Its not surprise Neptune Rising women have gorgeous eyes, except me. My eyes are rather plain. Haha!

Yikes. I have neptune 1h and moon opposite asc. i love my eyes.

Anyway i've read that planets opposite ASC can influence the look too.

Yeah at this point I think strong Neptune makes for good peepers. By "Strong", I mean in an angular house or conjunct an angle, or being prominent by ruling the ascendant.

Michael Jackson had pretty decent eyes his chart ruler was Neptune and it conjunct Jupiter, Jupiter exaggerates whatever it touches.

I have been told I have I have nice eyes. Virgo ASC opposite Pisces Moon Sq. Saggi Neptune. I inherited the shape from my dad who has a Pisces Sun and his eyes are brilliant blue. My are dark brown (Mercury in Scorp). My daughter inherited the same shape and her eyes are just as expressive as me and my dad's eyes.

I've noticed a pattern now… venus is very often in a fire sign, or a fire house, really it's like 80% of the time fire
OR the venus is aspecting jupiter OR neptune OR both
This is also really often…especially jupiter, which is also a warm planet like neptune, but in a more dreamy way…

I can also see that pisces is very often seen somewhere in the chart…
I think also gemini, but that's my own opinion, but gemini is often found in beauty-charts!

I, myself has a scorpio venus in 5th house, trine jupiter and sextile neptune and I have pisces moon:P People often tell me I have pretty eyes and a nice smile! Also ascendant conjunct jupiter

I have Neptune in my 1st house (not conjunct to my asc), I also have Saturn conjunct Uranus in my 1st house (conjunct to my asc). I've been told that I have beautiful eyes (sorry if I'm being vain >_< ), and "fortuneteller eyes".
