have no integrity, but I need more integrity than the average person because my pluto is in scorpio, and my generational effects are intense and conjunct my south node. I needs to move away from this, and become more of an individual, via my north node in taurus in the 12th house, an dgo with teh flow and be happy with my best, venus is in aquarius so I may accomplish this by detaching from my desires, and purifying venus via neptune my ideals....so that my desires don't rule me...One way is to be attached, another way is for my intensity to mainfest in humanitarian efforts..

One way i channel my intensity is by comming to this board and offering free advice based on my studies of astrology, but eventually I will have more own blog and i'll stop posting here as much...i'll still try.

I hope that helps

I have several Pluto transits coming up at the same time. More specifically,

Pluto square Pluto (mid. Jan. 20112 - mid. Nov. 2012)
Pluto trine Venus (beg. Feb. 2010 - beg. Dec. Z2012)
Jupiter opposite Pluto (Feb. 20, 2011 - March 1, 2011)
Pluto conjunct moon (end of Feb. 2011 - end of Dec. 2012).

I am trying to focus now on calming and centering myself for the Plutonian changes ahead, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't slightly concerned.

I was laid off in Aug. 2010 under a Uranus trine Ascendant transit, which shocked the heck out of me. I have a strong feeling that things are shaping up to be quite interesting (if not somewhat disturbing) over the next couple of years. Have any of you had experiences with the transits vie listed, particularly P trine V and P conjunct M (which are both supposed to be doozies). I'm going into this focused on integration with a "Phoenix rising from the ashes" attitude. I remain, for now, cautiously optimistic.

Thanks for your help!

And, btw, my natal Pluto is in Libra in the 3rd house at 6.48 degrees.
My moon is in Capricorn in the 6th house.
My Venus is in Virgo in the 2nd house.
I have a loaded 12th house with Mercury, Sun and Saturn all in Cancer there. My ascendant is in Leo and Uranus and Neptune are in Sag in the 5th house.

I dont see Pluto transits in the negative light.

For me Pluto makes my get off my Azz, and gives me the power and strength to do what I need to do. To change to react.. To figure out..

when I left an abusing relationship
T.Pluto sq my Mars. Even though it was tough to get own my own two feet.. I had the power to leave, which is the best thing I could do.. It felt sooooo good to be out of there...

Right now T.Pluto is opposite my Venus, in my 10th.. My Venus in my 4th..
I did loose alot of close friends that I worked with (layoff's) but I feel in the long run they are better off anyways

I also hooked up with a guy I work with.. Actually I met many people while working.. I feel as if I have been having all these karmic connections, which yeah is kinda tough, but at the same time, its been fun..
I have really learned some new things about my self, and people..
I also came to astrology.. I got mad love for my LL peeps..

I think Pluto is saying "change this area in your life" or I will... I think if you accept the pluto energy it wouldnt be as tough.. (maybe its not for me, bc I have pluto in the 7th..idk)
Change is a coming... Live it and enjoy it.. Acceptance is the key...
Let your life change, its for the better in the long run..
Its timeeeeeeee!!!!!!

Thank you so much for replying! It's strange because I have had two friends pull away from me for no apparent reason. One has a moon in cancer and one is a cancer with cancer rising and have been going through really emotional times lately and have gone very deeply into their cancerian shells. It's perplexing though because they are very passive aggressive these days, not to mention absent from the friendship and not desiring to put in the necessary work to keep it going. So, I get the part about losing friends.

My Pluto transits are just about to start though. I'm going to stay optimistic. Two astrologers have told me that I'm supposed to meet a transformative love who will be the man I will marry. Funny that Pluto trine Venus will bring that but I will also be in a phase of Uranus trine ascendant (transient relationships) and Pluto conjunct moon. I'm hoping that this relationship will bring a deeper emotional connection than I've ever encountered. I'm hopeful.

Pluto transits are very interesting indeed.

You know this is just a guess.. But who knows Im going to take a shot here..

Pluto is hovering over your 6th, where you moon is... correct??
You said you were laid off...
Maybe Pluto wants you to see/feel that, that was just a job, its time for you to start your career.. You just have to get up and do it.. When ever I see people get laid off, yes they struggle, but in the long run, they find something way better, thats much for pleasing for them..

Cant wait to hear, when you meet the new guy

Haha, I can't wait to tell you about the new love that I meet! I am so ready to meet someone great. I haven't been in a real relationship in four years! I need some (true) love right about now!

