I think that every normal person looks first in other person's eyes.
Some people have beautiful (and smiling) eyes; some have beautiful (and cold) eyes; some have small and some big eyes.

For me personally is most important that eyes have some shine: somebody call them sexy eyes.
What is that in the Natal Chart to give charming eyes?

Here are two actresses that have (and had) some special eyes.

The first on my list is Marilyn Monroe:

In fact: from the actresses the second place has Audrey Hepburn, but she has two birth times.

Interesting. Its definitely the Neptune in the first house. It gives them "Piscean eyes" I like to call them, deep and engaging.
Also the Moon opposes the Neptune as well for both of them crossing over the Ascendant Axis.
This makes them very intuitive and able to sense the needs of others, lending a very strong empathetic nature that welcomes othes and also explains the vulnerabliity and beauty you see in there eyes its inviting...this Energy being on the Ascendant would manifest the moment you said hello to them and look into there eyes.
Though Im sure the beautiful smile helps as well.

My asc neptune friend has the most mesmerising blue eyes! Not big,prominent so ot takes time to notice it.
But,the most beautiful eyes r water eyes,therefore can,sco and pis influences;(for women)
I adore MM; but I am too much into her persona to notice eyes;
In recent observations I made,I decided not to look into golden hollywood actresses; the veil of true fame is too strong,somehow I find their mysterious presence sacred to mess with
As for audrey,I think she is exemplary aqua asc!!

May be Moon in opposite Neptune gives this wonderful feature? and Moon in 7th?

It looks like, I am looking more in their eyes, than in Natal Charts.

Now I see: both have the Moon in 7th (opp. Neptune) and both have Mars in 8th (Mars or Pluto house), even if Mars from Nastasja is close to the cusp of 9th.

They have something more than only beauty, they have charming look.

Marilyn has Mars in Pisces,
Nastasja has Venus in Pisces (good place for Venus).

There is definitely Neptune, personal planets in Pisces and we should find somebody with ASC Pisces.

Don't find Clooney attractive at all. Irish actor Cillian Murphy probably has the weirdest peepers in Hollywood (and I mean that in a good way).

Women? Love Marilyn. Princess Diana had beautiful eyes. I think Britney Spears has beautiful eyes too. Nice shade of blue and brown each and big (PD and BS). Elizabeth Taylor's eyes are raved about. Supposedly they're violet.

I think part of Marilyn's charm comes from her Venus/Chiron conjunction, as for Natasha Kinski - her eyes remind me very much of a friend of mine's who also has Scorpio rising, so if that is an accurate birthtime, maybe Scorpio rising has something to do with it?

I have Venus and Chiron tightly conjunct in the 5th. Nothing remarkable about my eyes. IMHO, you can't really see looks in a chart.

my Neptune is also in the 1st house, but i don't have particularly "beautiful" eyes.

but they are veeeerrrryyy dark, almost black. never met anyone with this dark eyes. so as my hair, i have raven black hair.

I think it is just a matter of opinion on what kind of eyes you like. They just happen to like fair blue and noticed commonalities between the charts

Can't speak for anyone else, but I mentioned BS and her brown eyes. Lucy Liu has beautiful eyes. The asymmetrical shape is actually stunning.

We're using famous people as examples. If there's one you like with brown or dark eyes then share. Good-looking eyes come in all varieties.

I think this one is down to personal preference. I don't like the way big eyes look, so for me the 2 pics the OP posted are not attractive.
I like more exotic looks, and smaller eyes.

I noticed they both have Neptune h1, with Moon opposed from the 7th.

Pisces has dreamy and watery eyes
Cancer has perfectly round expressive eyes
Taurus Innocent, childlike eyes
Leo Glamorous large dark eyes
Aquarius eyes usually convey remoteness and have a dreamy quality.

I personally like scorpions with those mesmerising eyes like Aishwarya Rai
