Because energy-wise, it doesn't make sense. There is no point that the planet conjuncts that would make it BOTH Cancerian and Gemini, for instance. That only works for houses, and that's because houses are alot more about conditioning and situations. IP: Logged |

I wanna know about Sun opp Asc, maybe 3 degree orb,
is Sun attracted to Asc in this instance?(the 1 time I had this aspect when I was the Sun person I was attracted, but that's just me) IP: Logged |

I'd go with asc being attracted,asc is point,and sun's energy is directed there. But,I see how it's possible to go both ways,asc being body,and opposites attract  IP: Logged |

Ascendents with aspects to the Descendent don't really affects your looks that much, it only mean that the marriage partner will look like you, or else won't. IP: Logged |

Hi What about the heavy duty planets, like pluto or saturn on someones elses ascendant? Would it be a harsh interaction? Does a wide orb venus conjunct the others ascendant from the 12th house be very different from a wide orb from the 1st house? I have had someones pluto at my ascendant and they made me feel like they were very deep and a bit dark at times, unnerving. Has anyone else felt this also? Thanks Sharon_1977 IP: Logged |

The basic energy of the aspect is there, regarding your question on attraction.
About the different signs involved, it's almost as if it doesn't matter, because they tend to overlook the differences instead they focus on what they have in common (Venus wants to relate). Semisextile signs always have something in common, imo, and with that close of an orb they are willing to compromise, as in Venus in Leo may see Virgo as holding the key to refining their creations where they make sense, and would be open to their criticism. If it's an exact semi sextile then I think you're running into issues with miscommunication.IP: Logged |

Hmmm, this is a good question.Well, my ascendent is Pisces and my mars is Virgo. I'm not attracted to either of these signs regardless of where the signs are placed in the chart. And its really strange because Virgo is the descendent of Pisces so they're supposed to be compatible. I beg to differ however... You look at a persons 1st house RULER (not asc) in relation to your 1st house ruler. Easy as that. I tend not to aspect the angels such as AC/DC, as you aspect one, you aspect them all. A better way is to look at aspects to the angles house RULER. I cannot stress that word enough, so remember....HOUSE RULERS.Or just listen to the pros who charge you vast amounts of money and should be respected because they have a website or a book out.

Coffee, yes, house rulers are very important. They are equally as important as the actual aspects to the angles IMHO. You really have to take both into consideration.------------------

If you take angles into consideration, you take ALL the house cusps into consideration. That's 12 aspects for each planet. You might as well write a report detailing the aspects of the asteroids. New-ish idea, but logical. IP: Logged |

Well... angles are considered because they are cardinal and correspond to 0, 90, and 180 aspect patterns, which are considered the strongest. quote:

Well gee wiz, Coffee, you have never ONCE proven your theories with concrete examples, whereas pros with books and websites tend to have tons of testimonials. That said, in my personal experience, the people who have the biggest effect on me have their AC/MC conjunct or opposite my AC/MC. ie: Boyfriend of 2 1/2 years, no aspect between his AC Ruler and my AC Ruler (Mercury/Mercury). No can talk about who. No need for you to know about where. It's not a hip or particular beautiful place on the eye, so no reason for people to come round.I have had threats to me and family/friends IF I release a book. I guess the higher ups don't want people to know...just so they can make it theirs in their little secret society. I have trouble coming to terms with what has happened.
