Lucia, I hope you don't get active kundalini. If you look into the dsm there is a category called spiritual emergency. It was created after Dr. David Lukoff petitioned for it's inclusion for many years. Earlier in his life he thought he was both christ and buddha incarnate or something along those lines, and thought he was a messiah with a message. Maybe you should look into psychosis from that perspective, or if you're open minded enough, even from a shamanic initiation perspective.

In india, as well as ancient cultures, sometimes mental illness is looked upon as the birth of a healer or sage. I'm not saying it makes sense from a rational perspective or is pretty. Irregardless if you're into psychology and you study it deeply enough, perhaps you will understand that you can't heal anything with fear, nor can you understand things coming from that perspective. You will literally shut down your higher processing functions that you're pretending to come from currently. Some Buddhists like Pema Chodron will say that aversion is a sin of buddhism, and it has certainly be shown in university studies to amplify emotions and pain and is pretty well implicated in many psychosomatic illnesses. A fact I'm sure you'd like to be aware of in your studies. Human beings are never trash so stop treating Road like he's disgusting. That is not the purpose of this forum.
