Sagiwaqus, I HAVE seen your writing STYLE before somewhere. I THINK it may have BEEN on a LETTER through my LETTERBOX when people are selling SOMETHING. You just MISS out the colours, BOLD and ItaliCs. IP: Logged |

Alice, i recommend reading these books, one is called Stop Walking on Eggshells: Taking Your Life Back When Someone You Care About Has Borderline Personality Disorder by Paul T. Mason and Randi Kreger, the other one is called Surviving a Borderline Parent: How to Heal Your Childhood Wounds & Build Trust, Boundaries, and Self-Esteem by Kimberlee Roth.i have not read the first one but it's said a bible for people who have live/lived with, or were involved to borderline patients. the second one is for children of borderline disorder patients, and i'm half way through it myself. for people who has dealt with BPD patients, often their reality gets wrapped around by the BPD patients and it is eye-opening or even life-altering to know about this. the books help you understand what happened and overcome the traumas. it's sometimes hard for people like you (or me too) to even accept that we have traumas, even if they think they understand that. i guarantee these books can give you a whole new perspective, or partially, depending on how much you have looked into it yourself, but it will help definitely. I have read all those books,Lechien. They are helpful to learn about it. You know what book helped me the most---Cure By Crying--- By Stone. It is out of print so expensive but it is a gold mine, written by a normal, everyday guy on how to heal trauma and pain ------------------ Life is lived in the sand box. it's not hard for me to admit. i'll talk about it all day and night, haha.. it's getting other people to me seriously that's the problem sense my emotional responses to things are not your garden variety sort. they can be down right bizarre in comparison. IMAGINE THAT. Thank you very much for the list. i have read the first one and i will definitely check into the others too

yep, i didn't think it was hard for you to admit that actually! but there are times we are not aware of the simplest thing, and one magic snap of finger, we'd be like, "eureka!" don't you love it when that happens?? Ami, i'll check out that book, it sounds good. sounds like it'll be way too expensive anyway, but maybe there's a copy floating around on the net... IP: Logged |

I think God heals us through the vehicle of tears. Trauma theory/right brain healing theory says this. So simple lol ------------------ Life is lived in the sand box. He who controls his Spirit is greater than he who controls a city Proverbs IP: Logged |
