Another thing to note is if you use modern rulers (which I don't), then the.answer is yes since Mercury ids in an applying sextile to Neptune.

Try using Regiomontanus house system. Maybe you'll get different significators. If not, you could always ask again in six months!

This question obviously means a lot to you since you have Saturn in the first house. However there will be delays, esp since afflicted. Even though Mercury is trine Neptune, it will be applying hard aspects to Uranus, Jupiter, and widely Moon.

my rough analysis would say that he kissed you for an ego boost (cuz you're in his 10th house)
his venus is in 9th house....is there a chance that one of you are moving or something that might cauze distance btwn you guys?
he's in a pretty strong postion (ie. in his own rulership, you're not(merucry is dtermint in sag, plus 4th house is pretty weak) .he def. has the power here
the hard aspect makes me want go for a more negative answer

don't take any of this seriously....
i mentioned all my reasoning....so feel free to poke holes in it.
i'd use the virgo energy to focus on something other than this guy though.

but i do think it's bad, and if i was in a bad situation, i'd want to know
hopefully this gives you freedome to move on instead of feeling bumbed out about this guy.
everytime i did a horary for myself and the results were like he's seeing other women, he doesn't care, etc i always felt relief (that i at least knew) and didn't have to waste time/emotions/energy/etc.
the hardest part is not knowing...imo.

All things being equal I see no reason why you aren't in a romantic & sexual relationship. I hate to speculate, but perhaps you aren't his type.

In the pSynastry, I see a double whammy pSun conjunct pVenus in applying aspect.

Your pSun @ 5 Leo is in an applying conjunction to your nVenus @ 9 Leo. Denotation: you're desirous of a romantic relationship. This same aspect is shadowed by your pVenus @ 5 Virgo in an applying conjunction to his nSun @ 9 Virgo. This is why you're so drawn to him.

As for why he wont take things to the next level....hmmm, dunno. Maybe he's too young, or thinks himself too young? Maybe he's afraid of a committed relationship. He does have a 5 lifepath, afterall. That's a number of adventure. Perhaps he wants to sow his oats, and sees anything with you as too heavy, and/or very hard to get out of.

Will you get back together? The synastry is definitely there. However, I will speculate that since your progressed planets are touching is natal planets, you easily see him as your present and future. However, as of now, his only progressed planets touch by you, Venus, has moved on. This could mean that while he finds comfort in your company, the person he has become and hopes to be doesn't/wont find nourishment with you.
