You know what, the only reason I added red was cos I see it as a neutral and skinny jeans was because I see them as classics. LOL. I never did the skinny pants way back when, no ma'am I had my straight legs IP: Logged |

If it was not for my previous oath that I took that I will never post my photos on the internet, you would have seen a bunch of my photos portraying my fashion sense. As much as it may look like I am bragging, after all it is my true passion. Other than my techi-skills people compliment me for my fashion sense.

I love contrasts, in fabrics, textures and colours. 75% of my wardrobe is black but I love adding a splash of colour like in earrings or tights, and I have an addiction to black leather boots - particularly feminine combat boots. I feel like to some degree my style reflects my taste in music: If you mix up everything about the 60s -I'm completely a hippie at heart and i'm usually barefoot if i'm not wearing combat boots. I love dresses and long flowy stuff and tight 60s shift dresses (I hate the mod style though - waaaay too minimalist for me), everything about the whole 50s cardigans and rockabilly pin-up style, 90s alternative/grunge - slip dresses, chucks, flannel plaid, etc. and sort of romantic victorian goth/rocker chick style like amy lee in terms of wearing combat boots with dresses, lots of black lace and corsets. "faeries wear combat boots" - black sabbathI adore natural fabrics and I love the simplicity of dresses and skirts although I really need a good pair of jeans right now, and I'm really big into long earings (particularly with leaves and feathers) I'm a thrift store junkie and I love one-of-a-kind stuff. -aqua sun, virgo moon, pisces ascendant IP: Logged |

Mars: Aries u r onto something.. What we dress to attract, like flamingos and their pink colour Jazzy... Don't know what that could be.. I like the smooth, sassy jazz-era dresses: Compliment the body, expose it,and again not quite, stays aloof,mysterious... I never wore a skirt! I like smokey eyes: venus sq mars; Fine lines:cappy moon Oozing glamour:leo sun; I love oriental-in modern interpretation. That also could be cappy moon/dispositor in sag- exotic and nostalgic; This LV thing fits leo.. Interestingly, marc jacobs is aries sun! IP: Logged |

lol No! it was just a wild guess. I equate Sadge with hippie and sort of a mish mash (yours sounded like that but in a good way). Maybe an Ali McGraw sorta look, but modernized, Venus, I can sort of see where Mars would tie in there, but not really, lol! We do go after things in a Martian fashion but I always thought the 'look' we want to portray would be more our Venus/Asc.. I'm so stumped It's interesting, tho.. You're in fashion, right? What about your fellow fashionistas and their leanings, Mars-wise? IP: Logged |

It just hit me, thinkin about it. the jazz age boomed in the 20s/30s right the flapper style that meant young women's independence in a sense, runnin around like the boys. Around 1928 Uranus went into Aries, Neptune was at the tail end of Leo and Pluto was solidly in Cancer. Am I off course? I like the 1940s/50s more, the film noir kinda look, I realllly like it, look at these from 2009 Galliano, IP: Logged |

I'm still dying over the black shirring at the neck... If I could find that, with a wide wavy solid black in a sinous pattern, the solid black snaking around the bust/across to the lower back/back around to the lower front torso and diving down ending early or mid-thigh, and then that shirring elsewhere i would be in LOVE.IP: Logged |

Lonake.. you have some glorious taste, my friend. I especially love everything Lauren Bacall got to wear during her film noirs with Bogart (the long silk dresses with the angular cuts). Did you see John Galliano for Dior's haute couture collection earlier today? It evokes the height of the 1950s, but it's still unbelievably beautiful! http://www.fashionologie.com/Photos-Christian-Dior-Fall-2011-Haute-Couture-Runway-Show-Paris-9024182 IP: Logged |

Are they flowers in bloom? omg, this one is amazing.. I love the contrast with the black, its like a play on sunrise/sunset with the chaos and mystery of midnight.. Have to say it looks v. Neptunian.. You know I actually like this, the petals, I think it's wearable..esp if the skirt underneath were a bit fuller..it puffs out dramatically at the chest and hips, nipping in at the waist, giving the hourglass effect.. you could conceal so many flaws with that. I am in awe. Galliano is genius. My favourite,on the left. It's right now fashion week in paris, rhapsody in red; S/S 2011 Sweet Lonake, can u imagine what would happen to me if i disclosed i am into astrology?? I noticed strong aqua,libra/virgo combo, bit of leo,bit of gemini; Scorpio asc is common among models;(i got that from chit-chating) But,cappy asc predominantly! Typical czech beauty(think eva hezigova: height and jaw line) works best with aqua and scorpio asc. Russian girls are hard to detect... On black women-cappy asc-goddesses!!! Amazing! Surreal! I love it, too! It's funny how people tend to stray away from bolder cuts and flourishes under the impression it will enhance their flaws, but with the right demeanor and attitude, it will only enhance everything about you. I really do love fashion, it is such a huge passion of mine. The late and great Alexander McQueen's beautiful haute coutures in the earlier part of the 2000's were what inspired me to see it as an art form rather than an outlet for narcissism