Good interpretation of the job thing. I've always worked in service type positions (woman behind the powerful man type roles), but I've always wanted to be in a leadership type role. I think the sudden layoff was due to my Uranus trine Ascendant influence because it fits the timing and Uranus is so unpredictable. I've had a friend find out she were pregnant at 45 under Uranus transits! Very surprising life events under this influence. I have Jupiter in Aries in the 10th and Mars in Taurus there also, so ive always had a strong ability to succeed in work and coupled with my Venus in Virgo in the 2nd house, I've always been surprised in a good way in my career. And, you're right. I'm now poised to have a "career" and less of a "job" having finally finished my degree.

I love your interpretation on Pluto aspecting my moon in the 6th house of service. It's right on. Thanks!

Good.. Now get off your butt and give Pluto that career it wants, and make your moon happy..

Dont fight the change.. Know that everything happens for a reason...

Accept the new life coming

Thank you for sharing your experiences and infusing them with optimism! I love go-getter attitudes! And, congratulations on getting out of that awful relationship situation when Pluto was opposite your Mars. Pluto clearly brings situations that are tough, but worth the hard work in the end.

I have natal Pluto trine my natal Sun, Mars and Mercury & Pluto in house 8 .. I feel like an animal (a big cat), altho' I look sweet, cool n airy on the outside, sometimes the intensity is just too much .. I realised that in close relationships I seek out people that can match my intensity .. so far I only found one and lost that one as well during this transit .. this troubles me .. will I ever find that warmth & intensity again? I have this hunger inside .. I feel like it takes everything to control it .. I've become more aware of it in the last 2 years .. it's primal .. like a nuclear reactor ready to explode .. I *have* to always be cool .. I force myself to be cool bcoz if I lose it, I fear everything will burn.

It's frustrating .. wanting so much but not being able to manifest it. what good is all this energy if I can't figure out how to use it/control it, to help me, to turn it in my favour .. it's hard for me to explain, even harder for me to understand .. I've rambled on ...

I'll try the breathing and exercise.

Thank you to everyone and please continue to post your experiences, it helps to read them.

@hmm: thanks for posting. everyone tells me not to think about it but on n on it goes .. like a tennis match in my head .. the thoughts getting whacked around .. completely out of control .. sometimes it's calm and then back to all the intensity .. it's frustrating and driving me crazy.

what is pluto's work .. I wish I knew .. I wish I could understand what is going on? everything is so messed up.

The only lesson I have learnt so far is that people are weak, they lie, deceive & make you suffer for their guilt and paranoia, even when you r loyal, committed and offer them love and support; and then they justify it all by blaming you for it. Most people are superficial and have no depth. They are easily swayed by popular opinion. People r selfish & they suck .. it's a waste of time to waste time on anyone bcoz in the end it doesn't matter how good you are to them, they can toss you aside like you're nothing. Very few have any strength of character. All the years of love and loyalty mean nothing to them. Nothing lasts. In the end, you only have yourself.

In my natal chart I have moon square Pluto and Pluto sextile ascendant. My Pluto is in Libra and the only air sign I have in my chart so Pluto is usually opposing my Aries Jupiter or square one of my earth or water signs. I've experienced a lot of deception in my life but I think it has made me a bit stronger. Don't give up on humanity. People are definitely flawed, but most are redeemable. Forgive, but don't go overboard in forgetting.

I think you will meet someone who matches your intensity. I once knew a girl with seven or so planets in Scorpio and I didn't think she'd ever marry because she was crazy intense. Most people couldn't understand her at all! She just got married last September. If it can happen for her...

And, I think Pluto is more about teaching a person that you can't control everything and that there are seasons to everything under the sun. It is much better than the surprise element of Uranus to me. Have you tried going with the flow and thanking God (your God, Universe) for the blessings in everything, even those that may not be evident? I find that expressing gratitude in all situations, even when I have to rely on tears to do it for me, works wonders. Life isn't easy, but at least we are alive, right? I know that might sound overly optimistic, but optimism/faith is a pretty good place to land when things seem out of control. At least for me.

Hi there,

I had T-Pluto conjunct my Mars now for about two years (just coming out of it). I was dead scared of it beforehand, thought I'd be having to deal with issues like anger or even violence (I have Mars square Pluto in my birth chart). However, even though I did have some anger issues, the transit has treated me fairly kindly. Sometimes I felt overworked, but now I can honestly say that I've learned to say "No" to people.

So don't be scared... I think if you deal with a Pluto transit conciously, it may have mercy on you. Work towards it so it doesn't have to force you :-)

I can take a bit of a breather now from Pluto for about three years and then I have Pluto opposing Saturn next (square in birth chart) and then opposing moon a couple of years after that. So we'll see.

Ta!

Yeah, I think it's time to start a career. I was laid off right at the beginning of my Uranus in the 4th house (surprise) trine Ascendant, which will be done end of February. It is definitely time to start focusing on building a solid career future. Time is of the essence for me. I'm in my mid-dirty thirties!
