But, back to the Libra Venus. It's a gentle placement I think. When it comes to love, we are always ready to make things work and to compromise. My mum also has her Venus in Libra and she was madly in love with my dad, even if he cheated on her and beat her. Of course there are limits. One should never stay in an abusive relationship..

Libra Venus loves art. Beautiful things are a MUST. Music, dance, paintings, nature. Politeness is a must, too. Affection is highy appreciated.
And poetry and gifts.. Libra Venus is a true romantic. Idealistic. But pretty cautious when it comes to love. Thinks thigns out carefully.. doesn't want to make a mistake. Serious in his attachments (unless afflicted I guess) but can be very indecisive or hesitant.

I once read Libra Venus becomes physically ill in case of conflicts, and I definitely do. I get fever and headache, start shaking, etc. (but maybe it's linked to my Moon-Chiron conjunction also?). Horrible really. Peaceful surroundings are of major importance to me. I think in case of a real, huge conflict with a partner, I might get into hospital or something. My mum was literally dying because of my dad. Literally. When he wasn't there, she was half alive. I don't want to be that way.. I hope such things won't happen to me. *sigh*

I get depressed/ discombobulated (can't concentrate) in surroundings that are old, or dingy, or so eclectic that nothing matches. The law office I work in is run by males who are very tight with money. The reception area has 70's type wood furniture in it, and it horrifies me, especially since I know they're raking in the bucks. The worst thing is, the magazine stand has a peeling faux wood layer on it, and these guys Scotch-taped it together. Been like that for three years already. It bothers me every single time I see it. The scratches in the mahogany conference room table annoy me, and I wonder when these guys are going to have it re-finished and covered with glass.

Chipped nail polish drives me bonkers. That's why I don't even wear nail polish any more. On the other hand, if I had more time on my hands, I'd have my nails done every 3 days, LOL! But then, I'd have to battle my Saturn.

When somebody describes love making as "**cking", it bothers me a bit. Maybe less with age, but still....

i like things that look beautiful, ALOT. appearence means alot to me.

i love possessions, material things, etc.

i love socialising but a tthe same time i'm very content withou it, even for long stretches of time.

when it comes to people, i appreciate how they approach me and handle our interaction.

simple respectful etiquette is very much appreciated and liked in others.

demonstrating a good degree of thoughtfulness and consideration by the other person is always very pleasing and makes me happy.

the less a person shows they are considering, thinking about me in my shoes, my perspective, the less i like them, any chance of me liking them after would take awhile, and to gain my respect, it would have to be demonstration of Aries traits, but this will never mean i would call them a best friend. just a bit of a secret admiration, to relate to the courage, strength of character and independence.

but high levels of courtesy always make me happiest.

in love i need excitement, something different, something that feels like a bit of a "once in a life time oppertunity" something absolutely serious for the long term, fun, and something classic/traditional to a degree.

love is more mental and demonstrative for me than emotional and verbal.

my venus is in Libra, in the 3rd house.

it squares Jupiter, Uranus, Saturn, wide square to neptune, opposition to moon.

i relate to what most otherss said, about compromise etc.

i don't relate to the "**cking" part, but i certainly know where they are coming from. but behind closed doorsssss...... >.> ...

Venus and mars in libra here.

I can relate to what most people have said.

My surroundings are very important to me, I love beautiful objects in my house (normally related to foreign travel , sun in saggie).

Relationships- I am most happy if I can TALK with my partner, verbal banter is wonderful. I also like calmness and harmony, so even if there is an issue I like to discuss it. It drives me mad if I have to second guess my partner.

But because peace is important, I feel sometimes, if a partner is overpowering, i can disspear into the relationship for the sake of harmony.

overall I think i love this placement,. with the right person, I am sure all the sparkling qualities will be appreciated!

So I have a question for all of your Libra Venus and/or Mars and/or Moon people... Does it take you a long time to make a decision about whether or not you are interested in someone? Are you kind of wishy washy about it? Do you really really REALLY need someone to be the ideal in a relationship? Are you AT ALL direct in your affections? (Ok, so that's 4 questions).

The reason I ask is because recently I've had these Libra influenced guys come around who SEEM interested in me, but are generally fairly confusing to me. I can't tell if that's just the Libra not being able to make up its mind or if it's just the Libra tendency to flirt with everyone.
