I was born on the last day of OSIRIS, and someone I fear I am having a bit of a crush on, on the first day of ISIS. IP: Logged |

Strengths: dynamic, intelligent, always opportunity-taking and enterprising. Weaknesses: avoid responsibility. Jobs assumed: teaching and sales. OH MY GOD! This is ME. I identify with this more than any other western horoscope, astrology aspect, like.... WOW.

I actually have the Bastet asteroid tightly conjunct my North Node; Nepthys (sp?) is tightly conjunct my Sun. Apparently I'm supposed to feel some degree of resonance or tied to Ancient Egypt in some way, even a sense of fascination or something but for the most part I've always just found Ancient Egypt really boring. Ankhs are one of those 'trendy' tattoos that all the young folks who think they're 'deep', tend to run out and get; right along with lotus flowers... Some random guy I know (via Tinychat) has a giant Ankh tattooed on his arm and memorized a few Ancient Egyptian facts. Nice dude, but the typical party-boy type, that when he isn't working is pretty much screwing anything with a pulse in a dress or out at clubs and parties... IP: Logged |

Really? It was my birthday, and my boyfriend and I were trying to figure out what to do for it, so we decided to get tattoos, I saw the ankh in a book, and felt drawn to it, so I got it. I found out later what it actually was, and represented. Can't say I've ever been one to try and be 'trendy' haha IP: Logged | |
