Topic: Ever feel jealous of a person who's synestry is soulfully suited for your mate?

Hey if it makes you feel any better, the composite really doesnt show anything special except for sun conjunct venus. Mercury is conjunct saturn which is terrible for communication---mostly awkward silenceAnd there's no pluto or jupiter contacts Mercury and venus arent even conjunct I dont see what makes this composite so special. I haven't read through the thread yet but just looking at the charts -- I don't find it soulful.... maybe sexually attractive due to the Sun conjunct Mars, Mars opposite Moon and Venus square Pluto.
But those aspects alone don't really amount to 'soulful'... and I'm not even sure they are enough to be *that* sexual..
I've seen synastries where people have venus/mars double whammies PLUS sun/mars PLUS mars/pluto etc etc --- and that's what I would call an extreme attraction.This seems kind of average to me. Please try not to be jealous over things that are IN the past. Let them die. I've never let my S/Os tell me about past loves. I just don't want to hear it. I think it's best for people to simply focus on their OWN relationship. PS. I must say though looking at your natal chart - It is almost "made" for a Scorpionic man lol Is there a Scorpio somewhere in your past or present - that you may have thoughtlessly cast aside?

What I mean is that a healthy ego looks to itself for confirmation, if needed, not outside. And his chart doesn't have components of a healthy ego, it looks like it would affirm itself through either self destructive means, or through ways of being destructive to others. His Sun/Saturn is in Gemini and you mentioned something about
"He does try and keep me in my place intellectually though and tries to dominate the conversation."
This would be it, likely.
Thank your lucky stars it's not in fixed signs. If you're gonna have a crappy aspect pray to not have it in fixed signs. The impotence could be sexual, it could also be putting energy or drive toward something and not having it materialize for whatever reason. Edited. IP: Logged |

I actually have decent synastry and a GREAT composite according to some astrology report with my Gemini first/only love. Haha. I don't really research who else has a good chart, but I know his girlfriend is a Capricorn. I haven't given up hope. I still believe (pray) that she is only temporary. Who knows. IP: Logged |

Could it be that I wanted a soul tie to manifest between them so I could encourage my own freedom from this man? hmmmmm Everything aside, I was hoping for growth for both of us in the relationship. Any advice on how to ween off the connection? He keeps all of my emails and text messages. I used to think it was flattering, but now I believe they may be used against me if he feels threatened. It happened with me once that i checked the synastry between my love interest and another woman. And i had to realize that she had a stronger synastry with ME, than with him  But seriously, its not a good idea to do that at all. If you have doubts about yourself, your feelings or about your partner, its MUCH better to focus on yourself and your relationship instead of looking outside. The answers are always within. I have AMAZING synastry with someone I liked BEFORE I knew we had great synastry, with bang-on angles. Composite is not bad either, showing a potentially mature and sexy relationship. However, he's IN a relationship, and has a Scorpio Venus (renowned for loyalty), so I don't think there'll be anything happening there, somehow. Plus, there might be others with better synastry with him than me LOL

The other thing I do that's like this is I look at my ex-boyfriend's transits, Solar Return, and Lunar Return, and when they show that he'll have romance, I cry and feel sick to my stomach because I know it's not with me.Nevermind that sometimes my transits look pretty auspicious for love and nothing happens at all. I feel totally left out of the world of happiness when it comes to love. And so I'll look at his progressions of whatever and know that he'll meet someone he really loves and she'll be the luckiest person on the planet, and it won't happen for me. (I'll never again have prSun-nVenus or prVenus-nSun...he has it coming up soon. He is sure to meet the love of his life.) IP: Logged |

I'm not too good with reading progressions.But--yes! Maybe if someone opens up enough, they can find happiness, fulfillment, and growth no matter what's going on in their chart! All my doom and gloom about love is getting kind of old. IP: Logged |
